Chalet Commaraf! - Swiss Alp 4 Vallees

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos und per Whattsapp oder Mail möglich. Die Anreise zu Unterkunft war problemlos und der Schlüssel wartete auf uns. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf dem Bildern zu sehen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten, einem Wasserspender und ausreichend Kochutensilien für alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Aussicht grandios. Man hört etwas den Verkehrslärm wer die Ruhe sucht. Ansonsten alles toll gewesen. Betten, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Gewürze.... Vieles ist vorhanden. Gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Unterkunft entsprach oder übertraf alles was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Man muss sich bewusst sein das man auf der Nordseite des Hanges ist und die Sonne erst gegen Nachmittag auf die Unterkunft scheint. Zumindest Ende August.

Die Lage ist einfach phänomenal. Davon abgesehen bietet das Haus einfach alles, was man braucht - bequeme Betten, ein tolles Badezimmer, eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Superbe endroit. Le chalet est magnifique avec une vue plongeante sur la vallée. Calme.

Nous avons séjourné au Chalet Commaraf – Swiss Alp 4 Vallées et nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Le chalet est spacieux, très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté pour un groupe ou une famille. Chacun avait suffisamment de place et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien fournie, les espaces de vie sont confortables, et l’ensemble est propre et bien entretenu. L’environnement est calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la montagne. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hébergement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir ! 😊🏔️

Qu'il y ai un sauna sur la terrasse à l'extérieur et que nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser.

Moderne propre tout était niquel

Fantastic location with plenty of space for everyone. The view amazing both night and day, also look out for the night sky. Overall very comfortable even if all the furniture was of ikea standard which for the proce was a little underwhelming. Great location if you have a car to get out and about.

While most things were supplied. There was no shower/body wash available neither any detergent/conditioner for the washing machine/tumble dryer. As mentioned before would have been better with higher quality furniture and was only provided one small bin bag and was required to buy more which i find unacceptable at the nightly rate paid.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - wir haben es ja auch selbst organisiert, da Commaraf ein Ferienhaus ist. Eine herrliche Terrasse auf der Seite des Hauses bot eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit, die warmen Spätsommerabende zu geniessen.

Die Beschreibung für die Anreise war unklar, alle 3 Paare hatten Schwierigkeiten, das wunderschöne Chalet am Hang über Sion am Anfang zu finden, einmal gefunden gab es danach keine Probleme mehr.

The atmosphere was great on a hill.

1. There was so many insects entering the chalet whenever we opened windows or doors and gave us much stress. Personally I think fly screen should be installed. 2. About the payment of the accommodation: it’s said in the email that only cash will be accepted, so before departing from Geneva, we walked a long way to the exchange (with a small baby) and exchanged for more than 800 SF at a very bad rate, but after we arrived, one lady (Ms. Marilyn) told us it’s already paid thru booking, so I thought maybe there was mistake. Before we checked out, I double checked with Marilyn, who confirmed again the accommodation was paid totally except tax, for which we left the cash on the table. But after I got to my next destination, booking kept calling me and told me the fee was not paid. Marilyn also kept trying to reach me for the same purpose. And I tried to pay it but the link sent by Marilyn didn’t work…. During my last days of stay in Switzerland this issue kept annoyed me and I was only able to make it by credit card after I came back home. Now I have the same amount of cash in SF in my hands and I don’t have plan to travel to Switzerland for the next few years, awkward . This misunderstanding should not have happened and it’s very unpleasant. Hope it will not happen to any other guests.
