Tiny grey house with loft, 15 min from city center

Obiekt jest super wyposażony, ma wszystko czego potrzeba aby pobyt przebył bez problemów. Bardzo pomocna była książeczka zostawiona przez właścicieli w której opisane było wszystko, od zasad panujących w lokalu po miejsca warte zobaczenia i pomysł na zaplanowanie dnia. Jest bardzo czysto, świetna lokalizacja, autobusem dojechaliśmy do centrum bez problemu. Mam nadzieję, że będziemy mogli wrócić kiedyś do Goteborg i na 100% ponownie skorzystamy z tego noclegu.

Das Tiny Haus war sehr stilvoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Vermietrin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Möglichkeiten des direkten selbstständigen Wohnens. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Eine Terasse auf der man einen gemütlichen Tag und Abend verbringen kann. Das Hochbett ist nur über eine Leiter erreichbar. Nur für schwindelfreie Personen.

This is a compact but very well designed space, similar to a studio or a Japanese-style efficiency apartment. The bed is lofted above and accessed by a ladder, and while the sleeping area has low clearance (you can’t stand up), the main living space has higher ceilings so it doesn’t feel cramped overall. Despite the size, everything is thoughtfully laid out and fully functional. The unit includes a small but complete kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, and all the necessary utensils, making it easy to cook meals. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, which is a big plus for longer stays. The living area has a table, a separate couch, and a TV that supports casting from your phone or built-in apps. Everything was clean, easy to use, and well organized. The WiFi was reliable, and the space felt private, the windows face away from the main house, which helps. The area itself is quiet and peaceful. It’s also very convenient for getting around, with the 513 bus stop about a one-minute walk away. The host was responsive, although everything was set up so well that I didn’t really need to reach out during my stay. I’ve stayed here twice already and would definitely stay again when visiting Partille. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re comfortable with a smaller space and appreciate smart design, privacy, and good value.

The only minor issue was the temperature, it felt a bit cool inside during my stay (in winter), even after turning up the thermostat. It wasn’t unbearable, but it never really got warm inside except when I baked my dinner one night using the oven.

Koselig hus for seg selv. Fine gåturer i nabolaget. Vi hadde stor glede av å være her. Sentralt og fredelig. Lett å ta seg inn til byen med buss. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

The house was well-equipped and supplied. It was very tidy and very convenient to enter. Definitely recommended.

I was satisfied with everything, really. Easy and quick connection to city center, everything needed was there, and I knew I could ask the hosts in case of need at any time. 10/10

Litet men funktionellt , fanns allt och lite till. Härlig uteplats. Enkelt att ta sig in till stan med busshållplats nära.

Nästan ingenting! ventilationen kunde varit bättre. Löste sig med öppna fönster och fläkt. Hade önskat insektsnät på fönster ffa kanske på loftet

It was a delightful small house that felt like a home away from home. It was very cozy with a warm atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable furniture. The hosts were very friendly, providing us with helpful recommendations.

The owners are very kind and made a map which contains great tips for a day in Göthemburg, Me and my friend decided to spend the day in Göthemburg to follow the step by step "guide" provided in the planner. We had a great day which showed us a lot of great cafe's where we could get coffee and lunch. Now for the house itself, I wanted to experience a tiny house and this was certainly a great experience. The house is very orderly and for a tiny house it doesn't make you feel boxed in. All in all, not only a great house but also a very nice and cozy place to come back to after going out all day! The bathroom was quite large to my suprise, when taking a shower my height wasn't a problem (1,90 m) and I could take a nice relaxing shower. Also having a washing machine where you don't need to pay extra for was a great plus in my opinion.

The house is decorated like an Ikea model home and is very cosy. Kitchenware, cutlery, tea bags and coffee are all available and the owner is very stylish. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The location is not in the city centre, but close to the bus stop and supermarket. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The privacy is great and you will enjoy a small house by yourself.
