Cozy & Peaceful View - Walk2Resort - Fireplace

Great location, quiet, well appointed.

Lovely location and hosts - really close to the hiking we wanted to do and comfortable for a family with a small dog.

The main area rug seemed to be a bit old and my wife was worried it smelled like cat urine - I’ve never had cats so couldn’t comment but she was convinced. Otherwise no concerns!

I needed a central location in the western North Carolina Mountains to recooperate for a few days and this location was perfect for that. Nothing grand, what it was was simple, exactly what I needed, affordable and quiet. It is the second driveway up for a set of mountain condominiums, 9 at a time, only 1 other person seemed to be there while I was. Town maybe a mile away not easily walked. The unit is only ~100ft from parking down one flight of stairs. The hook board for hanging jackets and keys was great. Coffee and snack supplies were available, kitchen was replete with necessities, bed linens were very comfortable though I wish they had extra pillows cases to use the smaller pillows in the closet. The bedroom television box didn't seem to function but my concern was only rest. I asked to extend my stay another day and the owner agreed, although the app did not allow we handled it directly. I definitely may try to stay here again next year

Everything was amazing.

We couldn’t figure out why sometimes the door would start ringing. But we figured out how to make it stop, when it did. So it didn’t bother us, just was unexpected.

Same as my last rating...everything. the hosts are very easy to communicate with, and I like the location of the condo. It's lower down on the mountain, so an easy drive in and out. And the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept on in any condo I've stayed at.

There isn't anything to dislike

Absolutely everything.....I've stayed at many condos here on Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk. Some are nice...some are scary. I'm always a little concerned when I book one, but this one has got to be one of my favs. Good location, the hosts communicate well and are super accommodating, the place feels homey and clean........100% will stay here again if it's available!
