Comfort Zone at The Ridge E17

I loved the entire pool area with the bar etc., and the area had lots of resorts nearby that we mostly visited while we stayed.

Some items in the room were defective including the fan, the microwave stand and the remote to the TV, host mentioned to "rub the back", until she brought batteries in the morning; we didn't receive any. I also paid 10k extra for a birthday package and I got a few decor with mostly balloons, and a Welch juice which we were told would be champagne.

Piscina maravilhosa!

Estrutura simples de frigobar e microondas pra quem quer cozinhar suas refeições.

I like everything about the place it's relaxing a vibrant

Nice big room and bathroom. It’s actually nicer than the photos. The pool area with bar is also really good. The security staff were so helpful. One of them even hit a taxi to the knutsford bus terminal

The pool was really nice and you have a cleaner there he cleans the pool every night

I didn't try breakfast there. The staff were very welcoming. Everything was ok! I went to relax and I did just that.

It’s was awesome and the view was amazing

There was nothing not to like it was great

Everything

Location was great, didn’t stay for breakfast

The bed was a little low, the cable or tv quality was poor. Would’ve appreciated at least a bottle of water but that’s ok.

The staff and host were extremely friendly and accomodating

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very relaxing.

Nothing to complain about.

The bathroom is beautiful and the room was very clean.

It's listed as a one bedroom but it's a studio

Very clean and comfortable.

Espaco e condominio legal

Location and proximity to attractions

The restaurant was not fully open, but not a big issue.

Great pool. Open late.

Restaurant closed

The location was perfect for what I needed. Close proximity to the town center, with access to the pool. Place was well equipped with everything needed for my short stay

The road surface leading up to the apartment could be improved.

The place was clean and centrally located

I haven't ordered breakfast; I stayed only one night.

After parking the cars in the parking lot, the property has only steps down to it, but no railings to provide support for the elderly and disabled. I faced the trouble in that.

Everything was fine. The host lady, unfortunately, I do not remember her name. However, she was very professional and timely. Big up to the security supervisor and the night security, they were awesome.

The security gentleman at the gate to say he was obnoxious is putting it mildly. If you want your business to survive, that guard should be removed from the gate. There were no kitchen facilities that we were expecting since we broughteverythingto cook, but I must have overlooked that part of the booking, so I own that. The weather was bad, so we could not enjoy the pool and other activities, but that was nature at it best.i would stay there again and also tell others about this resort.

Everything was great

Friendliness and kindness and very good

Location was good. Close to everything.

I spoke with the lady that Overseas the place on thy night I was supposed to check in and she was not very welcoming at all. I tried calling her the best day to see if I could I get an ironing board, she didn't answer nor did she respond to my texf.

The location

The service from the host. She was abrupt at first then ok afterwards. The pool was dirty, so needs a bit of attention. Filters weren't working, hot tub out of use. We weren't aware that they had a chef, which would have made our lives a lot easier when it comes to food.

Very quiet and peaceful

Location of the property is very convenient and central. Property was clean and the facilities provided were very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and has a swim up bar that offers daily entertainment plus (food and snacks). The location is good, very close to most of the attractions in Ocho Rios. The host Mr. Christopher was very polite and helpful.

The pool was clean. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was nice and welcoming. The location was close to all the attractions I did. I am definitely coming back.

The ambiance was lovely and the location

The keys got mixed up so we were given a different room from the one we were to get

Kids-friendly, easy to find and secured. The pool wasn't too deep for the kids to play in.

Very clean environment

close to town

no recreational activities

Pool

We didn’t receive breakfast didn’t know that you guys provide breakfast.

The restaurant and bar was closed

the complex is very safe, peaceful and comfortable

the tv remote did not work well. there could be more hangers in the room to dry swimsuits and towels.
