Tudo. A decoração, o conforto..Tudo incrivelmente limpo..A aldeia é muito sossegada mas para quem tem carro é perto de tudo. A anfitriã, apesar de não estar fisicamente presente, é muito interessada e disponível. Adorámos.

Ein liebevoll restauriertes Dorfhaus mit wunderschönem Garten und einem roof top. Budens liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Meer, mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Martina ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons tout aimé, vraiment tout ; le mobilier, la décoration, le calme, le jardin, les équipements, la place disponible, le village, la proximité d'une multitude d'endroits à voir, visiter, la réactivité de la propriétaire.

C'était parfait du 1er jour au tout dernier.

Gute und ruhige Lage im Dorf, sehr geräumiges kleines Haus mit Terrasse, Garten und Dachterrasse. Sehr gute Ausstattung, 2 Bäder, extra WC. Große Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.

Essbereich im Winter ziemlich kalt, der kleine Holzofen kann nicht ausreichend Wärme abgeben. Eine weitere Wandheizung wie in den Schlafzimmern wäre gut.

The place is charming, comfortable, the yard is a great add on, it has all kinds of pieces of old furniture beautifully combined with everything you need in the modern era. The internet was speedy gonzales, best I’ve tested in western Europe. Martina is great ❤️ Budens is quiet. It was a wonderful experience.

Todo perfecto!

Das Haus ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Besonders schön ist der Garten und die überdachte Terrasse. Budens ist ein kleiner Ort. Fußläufig vom Haus entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Ansonsten braucht man schon ein Auto. Übrigens, das Restaurant Good Fellas, das nur wenige Meter neben dem Haus ist, ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfektně vybavený dům včetně slunečníků a hraček pro děti na pláž. V ubytování nám nic nechybělo, ale hostitelka se i průběžně zajímala, zda je vše v pořádku. Soukromá zahrádka byla skvělá :)

La casa è davvero accogliente e con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno gradevole. Il giardino curato, con un piccolo prato, un bel tavolo per i pranzi all'aperto. Un angolo sofa sotto il portico e un solarium sopra il tetto della casa. Il borgo è autentico e il vicinato cordiale. Martina è un'ottima padrona di casa: attenta ma discreta. L'auto è indispensabile ma la maggior parte dei luoghi d'interesse sono vicini.

Een heerlijke plek, waar we ons direct thuis voelden. Aan onze baby was gedacht (bedje en stoel), de tuin en het dakterras zijn top en de keuken van alles voorzien. Martina (host) reageert super snel op evt. vragen en denkt mee over toffe (lokale) tips. In Budens is niets te doen, wat ons juist goed beviel. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen.

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus von Martina sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Der private Garten ist ein tolles Plus. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Amazing experience - the house is exceptional and perfectly equipped and furnished in every way, including great beach equipment. The cleanliness is impeccable. Communication with the host was superb. The location of Budens is perfect, being in good reach of both Sagres and Lagos. There is a supermarket nearby, a nice little bakery and above all two excellent restaurants (Good Fellas and O Tiago), which are just a 1-2 minute walk away.

It is a lovely house, with a peaceful garden. It has everything you could think of for a pleasant stay , nice kitchen, big bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, good mattress, very quiet, good rest.Little barbacue. The pizzeria around the corner, The Goodfellas ,is amazing. Best pasta in years. Martina is kind and helpful. In three words: JOLLY GOOD HOLIDAYS.

Uns haben die Ausstattung des Hauses, der Garten, die Farben, Ruhe und der Komfort sehr gefallen. Auch Budens hat eine tolle Lage und Atmosphäre. Das Wetter war im August fantastisch, die Temperaturen erträglich und wir konnten uns wunderbar von der Hektik des Alltags erholen.

Super friendly host. Extremely clean cottage. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. We loved it here. Stunning decor. A home from home. Local beaches are beautiful. Intermarche super handy. I love this area and was so happy to show it to my friend. Will definitely come again.

It was a particularly windy week in the west, and so not as good warm weather as we would have liked. But that wasn't the fault of the accommodation!

