O hotel é lindissimo, estrutura incrível! Muito confortável e limpo.

Unico ponto de melhoria seria ter café da manha, seria otimo se tivesse no jardim.

Boutique hotel that’s very well decorated. Excellent location right on the 5th ave. All staff were very nice especially Michelle, she was very friendly. Room was quiet we didn’t have any troubles sleeping at night.

Location was great.

AC did not work, and instead of resolving it, the front desk decided to fight with us on it and say nothing else available. When I say not working, the thermostat never actually registered the change in the room. Luckily, the security guy overnight was actually helpful and came in and felt the sweltering condition of the room and moved us into the empty room next door that had working AC.

Instalaciones súper limpias, muy buena atención y ubicación! La cama muy cómoda y la habitación con un gran tamaño y un diseño mexa precioso. A pesar de estar en la Quinta el ruido es manejable!

El aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte y no podíamos controlar la temperatura.

Beautiful property with a Mexican vibe, not super modern. Staff were lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Being right on 5th Avenue, it could be loud from drunken yelling people late at night. We played a 10 hour white noise Spotify playlist to quell any noise from the street. That said, the balcony had two glass doors to help offset the noise. We would stay here again given the location, price, vibe, and staff.

Oh wow, this place was absolutely superb! Beautiful property on the main street of PDC, absolutely spotless. Huge room with everything you need. Most comfortable bed we slept on our entire vacation. Splendid traditional Mexican style decor and value for money great. Garden is very pretty, although we didn't see loads of it as it was too hot during the day. Tea and Coffee offered in the morning. Chilled water dispensers in the hallways and room AC very comfortable. Very useful in the heat. Most of all, the staff were great and gave plenty of great tips from restaurants to helping us plan a day trip to Puerto Morelos. Special shout out to Michelle for the suggestions and some lovely conversations over our stay. Also finally, they have an adorable cat who sometimes pays a visit and is very friendly. Here's a picture of him having a nap one evening we came back. Overall amazing, if we ever come back this way we'll have to pay another visit! Thanks once more to Michelle for all the helpful suggestions for our stay, restaurant recommendations, and very nice conversations about cats :)

As is usually the case in Mexico, it's stairs only, which is less than ideal with heavy bags. Not a deal breaker and something that is very common, so please don't let it deter you folks! Have zero other complaints aside from that.

Fantastic location - 1 min walk to the beach and in the main area of 5th Ave. also short walk to ADO bus station and ferry. Staff were amazing!

Piękny wystrój pokoju i piękny ogród. Pokoje są super czyste a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Hotel jest ulokowany w samym centrum 5 ulicy i blisko przystanku ADO. Generalnie wszędzie jest blisko. Okolica jest bardzo bezpieczna. Personel jest świetny - łatwa komunikacja i można liczyć na super rekomendacje odnośnie okolicznych atrakcji i lokalnych restauracji. Wszystkie rekomendacje były trafione. Internet bardzo dobry - bez problemu mogłam pracować. Zatrzymałabym się raz jeszcze. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce.

Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment très gentil, patient, à l’écoute et cherchait vraiment à nous aider dans nos vacances. Il y a aussi un agent de sécurité la nuit qui surveille les entrées et les sorties. Chambre très grande et literie très confortable.

Hôtel en plein dans la 5th avenue. Rue très passante et touristique et très bruyante. Nous entendons tout les bruits de la rue: passants, musique, animation (même avec une chambre côté jardin) jusqu’à 5h du matin. Nous avons aussi entendu les ébats des voisins de la chambre d’à côté en détails. Très mauvaise insonorisation.

Location is perfect. The staff is super kind and always available to help; upon arrival the lady told me a lot of advices in terms of what to do and what to avoid. Coffee and Tea are offered in the morning in the garden as a courtesy. The whole design and furbishment is very cool and modern.

I had an upgrade with Booking on a Deluxe room, which was the most pricy on the website. but actually the room I got was not the best in the building, some had bigger rooms and bigger balcony, so I didn’t understand what happened.

The location is absolutely amazing. Our room overlooked fifth Avenue which we enjoyed very much. The room was clean, cool and comfortable.

