L’établissement est juste magnifique ! Hyper bien équipé, dans un lieux tranquille et calme.

Absolument tout était parfait

C'est un chalet, tres bien organisé, tres beau, tres classe avec tout ce qu'on a besoin! La propreté est au rdv! Rien a dire ainsi que le calme! Sincèrement on kiff vite l'endroit même si au premiers abord, tu flippe un peu!

La literie!!!!! J'ai mal au dos! La literie est archi dur et on se retrouve vite sur un matelas qui part en cacahouète! Je suis assez sensible du dos, je sors d'une hernie discale, donc c'est peut etre la cause, je ne sais pas! L'emplacement, vraiment c'est un endroit assez spéciale! Pour aller manger, il faut repartir sur bidiyah 25mn, et pour vous rendre a Wadi bani Khalid, il vous faut a peu pres le meme temps! De base, si vous venez pour Wadi BANI KHALID, ne vous attendez pas a être a côté! C'est important de le savoir nous avons été surpris! On avait mal lu le descriptif, on a juste lu le titre: Wadi Bani Khalid, on pensait que c'était a côté alors que pas du tout!

This villa comprises three separate chalets (2 with a large bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen-dining area) arranged around the swimming pool. It is set in the heart of the countryside and offers magnificent views of the sunset over the hills. It is the perfect base for exploring the Wahiba Desert or the surrounding wadis.

Compared to the overall standard of comfort, the mattresses are a bit firm.

Incroyable ! le logement était très lumineux et propre. Parfaitement équipé ! De plus, l’hôte a été au petit soin pour nous et très accueillant !

Had to cancel desert camping due to weather conditions as decided to stay for a night in here. Everything was pretty good, pool was clean and warm, beds were comfy, the chalet is amazing in itself! If you want to spend some time in private place I would recommend it during the sunny days and would enjoy coming back!

I think it rarely rains in Oman, but with our luck it was raining :( and some water made into the house which is closer to the kitchen house, some of my things got wet (backpack, clothes) luckily no documents/expensive items got wet. I informed the host/employees, so hopefully issue will be resolved (but just in case, keep your bags above ground)

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time. Everything was extremely clean, and the entire villa was beautifully prepared and well organized. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. One small thing that really stood out to me was when I realized I didn’t have a power adapter and couldn’t charge my phone or my camera. After I mentioned it, the host immediately brought one for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. The hospitality and attention to detail were excellent. I can definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back again.😇

Tout était parfait. La propriété est très belle, élégante, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Le ménage était très bien réalisé. On est au calme, dans un petit cocon de douceur et d'élégance.

Énorme coup de cœur pour ce logement exceptionnel 🤍 Un véritable cocon hors du temps, totalement isolé et entouré par les montagnes : un endroit parfait pour se détendre. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, avec deux chambres et une cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine privée et chauffée, sans vis-à-vis, est un pur bonheur 😍 tout est pensé pour le confort et la détente, absolument rien ne manque. Le calme est total, parfait pour se ressourcer. Livraison de repas possible directement à la maison, et les wadis sont à seulement 30 minutes. Nous aurions adoré prolonger le séjour… Malheureusement il était complètement réservé pour les jours qui suivaient. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, inchAllah 🌿✨

Heated swimming pool was a big + The setting, rural and somehow isolated was nice. The property is in really good condition.

Tiles around the swimming pool get quite slippery when they get wet. One needs to be very careful.

Vous voulez du calme et du confort alors foncez chez Said. La piscine privée est un vrai plus de luxe nous en avons bien profité pour se reposer un peu avant de reprendre notre périple

De luxe villa van de heer Said was geweldig; een super mooie villa met een prachtige inrichting, een heerlijke geur en een lekker verwarmd prive zwembad. Vanaf het eerste moment dat je binnenstapt, merk je meteen al dat er aan alles is gedacht om het zijn gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wij hebben ons verblijf gecombineerd met een bezoek aan wadi bani khaled en de afstand was perfect. Deze villa is zeker een aanrader om heerlijk te ontspannen!