Hemos disfrutado mucho! Es una casa preciosa, con todos los detalles para tener una estancia perfecta. La casa es magica y tiene una buenísima energía para envolver de paz y relajación al visitante. Los Vecinos de Budens muy amables, una ocasión ideal para adaptarte a sus costumbres y no sentirte como un turista. El jardín precioso y muy cuidado, y su dueña muy amable y simpática muy pendiente de que tuviéramos una estancia perfecta. Sin ninguna duda volveremos a repetir!!

Sehr schöner Garten mit Sitzbereich

Alles sehr schön , nur eine Kleinigkeit, die Beleuchtung über dem Küchentisch könnte etwas gemütlicher sein

The photos don’t do it justice. We booked for a whole month so we’re apprehensive when we arrived… nothing worse than being stuck somewhere you don’t like for so long! But as soon as we walked in … it was like coming home. So comfortable, perfectly furnished, tastefully styled, immaculately clean. Our host couldn’t do enough… even coming to check the post each day as we’d registered for postal voting and didn’t want to miss out. We also loved that it was in the old village side of budens. Five minutes from Boca de Rio beach (where we could take our dog) and from Salema beach (for a dog free treat day… an upmarket and gorgeous beach… never packed, just the right amount of facilities). Supermarket and restaurants very close. Garden and roof terrace were gorgeous. Can’t find anything ad to stay and as soon as we left we booked for next year!

Nothing to fault . It was perfect for us. But if you don’t have a car it’s not probably going to work. It’s not walking distance to the beach and it’s also quite hilly. One of the neighbours on one side seemed a bit fed up with us… maybe tired of british tourists .. can’t say I blame them if they feel the village is losing its identity so one tip i would give is try to learn a bit of Portuguese and be demonstrative in appreciating the community.

Fijne grote kamers! Prachtig afgewerkt huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige grote tuin en een leuk dakterras. Super sfeervol het voelt als thuiskomen. Echt een aanrader!

De bedden piepten als je je draaide. Er was wat stankoverlast v h riool in een badkamer en toilet maar daar werd gelijk werk van gemaakt. Goed contact met de eigenaar.

Tolles Haus mit ruhigem Garten und voller Ausstattung... Martina war persönlich da und jederzeit erreichbar, im Ort großer Supermarkt und regionaler top Bäcker fußläufig, Parkplatz direkt am Haus

Wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und ganz toller Garten mit Dachterasse in ruhiger Umgebung.

Die Internetverbindung war ausreichend, ist jedoch nicht fürs Homeoffice geeignet.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön geschnitten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich und der Dachterrasse sind ein Traum. Im Haus gab es ein Heft mit vielen nützlichen Infos und Tipps, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das war sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas besonderes.

Phantastisches Haus mit viel Platz und tollem Garten. Es wurde bei der Ausstattung auf viele Details geachtet, damit man den Urlaub von Anfang an genießen kann. Diese sind z.B. Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Kaffee, WC Papier Gewürze, Kühlschrank inkl. Freezer uvm ... zusätzlich wertvolle Tipps für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sogar das Auto kann man ohne Problem direkt vor dem Haus sicher parken. Wir empfehlen das Objekt uneingeschränkt.

Einziges Verbesserungspotential liegt beim Bettgestell des Ehebettes, welches robuster sein könnte. Die Matratze ist jedoch sehr gut.

A lovely spacious house with a delightful sunny private garden. We enjoyed our brief stay enormously. A great location for exploring the beaches & other delights of the Western Algarve. Everything was made nice & easy, it was very relaxing we cant wait to visit again !

Nothing. Maybe a small dressing table in the main bedroom & a better hairdryer would make it perfect !

Great location, in a lovely village, quiet but with close proximity to amenities and attractions nearby. The house had ample space for my family of four, including a lovely garden with barbecue facilities. A nice place to relax after a long day exploring the Algarve. Martina is super helpful and we were provided very helpful information on places to eat, visit. A great stay!

Casa localizada no centro da aldeia, bastante espaçosa e com praticamente todas as comodidades que se podiam pedir para este tipo de alojamento. Local bastante sossegado, ótimo para descansar. Praias a poucos minutos de carro.