My room was cancelled by booking.com at last minute as it was on my old credit card so that led to confusion and manager was trying to charge me far more than my original booking, Then he wanted me to go and get cash from a machine so I was frazzled on arrival. However, the room was great, the location was great but I hated Playa Del Carmen. Just a manic place, a crowded tiny strip of a beach, after Isla Majures, Valladolid and Holbox it was like going from paradise to Hell!

Excelente Ubicación, muy acogedor, buena aislacion del sonido y del calor, bonitas instalaciones y limpio.

Solo se podría mejorar el televisor.

What I liked about this incredibly beautiful, authentic and exceptionally staffed hotel was not only its prime location but its attention to detail from the art décor to the furniture to the color schemes. I've never seen a more lovely hotel during my stays in Mexico. A truly spectacular boutique accommodations.

Very nice decoration and feels like a retreat. Comfortable bed. We were concerned about the noise from the street but the doubled doors/windows were good enough to block the sound.

We were only informed about an extra local tax to be paid in cash at the moment of check in (no mention of it in Booking.com or through the message center). They offer some coffee and tea every morning, so it would be nice to also have the breakfast optiom available. This is not necessarily a problem as there are many restaurants nearby.

Great staff. Very good location. We had a room with the view on the garden which really kept the room quiet eventhough it was in the busiest street of playa del carmen. Everything is nearby.

I loved the room super well cleaned, spotless...I loved to decor... loved the view to the garden... loved the shower :D Ah it was a superb place to stay!!!! I will comeback every year!!!!!!!!! The location is excellent on Fifth Avenue, you can walk in every direction, the property is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious , the staff is very friendly special Ivan we always stay here

Le décor, l espace jardin. L accueil

Tout était absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement, en plein cœur de la 5ᵉ avenue, est pourtant comme un jardin secret : magnifique, paisible et plein de charme. Dès l’entrée jusqu’à la chambre, toutes les décorations sont élégantes et chaleureuses. Le personnel est également très aimable et professionnel. Chaque matin, du café et du thé étaient mis à disposition dans le petit pavillon du jardin. À tout moment, on trouvait de l’eau fraîche et de l’eau chaude dans le jardin ainsi qu’à chaque étage. Nous avons passé les trois derniers jours de notre voyage de trois semaines au Mexique à Playa del Carmen. Plutôt que d’être triste de la fin du voyage, c’est surtout de quitter le Lunata Hotel qui nous a fait de la peine. C’est de loin l’hôtel que nous avons préféré. Je le recommande vivement.

S’il fallait citer un seul inconvénient : les moustiques… surtout dans le lobby et le jardin, où ils étaient nombreux. À part ce point, tout était vraiment parfait.

Tout était parfait, le charme du lieu, l’accueil, emplacement proche de tout ! Si je reviens au Mexique ce sera ici je recommande fortement !

Everything! The feel and energy of this place was a huge highlight for me. Although it is right on 5th Avenue it is a calm, considered oasis and I truly LOVED staying here. Room was absolutely beautiful facing the garden, facilities were gorgeous and authentically Mexican, the staff so accommodating and friendly and the location AWESOME. I will 100% come back here. ✨🙌🏽

Hotel boutique ... un verdadero oasis en pleno centro de Playa del Carmen, a una cuadra de la playa, a pocas cuadras de supermercado Walmart, habitaciones aisladas del.ruido, amplias, cómodas, el personal muy amable. No.cuenta con servicio de restaurante pero en el patio durante las mañanas ponen té, café y azúcar a disposición de los huéspedes, también hay dispensadores de agua fría y caliente afuera de las habitaciones y además hay frigobar en cada habitación. Muy tranquilo porque no cuenta con piscina ni otros espacios comunes, solo un patio muy lindo con mesas y sillas.

Todas las habitaciones están en segundo y tercer piso, por lo tanto, no es apropiado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Excelente de principio a fin, destacó la atención del personal, pero también es digno de mención la limpieza y la ubicación. Tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general están muy bonitos, el estilo y decoración de muy buen gusto, la cama cómoda y la habitación con todo lo necesario. Volveremos a hospedarnos aquí.

Todo fue impecable y fueron muy atentos. Hicieron conversación antes del check in y al saber que íbamos de luna de miel adornaron la habitación sin que se los pidiéramos. Excelente gesto. Muchas gracias. La pasamos increíble!

