The displayed price was misleading and confusing, and I had to pay an additional cost of over RM150 on top of that amount. On top of that, I still had to pay a deposit of another RM150.

The place was really big and spacious, the view was great, and they even provided utensils. Everything was great.

The TV remote was not working and the host need to check if the batteries are working or not. We couldn't watch any programs.

We had very enjoyable stay in this great house. Very good location which near Georgetown as well lots of good facilities nearby (7e, clinic, kfc) The swimming pool was great for kids and they liked it a lot. This house has a washing machine which really helped us as well as we came by big numbers of people.

Pro: Can cater for a large group of people, pet-friendly Airbnb.

Con: Airbnb is not well-maintained and not clean. The furniture and fitting are all torn and deteriorated. The waiting time for the lift is the killing part (took 15 to 30 mins to get in). Not worth the price paid.

Decent location

Almost everything about the property was sub par in particular the cleanliness and tidiness. Photos to support this statement can be provided. Walls were dirty and floors , dusty. Everything in the apartment was dated .

Sufficient space for a family. The living room floor was clean. Wardrobe in bedrooms. Convenient location & parking space provided. Clear instructions given for key collection/return.

1.The sofa in the living room was filthy and old with scratch marks. There was a build up of dust and strand of hair along the top back of the sofa. I sent photo to the owner. I spent an hour wiping down the sofa. The next occupants will have a cleaner sofa to sit on. 2. There was a bad smell in the ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom was fine. 3. The bathroom floors were wet when we arrived. 4. There were linen hanging out on the balcony when we arrived. 5. Bed linen looked old & some torn. 6. The lifts were slow/ insufficient.

Very spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay for family. Recommend for big family. All rooms are with 2 double beds.

Didn't expect to have 3 room with 2 double bed in each room, the living have a double bed too, so you can basically fit 16 people there if you want. The view is gorgeous, and you have everything for your daily need nearby.

The location seems too far from the town, it's a little bit hard to call for a ride either.

The 3 bedrooms are huge with 5 split air conditioning. Nice view, clean and cosy. Will recommend to friends.

Never provide hand wash, hand towel and floor mats to all the bathrooms. Strong smell coming up from the drain.

Everything. It's clean, very spacious, beautiful and fully furnished. The host is also very polite and pleasant. The parking is right in front of the elevator which is just what I need because my husband is OKU

The host stated 6 beds available however there was 7 queen beds and the house was so much spacious ! My family and I definitely love the house and every single thing of it. The cleanliness, the comfort of staying and everything was perfect

time consuming of the lift during check out time

It's very convenient and easy! Overall the house is out of expectation!!! We all WOW when step into house, its really huge and comfortable!! We all like it!! Hope can visit Penang soon and stay at this house again!!
