La salle de bains avec rideau de douche où l’eau gicle de partout vers les toilettes. Pas agréable. Attention au stationnement également ! Nous avons pris un Pv car stationnement trop près d’une intersection (il faut +de 5 mètres ! ) encore fallait il le savoir....

Just needs a blind for the second single bedroom window. Not an issue for us as we had eye masks, but it might be if you didn't in summer time.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Posizione centrale, letti comodi, salotto e cucina con macchina nespresso, molto accogliente e bella la vista sui tetti, si poteva vedere anche un po l’oceano.
Bagno: doccia terribile, impossibile non fare un lago bagnando anche gabinetto e carta igienica, lavandino praticamente inesistente. Quarto piano senza ascensore.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Le logement est placé en haut d 'une pente assez raide mais proche du centre ville. Appartement bien décoré où on se sent bien.
Appartement au 3e étage sans ascenseur . Pas facile avec les valises... Nous avons attendu une heure devant la porte malgré nos tentatives pour joindre la propriétaire qui nous a affirmé avoir envoyé précédemment les informations d ' arrivée.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Perfekte zentrale Lage im Zentrum und doch ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Im Umkreis gibt es dutzende Lokale, Geschäfte,nette Cafes und der Berg Aksla ist auch nicht weit. Die Weinbar Vino ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Café Racoon ebenfalls. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wohlfühlcharakter.Check in mittels Code hat super geklappt.
Man muss fürs Parken von 8h bis 16h zahlen. Sonntags jedoch nicht. Es gab leider keinen Wäscheständer. Der Geruch im Stiegenhaus war nicht der Beste.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung war gemütlich, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Nähe konnten wir über das gesamte Wochenende auf einem Schulparkplatz kostenlos parken. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut; sie war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Apartmán ideální pro dva. Velmi pohodlné postele, skvěle vybavená kuchyň (káva, čaj, olej, sůl, dostatek nádobí). Všude bylo perfektně uklizeno, komunikace s majitelkou výborná. Předání klíčů je snadné, ze 4. patra je hezký výhled na město. Klidná ulice, pár minut do centra města. Dům je na kopci a byt je ve 4. patře bez výtahu - nám to nevadilo, ale někdo s tím může mít problém.
Jediným nedostatkem je řešení koupelny. Po každém sprchování je na podlaze spousta vody. Neustále se musí vytírat, podlaha je dlouho mokrá. Umyvadlo je také malé a mělké, snadno namočíte věci okolo něj.

Be aware: bathroom is very small, in fact a wet room (not at all clear from the website pics) with shower curtain dividing off showering area from toilet, and very small sink. Both bedrooms a bit cramped too, and far too much personal stuff in all the potential wardrobe space. No blind or curtains in second bedroom.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Mooie centrale ligging, ruim appartement, vriendelijke host en warm welkom via mail en brochure in het appartement. Vanuit het appartement kon je de stad goed verkennen. Het appartement is voorzien van keuken, wasmachine/droger en een badkamer.
Het appartement ligt aan een steile heuvel en op de 4e verdieping zonder lift. Als je veel bagage hebt of slecht ter been bent, is dit appartement niet aan te raden.

Some drawer space would be good as there is a wardrobe in the main bedroom but is is full of towels and bed linen.

Var ikke noe jeg ikke likte. Men kan være greit å vite at boligen ligger i en bratt bakke dersom man sliter med å gå nedover eller i bratt oppoverbakke Er også en del trappetrinn opp til leiligheten, me det er ypperlig trim!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026It was very quiet and nice place unfortunatelly the weather was not optional but the view and the possible sun in the living room can boost your day, can it only imagine but it looks fantastic. Good "information" papers ready at the table about place and all around or what to do in Alesund... Just fantastic nice price nice place to stay in. Shops really close by nothing to worry about just dont forget anything cause there is a small hill to get back to the room :D overall 10/10

Nous avons également apprécié l'appartement dans son ensemble. Petit plus aussi pour se maquiller : les miroirs intérieurs de l'armoire de la salle de bain
Il faut etre assez sportif pour accéder à l'appartement : outre la montée de la rue, il y a encore 4 étages a monter à pied...Pas très pratique quand on a une valise imposante Il manquait des crochets dans la salle de bain pour pendre les essuies et la cuisine pourrait etre plus équipée. Dommage également que dans la chambre principale il n'y ait pas de penderie : c'est une grande armoire mais qu'avec des tiroirs

Es un cuarto sin ascensor, es interesante tener esto en cuenta si tienes un carro o vas en silla de ruedas.

It’s near the top of a steep slope and is on 4th floor in a building without a lift. So it will be a challenge if you have large luggages.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Tolle Lage, gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Appartment, nette Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation (Parkempfehlungen für PKW aufgrund der Kurzparkzone) und Angebote von individuellen Wandertouren und Flughafentransfers (die wir aber nicht gebucht haben). Vierter Stock mit schöner Aussicht. Man bleibt fit, da die Wohnung im vierten Stock ohne Lift liegt und auch die Straße Hellegata ist recht steil.
Im Badezimmer hätten wir uns einige zusätzliche Haken zum Trocknen der Badetücher gewünscht. Das ist aber der einzige Punkt, den wir bemängeln können.

Apartment on 4th floor, nice views of town/houses and a bit of fjord and mountains on both sides. Comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen has evertjing we needed, and good coffee (nespresso type). Noiseproof windows. Great for the 2 nights we stayed here. Effective communication with owner by chat.
Occasional stumbling by neighbours above.

The apartment is spacious, sparkling clean and absolutely everything is catered for. Lovely seating area, views of the city on both sides, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.
