Reviewed May 18, 2025Good location, rather new building. Easy access with good instructions. Comfortable apartment with beautiful living room and kitchen. Nice view of the sea. Nearby 2 new malls, KTCC and Mayang Mall.
Rooms and toilet a little too basic. A mirror on the dressing table would be nice. The toilet lacks any place to put toiletries and the lights were too dim. The view of the sea was somewhat spoiled by the bird poos on the ledge of the windows. Owner should really clean it up.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2023The unit was beautiful. Interior was nice. Host was reachable. However we experienced a really unwanted experience for a first time stay here.
Upon arrival, the house wasn't clean. The host declared they forgot about our stay and overlooked our check in dates. Our team arrived 8pm which was way after check in time, and yet the team had to leave again while waiting for the host to arrive to clean the house. I appreciate the effort of the house owner taking responsibilities to it however we still paid in full. So its a little unfair for us as guest to experience such a thing.

The bathroom door lock and the sprayer in the master bedroom need to be fixed. No towels provided in the bedroom next to the main entrance.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2023The property was clean and comfortable for a family holiday. The location is great as everywhere is a short drive or grab away. Very near to the mall which was very convenient. The owner of the property was also very attentive and responsive to our questions.
