Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Homestay bersih dan kemas. Decoration cantik. Kalau lapar tengah malam, host ada letak minumam & makanan ringan dalam rumah tapi berbayar.
Untuk long-stay agak sukar sebab tiada mesin basuh. Tengok pada komen, host bagitahu ada mesin basuh diluar rumah, tapi yang sebenarnya tiada pun. Untuk instruction berkaitan rumah, kena contact host sebab mereka takkan contact kita dulu.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025We are so lucky to get this house with last minute booking. Clealiness is top Notch. Few Parking available, there is hut with BBQ equipment and nice view. Check in process very easy.
Owner will take a longer time to reply the text. I wish Smart tv available for our movie chill night.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025The whole house was very clean and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful like staying in village with seaview and Pulau Duyong. Walking distance to the mosque.
There’s no washing machine but there was a dobby shop nearby. There was a strange smell came from the master bedroom toilet but we can’t find the source. Just close the toilet’s door tightly to prevent the odors esp after flushed.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2024Spacious, clean, well equipped, and close to the masjid. The hosts, Maisarah & family, were exceptional in making us feel home. As a big family with young kids and from abroad (we don’t speak Malay), we experienced an outstanding level of unconditional hospitality. Maisarah went above and beyond to make our visit to Kuala Terengganu unforgettable and we owe her a lot for that as our kids felt cared for. By far, Hellokitty house is the place to be in KT and Maisarah is the top host during our stay in Malaysia. We strongly recommend them for your next visit to KT.

Reviewed May 23, 2024Clever concept for this house. Easy to navigate to the location and close access to city center. Neat and spacious. Most electrical appliances were practically new and easy to use. Host provided additional service for guests to buy any necessity and easy payment method (QR code).
Few remote controls were missing. It would be great if the host could provide free wifi for the guests and decent water dispenser as well.