Es war ein Katastrophales Bett. Das Haus von außen super, innen doch ganz schön abgenutzt. Der Pool war der Hammer

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist großzügig angelegt und schön gestaltet. Besonders angenehm war der beheizbare Pool. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat stets sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür jedoch in der Nähe des Wadi Bani Khalid. Gerade nach einem Besuch des Wadis lohnt sich eine anschließende Übernachtung dort sehr. Zwar wird vor Ort kein Essen angeboten, allerdings kann man sich problemlos etwas bestellen. Das haben wir auch gemacht, und die Lieferung kam schnell und unkompliziert an. Alles in allem eine sehr nette und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Quelle pépite que cette ravissante maison à la déco soignée et tout à fait intemporelle... les pièces sont disposées autour de la petite piscine privée. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres et confortables. Café Omanais offert le matin et livraison de repas indien délicieux. Attention de ́ne pas arriver de nuit, car le lieu n'est pas facile à trouver.

Alles was goed. Leuk zwembadje (verwarmd) voor mijn kind erbij. Prachtig uitzicht asl je wakker wordt van de bergen!

J'ai littéralement tout aimé, ça était mon logement préféré de tout mon séjour à Oman. Ce lieu est un véritable havre de paix, si joliment décoré. La piscine extérieur chauffée a été un pur plaisir. L'hôte est d'une extrême gentillesse.

Schöne komfortable Unterkunft mit einem kleinen Pool. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Essen haben wir keins bestellt, sondern mal Resteverwertung aus unseren Fundus gemacht, Ist ja für 1 x Abendessen und 1 x Frühstück kein Porblem.

La casa é perfetta. Le due camere un sogno e la piscina riscaldata una magia. Abbiamo scelto questo luogo per vivere la notte di capodanno insieme e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La cucina è perfettamente organizzata; abbiamo preparato la cena in autonomia facendo la spesa nel supermarket locale e abbiamo aspettato la mezzanotte attorno alla tavola come fossimo a casa. Una nota di eccellenza: il proprietario. Riservato e disponibile è il valore aggiunto della casa. Ha saputo gestire in modo eccelso due piccoli inconvenienti in modo brillante e gentile. Non posso che consigliare questo posto magico.

Opravdu nádherné a velmi čisté ubytování. Vše je zcela čisté a voňavé. Jednalo se o nejkomfortnější naše ubytování v Ománu. Výborná lokalita pro dostupnost z Wadi. Pan majitel ochotný a nápomocný.

Le plus proche est 20/30min de route avec possibilité de se faire livrer (mais très très long...) Le mieux est de faire sa propre cuisine !

Très spacieux, chalet avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, une cuisine, une petite piscine pour soi, bon accueil avec conseil pour la restauration, calme.

Everything is done in a high standard, we were quite surprised about it. One room has wooden interior, it feels great, like being in sauna :) The other room has a more modern style. Both are very comfy. The pool offers a nice break from the outside heat. Kitchen is super. Good location

Cadre idéal pour du repos, magnifique et confortable

Für uns war diese Unterkunft eine bezaubernde Überraschung. Leider kamen wir viel später an als wir dem Gastgeber mitgeteilt hatten. Er war dennoch sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und wir wurden mit Datteln und Kaffee empfangen. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Da es bereits dunkel wurde, haben wir über einen Lieferdienst Essen bestellt. Er hätte uns aber auch Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, absolut privat und durch den kleinen Pool gab es auch eine schöne Abkühlung abends. Die Zimmer sind in 3 separaten Häusern untergebracht und das ganze Areal ist mit einer Mauer umgeben. Im Außenbereich gab es denen dem Pool u.a. eine Hollywoodschaukel, Gartentisch mit Stühlen, Grill und einen Wäscheständer. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. In der Küche lagen Informationen über den Oman aus. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Gastgeber gab uns am nächsten Morgen noch Tipps zu den Wadis.

Gute grösse, moderne Einrichtung und allgemein sehr gepflegt. Kommunikation zum Besitzer (Said) war problemlos. Er gab uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Zum erreichen der Unterkunft ist es von Vorteil ein SUV zu haben (Schotterstrasse ca. 1km).

