The Appartment was fabulous

We liked everything about the stay

It was lovely and clean, very spacious and everything we needed was on hand. The beds were lovely and comfortable .

No microwave , but that’s the only negative I can think of 🤷‍♀️

Schöne große und geräumige Unterkunft. Alles sehr neu und modern.

Das kleine dritte Zimmer, hat kein Fenster zum öffnen und die Ausstattung in der Küche war schlecht. Bei 5 Personen nur ein kleiner Topf?!

אין שום מתקנים או משהו מיוחד, למארח לקח כל פעם שעות ארוכות לענות, האינטרנט היה חלש וחלק מהימים אפילו לא עבד, היה סתימה באחת המקלחות.

الشقة حديثة ونظيفة تتبع فندق 4 نجوم ولايشغلهاالفندق .تقع في قرية هادئة قريبة من سوبرماركت ليدل. يوجد مواقف قريبة ولكنها ليست بجوار المبنى. الوصول للموقع ليس مباشر من الطريق العام وانما يتطلب الدخول لشوارع ضيقة في الجوار. والمضيف جيد ومتجاوب.

حجزنا شقة ديلوكس اطلالتها زاوية حسب الصور واستلمنا شقة باطلالة محدوة مختلفة عن الحجز. طلبنا اقفال لابواب غرف النوم للخصوصية ورفض المضيف بحجة ان الدفاع المدني يمنع ذلك. وهذا شي غريب جدا. وصولنا كان في وقت ارتفاع الحرارة في هولندا وكنا قد سالنا واكدنا عن وجود مكيفات في غرف النوم واجابنا المضيف بانه يوجد ولكن عند الوصول اتضح انه لايوجد مكيفات في غرف النوم وهذا شيء مزعج جدا وكنا لانستطيع النوم في الغرف من شدة الحرارة. طلبنا حل مؤقت مراوح وامنها المضيف ولكنها لاتجدي. الشقه عبارة عن بنتهاوس غرف النوم في دور والصاله في الدور العلوي الذي يوجد به مكيف ضعيف. وتصعد للصاله بدرج شبه عمودي مزعج جدا خاصة لكبار السن والاطفال. الحمام الثاني لغرف النوم مفصول عنه الدوش وهذا مزعج. اماكن الدوش غيرمحكمة بزجاج لحفظ الماء ويوجد ستارة غير نافعة وواجهنا مشكلة كبيرة من تسرب المياه للمكان المجاور للدوش والذي لايوجد به تصريف للماء. غرفة النوم الثالثة لايوجد بها نافذه للتهوية وانما زجاج ثابت على الممر لايمكن فتحه. والتهوية في الشقة بشكل عام سيئة. التراس الخاص بالشقة مفتوح على الشقق الاخرى ولايوجد خصوصية ابدا فالاخرين يكشفون داخل الشقة بوضوح..

Very clean, quiet neighborhood with friendly community. Access to public transport and supermarket makes it perfect for any type of vacation. Great views all around.

El apartamento superó todas nuestras expectativas, sencillamente espectacular, todo, el mobiliario, las camas, baños y duchas varias, todo limpio ordenado, con accesorios (que no usé), pero ahí estaban, plancha, ventilador, lavadora de ropa, lavavajillas. El trato con el dueño eficaz y rápido, el lugar precioso, el vecindario igual. Es una antigua fábrica reconvertida en apartamento de lujo. Super recomendado, ah! varias cafeterías a pasos de distancia y un LIDL para cualquier emergencia. Resumen: 5 estrellas

지난번에 나는 이곳에 묵었었습니다. 그때는 와이파이가 좋지 못했었는데 이번에는 더 잘 되었어요. 그 외에는 모든 것이 좋은 숙소였어요. 기회가 된다면 다시 이용할 생각이 있습니다.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything, price point very good and communication from the host was great.

Some of the facilities need updating but the host was really good with any feedback we gave.

Modern, spatious flats

Excellent location

The apartment is absolutely enormous—far more spacious than expected. It is fabulous and honestly has nothing to do with the photos on Booking; everything looks significantly better in real life. The views are fantastic, overlooking a green park and the cathedral, which makes the stay feel even more special. The bedrooms are very spacious, with large wardrobes and plenty of storage. There are three toilets, which is extremely convenient, especially for families or groups. The apartment is located in a beautiful, well-maintained complex. There are two huge terraces on both sides of the apartment, offering different views and plenty of outdoor space to relax. Overall, the place feels exceptional—comfortable, bright, and truly phenomenal. .

However, the cleaning could definitely be improved, as there are still quite a few things that need more attention. Also, there is only one air conditioner, which is absolutely not enough to properly cool such a huge apartment

Die Grosse des Appartements hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ebenfalls die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zum Freizeitpark Efteling.

Kochen nicht möglich, da keine Töpfe vorhanden sind.

De locatie nabij het Fletcher Hotel waarbij je gebruikt kunt maken van de aldaar aangeboden faciliteiten, de ruimte in het appartement, kwaliteit meubels

Er waren hooguit een paar kleinigheden, niets noemenswaardigs. Soms wat lastig om een parkeerplaats te vinden. Plankje in de douche ontbreekt etc.

Sehr schönes und sehr geräumiges Appartement mit toller Aussicht. Parken problemlos und alles sauber.

Es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten bei der Küchenausstattung. Da die Wohnung für bis zu 6 Personen ausgelegt ist, sollte z. B. eine größere Salatschüssel vorhanden sein.

