We went out for breakfast

We were very happy ..no complaints. My friend remarked on the lack of a safety mat in shower.

The property was conveniently located for the town and the setting was pleasant.

There was a hugely convoluted process involved in setting up the security deposit which was €200 - the link didn’t work and I spent over an hour sorting it out. Then there was the possibility of having to top up the electricity with a curtly worded warning that there would be consequences if the meter ran out. It all felt very unsatisfactory.

The location was great. The house was really nice and spacious. The host was great with communication.

It was very expensive and we still had to pay extra for towels!! Parking was very limited. Overall not great value for money

Great cottages in walking distance of Downtown. Spacious, quiet and clean! Easy key pick up and very timely communication. Well stocked kitchen. Thank you we would come back and stay!!

Include directions for stove and explain electric meter. How to submit security deposit was a bit confusing.

Das Haus war wunderschön, sehr gemütlich und man konnte bequem mit 6 Personen darin wohnen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, so dass man die Innenstadt mit einem bequemen Fußmatsch erreichen konnte.

Unexpected costs for electricity. House was very cold when we arrived and had to turn on all electric storage heaters to warm house up. It was not clearly stated that some money for electricity is included but after that is used up you have to top up to keep the house warm. Never had to do this on a rental before. Also reported to manager that there had been a party held in another cottage which is against rules. As one of our party could not sleep due to the noise.

The view from the house itself was amazing come morning time, ontop of this it was nice to have so much room inside the house itself to move around, everyone I travelled with commented on just how freeing it was to have the ability to move cause of how open the space was in the kitchen/living area.

If I had to point out anything it would maybe be we found a wooden spoon with mold on it, and maybe there was no vacuum cleaner to help clean the house before we left.

Property manager was a disgrace to say the least, no manners, extremely rude and made things very complicated and stressful for no reason. Treated us like her own staff rather than paying guests.

Far from town centre

It was spacious and well located! Morning coffees outside were beautiful!

There were a few plates that were dirty and laced in the cupboard from the last tenants.

Woman managing the property was extremely rude throughout the whole process, spoke very condescending on the phone being told “no party’s” and if we do she will be told by neighbours. extremely strange thing to say to a fully grown adult who is paying quite a-lot of money to stay in the accommodation. This put a sour taste in what was overall a good stay.

Great location, plenty of parking, warm showers, very clean.

We had to prepay €40 for electricity (this was not optional) and we only used €3 during our stay. The remaining €37 was not refunded. You had to pay extra if you wanted towels.

House is tired. Needs modernisation No towels supplied with the house. Check in very late Check out very early Room with double bed also had single bed. Not great option for couples

Super location. Allowed us to walk into and out of Dingle several times a day. Only 9 minutes drive to Ventry beach. Right beside the Aquarium. Great facilities. High chair and baby bath were provided. Good cooking utensils and utilities. Quiet surroundings. Other guests were respectful of the quiet time from 10pm. Deirdre, the property manager, was very helpful. Easy check in and check out.

It was a lot more expensive this year than last year.

I couldn't fault a thing

Room temperature for 2nd floor is very hot while no heater is turned on. Don't know why. Room condition is not very good. Clean up works is so so. When I ask the house keeper a question, the reply always include a msg saying her service only weekdays day time even though my msg is send exactly within the servicing time. It makes me feels she care so much that I should only ask within her working time frame, which a a bit rude. At last, when check out, I was asked to bring all garbage bags to the skip outside the cottage. This is the first time I was ever asked by a hotel to perform such a duty. It will remain as something I want to talk about regarding travel in my future chitchat....

the cottage lack some kitchen utensils, attention to detail was poor, with bulbs missing, no hoover, ironing board needs replacing. the electricity situation was not great, having a top up meter. no private outdoor space

Houses are cold and outdated especially for the price paid. Electric showers would be handy also. Towels should be provided as should spare toilet roll and bin bags for a 2 night stay is not unreasonable.

The Manager was just plane rude, hung up the phone on me after making a comment about me. This was all overheard by my clients whom I had booked this for.

Tv remote not working properly despite replacement. A request to top it the credit on the electricity meter if below €1. Never referenced at booking stage despite payment towards electricity in fee. Poor instructions for turning on the heating in house also.

Deirde Murphy was so helpful. My son left his passport in the cottage. Not only did her people find it, but she figured out a way to get it to us later on our trip! She went above and beyond! She will always have a customer and we are forever in her debt!

Great area, reasonable price, very clean and modern homes.

The washer/dryer in all of our houses did not properly dry our clothes. Not all of the houses were stocked with the same amounts of dinnerware and kitchen equipment.

We arrived to find someone else had been given the same keys for our house.

I felt our hostess was a bit gruff to deal with. I contacted the host the day following the receipt of their contact details only to be told it was too late to arrange towels…..

No breakfast we had our own! Location excellent for the event we attended but a good walk to half door for dinner. Beds and bed linen excellent

We did not get the accommodation we booked ie, 3 single beds in one room so one person had to sleep on the ground with 2 others in a small room

The location was great, the house was clean and much larger than we expected.

Regulations on pets could have been clearer. Info in the property said pets allowed, but we were informed after that they weren't. This wasn't ideal as we travelled overseas, but Dierdre was amazing - I mean really really understanding and kind - so it wasn't a big issue.

Breakfast N/A. Location and facilities excellent. Highly recommended.

The quality of the mattresses were very sub-standard.

No household towels. No hairdryer. No plug for the bathroom. Given the price paid this was unacceptable.

Bathrooms & kitchens could do with upgrade. Houses could be better separated as neighbours did not appear to be aware of boundary.