Très belle expérience à l’Hôtel Lunata. L’établissement est magnifiquement décoré, avec un style très beau et typique qui lui donne énormément de charme. Chaque détail est soigné, ce qui rend l’endroit vraiment agréable et plein de caractère. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le jardin est un vrai petit havre de paix, très agréable, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le café offert le matin. L’hôtel est également idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des environs. Je recommande cet établissement à 100 % !

The staff were very friendly and helpful -- I ended up staying an additional night because I enjoyed the accommodations. Great shower. Loves the hacienda aesthetic. Liked the balcony and spaciousness of the room. Really liked the vanity area that I used to get ready and right across the street was an Art walk I'd never seen after years of visiting the area. Coffee available in the morning was a nice way to meet other guests.

There is no elevator so be mindful of that when booking. I did not mind this overly.

Non siamo riusciti praticamente a dormire la notte per più di 3 ore. Fino alle 3/4 della mattina si sente la musica a tutto volume, sembra di stare in una discoteca. Se cercate un hotel in centro e pensate di fare tardi la sera questo hotel va bene per voi, altrimenti cercherei qualcos’altro

The room was perfect! Clean and gorgeous Mexican style decorations, very comfortable cause you can control the air conditioner and always have warm water in the shower. The water pressure was perfect.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect, but the coffee they served was terrible

We arrived there pretty late, around 1030pm. The receptionist was waiting for us to make sure we arrived safely and showed us to our room. From that moment on, everything about the hotel was great! Super clean, amazingly located (as we found out kater on), almost no noise from the street (bearing in mind it is located right on the 5th ave). They serve coffee and some cookies every morning and the crew there is helpful and is always willing to help with finding a taxi driver or provide recommendations. We highly recommend

It was very centrally located, so noisy, but with earplugs manageable. Room was nice, bed comfortable, garden beautiful.

TV wasn't working correctly, but it didn't matter anyway for us, because we had little time to watch it

Although the hotel is located on a very busy street—which, by the way, cannot be accessed by car—the soundproofing was excellent. The room was very beautiful, stylish, and well decorated. There is a cozy courtyard, and everything was clean and well maintained. The street itself is very noisy, but for a short stay and getting to know Playa del Carmen, it’s a perfect choice.

The only odd thing was breakfast—when we arrived, there was only coffee and tea available, which felt quite strange 🙂

Purtroppo la sera si sente la musica forte della quinta avenue. I vetri delle finestre sono doppi e spessi ma la musica si sente. Con i tappi per le orecchie (presi in una delle tante farmacie lì vicino) si risolve tutto

L’établissement se trouve sur la 5eme avenue et n’a malheureusement pas les équipements nécessaires pour isoler le bruit. Extrêmement bruyant donc pas adapté du tout au repos ou aux visites matinales

A pousada tem uma excelente localização, é possível fazer tudo a pé, inclusive pegar o ferry para Cozumel, sem falar que é exatamente na 5ª Avenida então você sai de dia e a noite sem precisar de carro, possuindo restaurantes, lojas, shopping, etc. Fica próxima de estacionamento pago e como eu estava de carro foi muito prático, deixei o carro sem problemas. A recepcionista da pousada muito prestativa e disposta a ajudar e dar dicas, assim como os demais funcionários que tive contato também. Ficaria hospedada novamente com certeza.

Não gostei da localização do quarto TITAN que ficamos acomodados, pois era exatamente de frente para a 5ª Avenida e o som vai até umas 2hs/3hs da madrugada, então para quem tem o sono leve fica bem ruim de descansar.

This truly was an oasis in the middle of a very touristed area. There is a beautiful green courtyard with tables and chairs to enjoy morning coffee and just get away from the crowds and the concrete. The rooms are large and charming and we had a wonderful terrace overlooking the courtyard. A mini fridge and fresh filtered, hot or cold water outside our door was a great convenience. The location is in a very busy but central part of Playa del Carmen. You are minutes from the beach.And the ferries to cosimel are walkable, even with your suitcases. We really enjoyed the hotel. Although less so, the the immediate area. The staff were amazing and so warm and accommodating.

A wonderful place in a wonderful location, right in the center of 5th avenue yet quiet enough to sleep. The staff were wonderful, the internet was not working the first day but they repaired it immediately the next day. The beds were comfortable, room was convenient. They even provided beach towels.
