Reviewed Jul 5, 2026I had a very good experience staying at the Guest house. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. I loved the fact that the owner put heaters in every room so guests can stay warm at all times. The staff and the owner were very kind and respectful. They made sure to fulfill any requests we had. I.e. I had an alteration that I needed help with and the staff were able to fix the alterations I had on my dress. If there was anything that guests needed or if there was an issue, the staff at S&S were quick to solve it. The customer service at the Guest house truly was exceptional. Even though it is winter and cold the pool side was so inviting, I just had to take my coffee and relax by the pool side.
I would like for the Guest house to consider having breakfast offering. Apart from that suggestion, there isn't anything that I did not like at the bnb.

My only complaint was the excessive noise, which I believe came from other guests, particularly in the mornings. It disrupted our sleep.

Empty beer can lying around the pool area. A lot of noise coming from other guests, as rooms are near each other. Cleanliness in room needs improvement, bedsheet was torn, shower did not have a door or curtain which resulted in water flooding the bathroom.

I was very disappointed with the kettle, was very duty in such a way I couldn't make tea. The bathroom did not have body wash, there was a used soap and also the toilet short with some sanitary bags, I felt like the toilet did not have a female version.

We struggled to check in , after a long drive all we wanted was to just relax and recoup, we were assisted by a lady who had to first check with the owner if our booking is there , that took very long . Sharing a bathroom with other visitors was the biggest turn off for me and toilets were very dirty ,had to go buy toilet paper during the night , how can you not place enough toilet paper in the bathrooms knowing full well that it’s being used by many people ???, aircon was on the entire night , one aircon control panel for all rooms . Limited parking space , we were woken up by one of the visitor’s thinking that we are the ones who blocked the pathway ? Yoh I it was a very bad experience for me , wish I could list everything , I would never ever recommend this place to anyone , Horrible experience.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025The reception was very good the property was clean, the parking was secure, it was the correct location for us as it was next to our conference facility, it is next to complex, the owner communicated well with us before arrival and he did send the location and it was accurate. The place was comfortable we slept well and the owner checked us every morning before we go to our conference facility. His two sons could go extra mile in assisting us with whatever we need assistance of.
The bedroom didn't have wall wardrobes we had to leave our clothes in bags and in suit covers. I will recommend that the cupboards in bedrooms be removed and be replaced with wall wardrobe.
