La comodidad y limpieza

Es un lindo apartamento, muy cómodo, todo lo necesario para cocinar, limpio, el sauna en el baño fue fenomenal en días de mucho frío y la ubicación en el centro es genial si tomaras tours que salen desde ahí

El precio en la temporada que estuvimos (primer semana de enero) y al reservar a última hora con muy pocas opciones disponibles (todo estaba ocupado) me pareció excesivo una semana después de esto habían alojamientos espectaculares por este mismo precio Planifica tu viaje con tiempo :)

The location was perfect, it was close to everything, it was a maximum of 5minutes walk to the to the activities transfers, and buses, coffee shops 2minutes away, and restaurants everywhere, theres a rent a car underneath the apartment which makes your life so much easier

A localização é óptima mesmo no centro e a sauna no apartamento é uma mais valia

Evin konumuna ilşkin bilgilendirme yetersiz Bize evin girişi olarak attıkları fotoğraf arka tarafta ve bulması zor.Apartman girişi ve hangi blok olduğu belirsiz bloklar arasında ve katlarda dolaşarak evi aradık Halbuki evin önündeyken arkalara dolaşıp merdivenlerden valizleri çlkararak yorulduk.Daire giriş kapısı şifre kutusu kırık olduğu için içeri giremedik anahtarı getirdilerEvi daireyi bulmak için epey zaman harcadık.kilima soguk üflüyordu evin ısı derecesini arttırmak için hergangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı biraz daha sıcak olabilirdi.

The location was excellent a couple of minutes walk to main city area, and the apartment was relatively new and modern. It was lovely and warm with comfortable beds and a good-sized kitchen and a sauna in the shower room. Good WiFi, nice place for a couple. Staff were responsive.

Was smaller than I thought, it would suit 3 adults maximum in my opinion. Could do with some plates there were none, plenty of bowls though!! A couple of extra towels would be nice, and please dump the spare pillows they are stained. Didn't like no doors for the bedroom no privacy just 2 open sections either side of TV into bedroom, not sure if that's a Finnish thing for warmth etc but not to my liking. Just my personal preference overall, it's a nice unit.

The apartment is located near the city center, approximately 2 minutes from shops and restaurants. The sauna was great, and it’s perfect for a family of four.

Suggestion for the kitchen: it would be good to add a few more cooking utensils, such as a colander for pasta and a wooden spoon. Overall, it was a very nice and pleasant stay.

Appartamento centralissimo, vicino a tutti i tour operator, bar e market per ogni necessità. Moderno e molto accogliente, ben riscaldato. Fantastica l’idea della sauna in bagno

Unser Studio war sauber geräumig gut ausgestattet warm und gemütlich. Das Studio war 150 m vom Zentrum Rovaniemi entfernt. Top Lage.

Localização excelente, sistema de aquecimento bom, funcionários respondem rapidamente, o apartamento comporta 4 pessoas tranquilamente, cozinha com bastante utensilios. Possuía máquina de lavar roupa, o que ajuda muito.

O apartamento estava muito sujo, muito mesmo. Cabelos no banheiro e nos lençóis/travesseiros, pêlos na pia do banheiro e vaso, fogão sujo, e forno sujo.

Impossible de trouver l’endroit où récupérer les clés de l’appartement et l’endroit où récupérer les clés loin de l’appartement. Pas du tout pratique avec bcp de valises

Spotless , loved the sauna , really good location and very quiet of a night. Also the staff in the book lapland office where very friendly and helpful. Easy key pick up . Just a couple min walk from appartment. Wouldnt look to book anywhere else in future.

L'appartamento è nuovissimo,forse in assoluto eravamo i primi a averlo affittato,la posizione è centralissima,sia vicino al centro che al fiume

Nell'appartamento che era evidentemente nuovissimo mancava tutta la base per poter cucinare un qualcosa di minimo..una sola padella piccola,una sola pentola piccola.mancavano coltelli,strofinacci,cavatappi e moltissimo altro costringendoci e mangiare fuori tutti i pasti con ingente spesa(non si puo dire che la Finlandia sia economica...).la mancanza a mio parere piu grave era la mancanza di un'asciugacapelli.abbiamo provato a chiederlo ma non abbiamo avuto risposta,questo ha fatto si che in un paese dove la temperatura è-20 gradi non potessimo fare una doccia intera..

Molto accogliente, posizione centralissima, caldo, cucina fornita, sauna super apprezzata, silenzioso e pulito.

Our suite was clean, spacious, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The bathroom & sauna were very good too. The location is very convenient with the centre of Rovaniemi just a short walk away.

Possibly the balcolny could have been more inviting.

Getting the key was a nightmare in -20 degree weather they claimed to have sent all the information but they didnt Then the office didnt have any staff inside. I kept calling till someone came and helped. Washing machine didnt work nobody fixed it for 3 days

Maybe add a guide to the sauna, and a shower curtain to avoid water all over the bathroom

It’s was a stunning property, fantastic location. It was so comfortable and cosy for a family of four

We didn’t get direction on how to work the sauna and I got a parking ticket as the outside was full so I parked on outside the block in front but that was a miss communication

It was a new apartment, so everything was clean and working. The location is great (walking distance to the main shopping square). The sauna in the bathroom was a nice addition. The host was kind enough to offer an early check-in given we had a long transit to get to Rovaniemi.

The booking advertised a free bottle of champagne on arrival but was not provided. Followed up the host with a query about this, but did not receive a response.

Everything was perfect. We could also book the Aurora trip from the same spot, which made this journey even more enjoyable.

Our stay was lovely at this very convenient apartment. The bed was super comfortable & apartment was always warm. The location was extremely convenient to walk out into the centre for groceries or restaurants.

Maybe it could have a Welcome instruction booklet in both Finnish & English

The location was excellent, walking distance to grocery store and tour pick up location and winter clothing rental store.

I wish they had explained how the key worked. Thankfully my 14 yr old technical kid figured it out.

Very convenient location right next to big shopping mall.

It is not possible to find the address. Not one taxi was able to arrive to it as it is a new building. The appartment is quite new however, I’d like to provide some feedback. The shower is impossible to manage. Entire bathroom gets wet as there is practically not division. The lamps are very stylish but extremely low, we bumped our heads constantly, there are no curtains other than that. Beds are super comfortable, we had an amazing time.