Notre meilleure expérience à Oman. Said est un hôte charmant. Son Chalet est un véritable joyau. Un moment hors du temps. On serait bien resté plus longtemps, nous avons adoré Wadi Bani Khalid. Le top du top. Merci pour votre hospitalité. Hélène et Family

Tolle Villa, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Aussicht. Restaurant gibt es nicht in der Nähe, dafür liegen in der Küche Menus von Delivery Service.⁸

Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen über eine Schotterstraße zu erreichen. Dadurch ist es nachts super ruhig und man kann den Sternenhimmel genießen. Die beiden getrennten Zimmer und der Pool sind super für Reisen mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern war sehr gut.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas großzügiger sein, vor allem da die nächsten Restaurants 15-20 Minuten weg sind. Das ist allerdings nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag in einer insgesamt tollen Unterkunft.

Ein wahnsinnig schönes Appartmenthäuschen. Wirklich hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Der Besitzer war nett und hat uns in Empfang genommen. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss, aber wenn man ein Auto hat kein Problem. Man kann sich Essen bestellen.

Wspaniale miejsce.dojazd jest dobrze oznaczony na google maps. Miejsce ciche, czyste, są dwie sypialnie z osobnymi wejściami, kuchnia osobno. Basen wspaniały. Wszystko co potrzebujesz na pobyt nawet kilkudniowy. Gospodarz bardzo uczynny, pomaga w każdej kwestii. 10/10

Amazing property situated about 30 mins from the Wadi Bani Khalid. 2 huge comfortable bedrooms with en suites and a lovely outside area. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

A wonderful hostel in a very private and peaceful location. The private pool and well-equipped kitchen were great additions. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family of four — our entire family loved the stay!

The apartment is quite remote, located in the middle of nowhere, and far from restaurants or other facilities. It’s definitely not a budget-friendly option. A car is essential — especially if you want to visit the Wadis, which require a longer drive.

The place was well-maintained. Every corner was IG-worthy, very aesthetic. The location was very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoy our time. Said was very responsive and helpful of our needs. We will definitely recommend this place!

Ideal for exploring Wadi Bani Khalid, this accommodation is truly exceptional. The rooms are not only spacious and immaculately clean but also beautifully designed, making them perfect for a group of four. The inviting pool area adds an extra touch of relaxation to the stay. Our host, Said, was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond by assisting us with ordering food from the restaurant, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended and we would definitely book again!

One thing to note is that dining options are quite a distance away, approximately a 20-minute drive. While you can order food from one of the nearby restaurants, be aware that they charge a delivery fee, and unfortunately, the food quality was not up to par during our stay.

Tastefully renovated, well equipped, impeccably maintained. Feels like a nice hotel, looks even better than the photos. Convenient location between the desert and the wadi. Comes with all the necessary supplies. Each of the 2 rooms comes with its own bathroom and is a standalone building, so there’s extra privacy compared to a 2-bedroom apartment. Owner is responsive and friendly. Book without hesitation.

Adding a washing machine would make it perfect. Flies are a bit bothersome

Beautiful property in a quiet rural location, ideally situated halfway between Wadi Bani Khalid and the desert. The property is beautiful,clean and well maintained. Said is a kind host that will also give you great local advice! The last part of the road to reach the property is gravel but 4x4 cars aren't needed to reach it. We got there with a mazda6 rental (terrible off road capabilities) with no issues at all.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, the warm swimming pool was so lovely and the view of the surroundings is great. The hotel is located in an isolated area, so we enjoyed the calm and the good location 20min from the wadi bani Khalid and the entrance to the Wahiba desert.

It is a beautiful property in a rural area. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and there are many things that it comes with. For example, there are 3 seating areas outside (table, pool area and barbecue at the back facing the sunset). The bedrooms come equipped with many items as well with coffee tables, rack with robes for the guests, soaps, incenses and many pillows. The shared area is also perfect too as the owner stocks the fridge with water and also has dates which were lovely. Do not be intimidated by the journey here; after you exit the motorway you have to drive through some country roads into an unpaved mud road which crosses a river bank into the hotel. I do think that it makes the experience much more raw and enjoyable if you visit a country like this. There is plenty of space for a car park.

I would recommend bringing your own food to make/ cook with as there are not options close to this place. However, there is a shop nearby where you’d be able to buy snacks etc.
