Reviewed Dec 15, 2025صاحب الشقة كان متجاوبا وسريعا في ارسال المعلومات . الشقة نظافتها لا بأس بها . يوجد سجادة صلاة . سريرين ومناديل في الصالة. يتوفر بالقرب منها تموينات ومغسلة ومطاعم .
مروحة الحمام مزعجة واذا اطفأتها يكون هناك رائحه في الحمام . السرير لم يكن مريحا بالنسبة لي لانه لين بالمرة . هناك صوت قرقعة لاحد الشبابيك طوال الليل بسبب الهواء فلم يكن محكما . يوجد مكيف بلا تدفئة وقد احسسنا بالبرودة. باب الحمام زجاجي مثلج واغلاقه ليس مرنا . لايوجد ورق حمام بجانب المرحاض. هناك اصوات موسيقى وشيلات من الغرف المجاورة . لايوجد حارس للمبنى . المصعد ضيق وبالكاد يكفي شخصين مع الحقائب . لا انصح بها للعوائل وللنساء لعدم وجود كاميرات مراقبة ولا حارس عند المدخل ....للعزاب قد تكون مناسبة . الشقة عبارة عن غرفة فوق السطح مبنية مع مجموعة غرف . يشهد الله اني كتبت رأيي بكل شفافية وللفائدة . اتمنى من صاحب الشقة تجويد بابها وتثبيت الشباك المزعج وتنبيه الجيران ع عدم الازعاج .

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025حبيت شكل الغرفة والنظافة والصورة طبق الاصل حسب الصور المعروضة والدخول ذكي للاستديو و مريح جدا. فيه مصعد و تحت العمارة فيه مغسلة ملابس وصيدلية و محل تموينات للاغذية. قريب من سوق جرير 3 دقايق بالسيارة و قريب من المطار و جامعة نورة ومجمع سكة بحي النرجس طريق عثمان بن عفان. الاسرة مريحة جدا السخان ممتاز ماشاء الله خصوصا في الجو البارد.
يحتاج يعمل ممر للشنط عند دخول العمارة لسهولة حملها و اخراجها

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025I recently booked this hotel for my colleague during his stay in Riyadh, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was spacious, clean, and had a refreshing ambiance with a pleasant fragrance. All essential amenities, including hot and cold water, an LED TV, and other facilities, were readily available. One of the standout aspects was the internet speed—something we often struggle with in Riyadh. However, at this hotel, the connection was fast and reliable, making it perfect for both work and leisure. A special mention to the host, Ibrahim, who was extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the stay. His hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay in Riyadh. Will definitely consider it for future visits!

- cleanliness was not effective yet we checked in and there was still staines and urine in the bathroom. - there was maintenance down the road so we had to climb in order to get in.