Heerlijk ruim, fantastisch uitzicht. Goede bedden. 2 badkamers en 3 toiletten heel handig met 6 volwassenen. Rustige inrichting, veel opbergruimte. Mooi dorp, mooie natuur in de omgeving, loopafstand naar supermarkt en centrum.

Er viel niets tegen, wel had ik een magnetron op prijs gesteld. Net als een iets ruimere keuken uitrusting. We waren met 6 personen de pannen waren niet berekend op 6 qua grootte en hoeveelheid. Net als de hoeveelheid glazen/borden. 2 aparte bedden op de kleine kamer kon je niet tegen elkaar zetten, ze waren verschillend in hoogte.

Ruim appartement op een fijne locatie. Goede bedden.

Water van het bad/douche liep niet goed door. Weinig keukenbenodigdheden(onderzetters, roerspaan, rasp, slakom/schaal ontbraken)

Het appartement was ruim en schoon. De locatie was oké. Communicatie met de host was prettig.

Er ontbrak zeep in de badkamer. Een slaapkamer had een stapelbed. De prijs voor dit verblijf was (te) hoog.

De ruimte. Lekker groot.

Weinig praktisch. Geen lampjes aan beide kanten van het bed, geen handdoeken hangers in de badkamer, ongezellig ingericht, hele vieze ramen naar het balkon. Weinig parkeerplek in de buurt met grote auto. Ongezellig licht (weinig sfeerlampen). Prijs hoog voor kwaliteit.

Eine tolle Lage mit schönem Ausblick. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Anreise war kompliziert vor Ort hatten wir 1 Stunde unser Appartement gesucht, was uns beruhigt hat wir waren nicht die einzigen den es so ging.

The apartment needs some love and care, missing things that you would consider as standard, like baskets in the sowers, minimal kitchen equipment. Its a shame, since the apartment itself and the facility is amazing.

Prachtig nieuw appartement, heel schoon en ruim. Mooie locatie op loopafstand van het dorp! Inrichting is wel wat klinisch, het mist wat aankleding en gezelligheid

Beetje kaal qua aankleding

It was straightforward and an easy entrance to enter into the building. It was located in a nice area with a beautiful view along breakfast being included.

We have missed the breakfast. Next time it would be nice if breakfast would be further emphasized to us as it was not clear it was. Furthermore, there was no hand wash present in the bathrooms.

Sehr schönes Appartement über 2 Etagen mit moderner Ausstattung und schönem Blick. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz tolle Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter. Danke auch für das Kaffee & Tee Paket.

Ein bisschen mehr Gründlichkeit bei der Sauberkeit, dann wäre es perfekt! Die Kopfkissen sind leider viel zu hoch.

Beds and showers Luc was very helpful! Great location close to shops and grocery stores. Great restaurant and very friendly people at the Fletcher Hotel. We would recommend to family and friends.

The stairs😉 No chairs proved for the terraces. Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space Sometimes the internet stopped.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll und gut möbliert, viel Schrankplatz, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, um Ausflüge nach Tilburg oder Herzogenbusch zu machen, trotzdem nicht laut, fussläufige Entfernung zu einem tollen Naturschutzgebiet, schön zum Wandern oder Spazieren gehen. Vermieter hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas knapp, aber Sachen, die wir konkret angefragt haben, hat der Vermieter sofort nachgeliefert. Einfaches Ein- und Auschecken. Alles Top, würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten.

The host was very kind and when help was needed, they always showed up quickly. The apartment is also truly beautiful!!

Certain areas could’ve been cleaned better but it’s definitely nothing to worry about. It’s still the best place to be.

Nice and big, clean and beautiful view. There was a little bakery near the Lidl that made the best coffee too.

Parking out the front was impossible, it was slightly annoying because we had quite a lot of luggage for 3 children and 2 adults. However, we managed and it was okay.

A great location and large space, perfect for a family of 5. The wrap around deck of the penthouse allowed for great views. Easy to walk into the village and use of the hotel facilities.

Although the property looked great, a lot of the finishing was poor, blinds coming off hooks, kitchen tap coming loose. There was no tea towel and only one wine glass. The kitchen equipment needs a restock.

Overall, a very good apartment.. I was very pleasantly surprised by the central location, where everything is really close at hand. The apartment is located in a hotel and office complex. There is everything you need, the apartment has three bedrooms on the first floor and a living room and kitchen on the second floor, where there are also two terraces with a view of the city. It is possible to use all the services in the hotel (for an extra charge) or it is possible to use the shops and cafes in the vicinity. The beds are comfortable.

Everything was fine, there are only a few small things that are missing for perfection. The apartment is located at the end of the corridor and the lift to the hotel reception is on the opposite side, unfortunately it is the only lift where the access chip works. So you have to carry your luggage quite a distance (through the lobby, then to the elevator to the residence, and then through the whole complex) There is a second elevator and a staircase next to the apartment, however, it is possible to use it only for the exit but the entrance does not work, which is a shame, it would certainly it was much more comfortable. There are also tall wardrobes in the bedrooms, however there is no way to get to the upper part, they are quite high and there is nothing to step on and get to the upper shelves. There is only basic equipment in the kitchen, it is enough for a short stay, but it is not for any big preparations, rather for coffee and small snacks. In the end, I didn't have the best experience with check-in, it was clear that hotel guests are a priority for the reception.
