Not your fault but it did have a bit of a sewage smell on the street level.

The owner is very good in responding for all your questions, guards are strict but reasonable because it is for the safety of the people living in the building.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2024The main bedroom was comfortable and air conditioning was good, overall area was nice with the swimming pool being the highlight
The bathroom was tight, counters were poorly cleaned - especially by the cups. The Aircon in the smaller room made noises and there was no communal dining space to eat as a family without people sitting on the floor. The single bed was a thin mattress and there wasn't much space to put it anywhere.
