Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Kurpark, man kann alles gut fußläufig erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet und wirklich top! Super Frühstück!

Hotel je moderní čistým snídaně super a mají kvalitní hotelevou kosmetiku. Rádi se při cestě tímto směrem vrátíme.

Very good and varied breakfast. The restaurant very good and tasty. The staff always tries to help.

The first day we arrived and there was a problem with the entrance to the parking lot and we stood there for over half an hour and in the end no one informed us if it had been taken care of or not. The bed is not comfortable at all, I woke up with back pain every morning and in the room always been bad smell. The bar staff did not always approach us even when we were alone outside. Overall reasonable but I will not go back there again.

Eccellente struttura, camera non grande ma perfettamente organizzata, bagno bellissimo, arredo moderno ma funzionale, letto eccezionale. Colazione superba e di qualità, qualunque buona intenzione di non esagerare si infrange con quel trionfo di bontà, principalmente salate ma quei panini coi semi e le marmellate erano... wow! Una menzione speciale per il personale all'accoglienza, cortese e preparatissimo (la ragazza che ci ha accolto ha anche esibito un buon italiano), e anche molto "amichevole". Piscina non caldissima ma estremamente rigenerante e molto bella, a sfioro con rivestimento in acciaio.

Sinceramente... nulla, era ottima persino la clientela, tutti molto rispettosi, silenziosi e gentili. Ecco: un difetto di questa permamenza? Siamo stati troppo poco, era una pausa in una vacanza itinerante ma… dovevamo rimanere qualche giorno in più. Consigliabile almeno una settimana!

parkhaus: es ist eigenartig, daß ein Hotelgast den gleichen Preis für die Hotelgarage zahlen muss als ein externer Autoparker der die Stadt besichtigt. da sind sogar noch 20" kostenlos, was dazu führen kann, daß für Hotelgäste keine Plätze mehr frei sind Sauna: leider saunieren viele Gäste mit Bikini oder Badehose, es steht zwar in den rules nudistarea, aber es gibt kein Piktogramm. die Saunarezeption macht die Gäste auch nicht darauf aufmerksam, sehr störend! Frühstück, eher mittelmässige Produkte, was gar nicht geht und sogar grauslich ist, der Lachs ist auf einen großen Haufen geschmissen, daß der Appetit darauf vergeht insgesamt leider sehr schlechtes Hotelmanagment

Das Gesamtpaket Hotel "Grand Elisabeth" hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen: Das Zimmer war sauber, rational bestückt, die Betten waren gut, alles hat funktioniert - einschl. intelligenter Dusche! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Parkplatz in der TG nicht zu teuer und intelligent erreichbar. Das Frühstück außerordentlich und hervorragend!

Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut, und die Lage ist perfekt um Bad Ischl auszukundschaften. Modernes Ambiente.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein. Das Zimmer war, für den Preis, doch recht klein. Pool im SPA Bereich ebenfalls recht überschaubar. Nur 2 Aufzüge bei über 100 Zimmern führe zu unnötigen Wartezeiten, ebenfalls so an der Rezeption.

das Bett war zwar bequem, aber es machte laute Quietschgeräusche beim hinlegen und bei aufstehen. Geräumiges Zimmer (Eckzimmer im 2.Stock) und geräumiges Bad bzw. Duschkabine. Nur es war zu wenig an Ablagefläche im Bad vorhanden. Nur zwei Hacken an der Tür für das Duschtuch und keine Möglichkeit das Handtuch irgendwo hinzuhängen.

Отличное расположение, комфортные и приятные номера, хорошие и разнообразные завтраки. Зона бассейна — красивая, комфортная и приятная для отдыха. При заезде нас встретил очень приветливый персонал, заселение прошло быстро и без проблем.

