The kids-friendly furniture, clean and comfortable house is suitable for family with kids. My kids really enjoyed the stay because have slides. Even the sofabed is comfortable to sleep. Provided many beds, great for big family. Host is very friendly and helpful assisting us with check-in and check-out. Appreciate their kind hospitality. The city views are great too. Nearby local attraction and local famous eatery.

We really liked the spaciousness of the house and the amenities it offered. The house was very suitable and comfortable for 4 people, and it can be suitable even more people to stay. The host was also very helpful and friendly, they provided all the needed instructions very clearly and simply. Really appreciated it.

clear instructions . only 1 card for doors and lift fast lift..but a lot of people because of public holidays .so we take the stairs whenever its too crowded Security guards at the pool is doing good job telling people what not to do and gatekeep pool facility is great .both kids and adults area

check in was a bit tedious at the security guard area..need to fill up online form while taking the card..a bit of a hassle the room is quite small..this is not my first time going to bali residence ..but interior design is child friendly which is spectacular

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bilik sangat bersih, selesa dan lengkap. Lokasi strategik, dekat tempat makan,bandar & tarikan utama. Host ramah dan membantu,paling penting katil banyak,sesuai utk famili,decoration bilik mesra kanak2 . Sangat berbaloi, pasti akan menginap lagi!

Lift service is quite slow and maybe due many people stay there.

The kettle is broken, can't boil water

The overall unit is clean, new and smells good. The location is good too, a lot of eateries around.

The bedsheets has some stains despite our request for it to be changed before we arrive. The bed is comfy though. The shower area tiles looks a bit dirty and need some scrubbing. The sofa bed is too hard.

1. Sofa - i believe the sofa leg has broken and now the sofa was on the floor. 2. Bar chair - some not adjustable.

The arrow of the parking a bit confusing. The signboard should be put at above not on the road If possible can the host put a cloth hanger inside the bathroom. Tqvm

Nice for family with kids. The deco is nice, simple n safe. For cooking, u need to bring your own pots. No big deal for me. Just the pillows.. for such quality, you should prepare four for each bed.

The guards of the building not friendly, not even understand simple english, especially around the pool site. Lots of other visitors not wearing proper swimsuits, some of them just wearing home tshirt swimming in the pool, but not complaint by the guards. But mine did, even though we were wearing complete swimsuits. We tried to explain, but he didn't understand english. What's a bad experience 😪

It was close to a lot of places, a lot of amenities and very clean. Extremely reasonable price for facilities, even have mart and games room downstairs for food and water.

There was no water dispenser, couch could be more comfortable.

I like everything about the property,checking in was easy,the view of straits of malacca was superb,the unit was spacious,comfortable,the sheets were clean,cozy,smells good and super clean,the pool was big and nice,really relaxing for my short get away,also its just walking distance to eat.

Quit smooth check in & check out without any intermedation.

Maybe can have few refreshers like 1 at living room, 1 at room & 1 at washroom to have pleasant smell since the apartment is quit compact.

Everything is perfect here just the Pillow is soft for me, however this is very subjective.
