JFam Suites, C3-3N Studio, Up To 4 Pax

Staff were amazing

The unit needs some work done on it. For example the shower head squirts in every direction except down. It totally needs replacing. Maybe a bath mat would be good to.

Easy booking and very accomodating owner

Convenient location across the mall and running trail.

Overpriced in comparison to others with better quality and location.

The unit is clean and has complete kitchen facilities. The property staff is very responsive.. Security is good within the building The workers, from the security guard to the reception as well as the other workers in the building are courteous and helpful. The location is great. You have Southwoods Mall nearby. There's also a 7-11 convenience store and a restaurant / coffee shop just beside the building. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location. Just right in front of a mall and church. Nice building. Lots of parking space. Hi-tech door lock.

Not as spacious but it was ok

Very accommodating!!!

オーナー様のお気遣いが とても素晴らしいし、親切 言うこと無し 来年も是非是非お願いしたいです。

Quiet and safe place to stay. Near the mall.

There is a cockroach and CR not so clean.

door safety and comfy bed. nice tv. the owner and staff is super very accommodating!!!!

just the toilet smells like cigarette. just turn on the exhaust fan all the time.

Very convenient location. The owner responds promptly to messages and is easy to talk to.

The mattress is not very comfortable and the sofa bed is too low and soft to be used as a couch.

Jfam Suites exceeded our expectations again! This was our second time booking the unit, and the recent upgrades have made it even more comfortable and welcoming. Brian, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to address all our questions and requests. His staff even assisted us with our laundry, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself is wonderful, but it's the exceptional hospitality that truly sets Jfam Suites apart. We will definitely return!

The place was cozy and very strategically located, with the mall just across the building, a 7/11 and a restaurant downstairs. We were also able to go on morning walks around the area which was great. As for the utilities, we initially didn't have a hot shower but the owner got it fixed for us and there were also cooking wares available (the microwave was under maintenance but he provided alternatives such as the rice cooker and Multi-Purpose cooker). We had a mini fridge and basically everything that we needed to make our short stay as homely as possible. Most of all, we were happy with the owner's customer service, he was so hands-on and hospitable so when our plan changed, we didn't hesitate to extend our stay for another night. We definitely got our money's worth and we now have a place to come back to if we ever need to visit again.