Главный минус уборка. Номер убирали плохо, полы практически не мыли, полотенца не меняли. Несколько раз приходилось самим искать сотрудников уборки и просить чистые полотенца. Также произошла очень неприятная ситуация с дорогим парфюмом: после уборки номера мы обнаружили, что количество парфюма во флаконе значительно уменьшилось, хотя утром всё было в порядке. Утверждать, что именно произошло, я не могу, но ситуация оставила крайне неприятное впечатление. Мы бронировали проживание с завтраком и ужином, о чём впоследствии пожалели. Завтрака вполне достаточно. Выбор блюд на ужин ограничен и не всегда можно найти то, что нравится, поэтому несколько раз мы дополнительно заказывали другие блюда за отдельную плату.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms with superb views. The breakfast was the best I had in hotels so far. The gym has more equipment than on the pictures. Location is great in the middle of the city 15 minutes walk away from the station, and the mountains.

Un hotel foarte frumos, amplasat foarte bine, personalul foarte amabil de mare ajutor. Micul dejun exceptional, cina la fel, mancare delicioasa. Totul a fost minunat.

Czuć że się postarali projektując ten hotel. Strefa saun ma specjalną strefę relaksu, z kanapami leżankami i popielniczką. Można się tam napić zimnej wody (nie z plastikowych kubków tylko z takich porządnych szklanek), można też sobie zrobić BIO herbatkę. Siłownia ze sprzetem z najwyższej półki (brakowało tyko wyciągu, ale jak na hotelową to bardzo dobra). Śniadania fantastyczne, trudno zachować umiar :)

Einfach alles, von der reception bis hin zum Frühstück. Sogar beim Lift konnten nur Hotelgäste in die Zimmer fahren, da er nur mit Zimmer Karte funktionierte. Das war super. Leider zu kurz, weil wir nur 1 Nacht dort waren, aber dafür war gerade die kaiserwoche. Werden wieder kommen und hier buchen.

Alles übertechnisch, gar nichts selbsterklärend, nicht einmal der Lift. Das Wasser zum Frühstück geht NUR per Ipad, die Dusche schaltet unvorhersehbar auf Deckenregen um - ungewollte nasse Haare inclusive

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Der Pool ist gross genug, sogar schwimmen war möglich. Die Lage ist top. Man ist gleich im Zentrum

تصميم الحمام مزعج جدا وليس به خصوصية، فالمغسلة ومنطقة الدوش مفتوحة كليا على ممر الغرفة بدون باب! واضاءة الحمام عالية والمروحة صوتها عالي وتنفتح تلقائيا مع الاضاءة مما يسبب ازعاج للشخص الثاني في الغرفة بسبب الصوت والاضاءة، كذلك الغرفة ليس بها سجاد مما قلل الشعور بالراحة والفخامة

חדר 315 הגענו וכבר בכניסה לחדר היה מאוד חם והמזגן לא עבד. ביקשנו בקבלה עזרה הגיע נציג שניסה לסדר אך ללא הצלחה 😣 שהינו במלון יומיים עם מזגן שלא עובד, החדר היה חם כמו בסאונה. ביקשנו סיוע קרוב ל3 פעמים בקבלה והחדר עדיין היה חם במהלך כל השהייה. החדר לא היה נקי כפי שמצופה ממלון ברמה כזו... נכנסנו לחדר שבמקלחת היו המון שיערות על הריצפה. חבל, מלון שנראה ברמה גבוהה מאוד שלא יכול לפתור בעיה כל כך קטנה.

The location is perfect. We were able to find parking on the street right next to the hotel. The spa is pleasant, and the breakfast was good, with plenty of options overall. The coffee machine also had oat milk available, which was a nice touch. The room was okay, quite and with all the basic amenities. The hotel is pet friendly.

