Peacfull location- 10 min walk from lake, and few min drive from nearest town. Big house, clean , house had everything needed for cooking, cleaning, fire place and wood privided. Lovely back garden, with seating, and neibhour donkey just other side of fense. Pet friendly.
Check in and out was super easy. The house is well equipped and has everything you need and the local town has lovely bars and resteraunts. Would deffo reccomend this house. Beds were really comfy too.
There was a bit of a musty smell out of the presses and the plates etc but once we washed was fine. There was also a smell like someone had been smoking in the house.
Heerlijk grote vakantiewoning. Veel ruimte binnen en buiten (tuin). Zeer rustige omgeving.
Location, super comfortable beds. Everything was great.
Nothing to complain about.
Peaceful home in an amazing location!
Lovely house, nice walks. Lots of space inside for a big family
The place was idyllic and had everything that I wanted to celebrate my 70th birthday with close family and friends. The village of Oughterad was fantastic, and the people were really friendly. we had the craic with many good people, and it made our stay very special. Special shout out to Powers Bar, where the food was great and the hospitality was even better. We loved the place ❤️ Shout out for Liam our long suffering taxi driver who took us on a long journey into Connemara, where the land is quite stunning. Liam picked us up at the end of our evening and chatted with us all the way back to the house. We certainly learned a few interesting facts about local historical stories!!
Nothing at all. The garden could do with some attention to make it user friendly. The wonderful donkey and horses next door were a real bonus.
Ideal location. Ample room, parts obviously recently modernised
1 bathroom\wc in a 4 bedroomed property was not adequate. An additional WC at least is necessary. Some cleaning only adequate (grill/oven smokey as needs deep clean.) Unseasonal inclement weather and central heating unavailable apart from log burner.