In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star superior hotel and is not worth the price. For what you actually receive, I would say that half the price would be more appropriate. The elevators do not look particularly well maintained, and there were scratches and stains on the walls of the room. The minibar was completely empty. Of course, I don’t necessarily need anything in the minibar, but in a hotel of this category, you would normally expect it to be stocked. The room was average in size and had the basic amenities, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about it. The staff were rather cold and not particularly welcoming. When I arrived and said that I had a reservation, I was asked whether the reservation was actually for this hotel. It made me wonder whether I really looked like someone who could pay €340 for one night :) At breakfast, it would also be very helpful if allergens were clearly indicated for each food item. For people with allergies or for vegans, it is currently quite difficult to know what they can eat. Nobody wants to have to keep asking the staff about the ingredients in every dish.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, with stunning mountain views from our room. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire property looked new and very well maintained. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a great variety of options. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Parking was also very convenient, with the hotel’s parking available downstairs for €18 per night. The town itself is very cute and has plenty of great food options, including several that cater well to vegetarians.

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything from the room and cleanliness to the location, breakfast, staff, and parking was excellent.

Hotel nás velmi mile překvapil. Má výbornou polohu, odkud je vše snadno dostupné. Hotel je nový, moderní a všude bylo perfektně čisto. Velkým zážitkem pro nás byly snídaně – opravdu skvělé, velmi bohaté a s širokým výběrem kvalitních jídel, personál pokud něco došlo hned doplňoval, takže si každý přijde na své. Co bychom ale chtěli vyzdvihnout nejvíce, je mimořádně vstřícný přístup k našemu pejskovi. Personál byl po celou dobu velmi milý a přátelský a náš pejsek nikde nikomu nevadil. Díky tomu jsme se cítili opravdu vítaní a pobyt jsme si mohli naplno užít. Hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit a při další návštěvě se sem velmi rádi vrátíme.

Umístění hotelu téměř v centru, vybavení hotelu, skvělý bazén, výborné jídlo.

Hotel nemá vlastní parkoviště, i když se parkoviště nachází přímo pod hotelem, tak prý patří městu a tudíž se platí parkovné, což nechápu. A ještě jedna nepříjemná zkušenost - při večeři se nám bohužel dva večery věnoval číšník, který nenabídl nápojový lístek a potom, co nám donesl večeři nás ignoroval, po půl hodině čekání, kdy jsme měli na stole již prázdné nádobí a neměli jsme co pít, tak náš stůl bez zájmu míjel. Zbylé dva večery se nám věnovala číšnice, která byla naprosto skvělá, stále se zajímala, zda něco nepotřebujeme.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and brightly lit, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic throughout our visit. Additionally, the breakfast was abundant, fresh, and delicious—everything about the service and dining was fantastic!

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a strong, pungent odor in the room, which forced us to keep the windows open the entire time. Another issue was at check-out, where we were charged city tax again onsite, even though our Booking.com confirmation clearly showed that the city tax had already been prepaid in the total amount. As a result, we ended up paying the city tax twice.

Superb Hotel worthy of it's 4 stars. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great location, very clean room and excellent breakfast.

Stijlvol hotel, volledig in een modern Sisi thema ingericht. Comfort kamer is niet groot, maar prima met een goed bed en uitstekende douche en airco. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk! Zwembad is ook een aanrader. Parkeren kan onder het hotel. Goede ligging in Bad Ischl. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, geräumiges Zimmer, toller Ausblick, super Pool, den auch unsere Kinder nutzen konnten ( auch wenn nur bis 17 Uhr), super Lauge ( Wolfgangsee, Schafbergbahn,...) , Bas Ischl ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, mit sehr viel Geschichte...

Wunderschöne Architektur des Gebäudes, sowohl aussen als auch innen. Erwähnenswert ist die perfekte Lichtgestaltung in den Zimmern, besonders der bewegungsmeldergesteuerte beleuchtete Kosmetikspiegel im Bad oder die Leselampe beim Bett. Das überaus freundliche Personal macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Das WLAN auf der Terrasse funktioniert meist nicht, was auch bei der Konsumationsbestätigung ärgerlich ist.
