Fantastic location

A bit dated and the beds were very hard

Lage des Hauses leider Nordost, daher nur Sonne am Morgen. Kein Esstisch vorhanden im Freien. Alles andere war ok. Sehr verfügbar, die Dame uns bereut hat.

super locatie. lopend ca. 20 min. naar het centrum en ca 15 min naar de Marina. wij hebben (splinternieuwe*) fietsen gehuurd (ca. € 40,00 per week (*Crystal bikes). dan is het ca. 5 min fietsen. El Gouna is goed ingericht om veilig te fietsen. overigens zijn Tuk-tuks ook altijd wel beschikbaar, kosten € 2,00 per rit De inrichting was meer dan compleet en de bedden comfortable. de inrichting doet "Europees" aan. er waren weinig mensen in het complex, dus het was lekker rustig bij zwembad. er zijn 2 zonnebedden met matrassen beschikbaar en 2 strandstoelen. omdat je rustig was, konden wij ook van de andere zonnebedden gebruik maken.

zwembadwater was een beetje koud, maar daar tja, het was tenslotte eind nov.

Nie pierwszy raz mieszkaliśmy w apartamentach przy tej ulicy. Wszystkie są architektonicznie identyczne lub bardzo podobne. Plusy: świetna lokalizacja (10 min. spacerem do centrum), sporo miejsca, basen i możliwość noclegu dla 6 osób. Tutaj, po raz pierwszy spotkaliśmy się z bardzo miłą i profesjonalną obsługą - Sherrie Pozdrawiamy! Kontakt i organizacja check-in/out super (bywało już tak, że po przylocie nie mieliśmy kluczy i kontaktu z opiekunem, więc trzeba było koczować pod drzwiami). Po raz pierwszy również wszystko w apartamencie było sprawne, co na warunki egipskie nie jest takie oczywiste. W każdym razie na kolejny wyjazd chętnie wynajmiemy właśnie to miejsce.

Apartamenty przy tej ulicy są już remontowane - ten jest jeszcze przed remontem, więc widać już zużycie wnętrz. Oczywiście nie ma tragedii, tylko nie można oczekiwać standardów europejskich. Zwłaszcza przy takiej cenie.

Clean, spacious, comfy, has everything, owner and manager very friendly and helpful with good communication.

The upstairs bathroom door makes a squeaky noise when you move it, and the handle doesn’t close easily — it’s really loud too

The house is spacious, homely, well-located, and the surroundings are peaceful. Sherrie is a great support manager. It was very nice that all the basic necessities like laundry detergent, spices, handsoap, etc. Were provided.

The following is meant as constructive feedback. Cooking is quite difficult, as the stovetops heat up slowly or not at all. Fortunately, eating out is very affordable. The upstairs drain doesn’t drain well. So showering one after another is challenging. I understand it may not be another option, but having only 2 sunbeds by the pool, feels limited. The washing machine is very old and no longer cleans well. It might be helpful to provide a few more bath or beach towels.

Great host. Great location. The property is clean, spacious and private. I loved the upstairs terrace over looking the pool.

Nice Spacious Accommodation in quiet area. Sherrie who over looked the apartment was very helpful if ever we had any issues which was really appreciated.

Nothing really. There were only 2 sunbed cushions in a 3 bedroom apartment & there were no more outside, so other guests sharing the pool wanted our cushions so we had to bring them in at night. We had to buy lilos to lie on.

The house was big and comfortable. Everything was clean. The communication with the host was good.

The doors were very very noisy, but it's not the fault of the host, it's the construction. But every time you opened or close a door, you could hear it in the entire house.

Highly recommended, very clean, everything you need is provided and the hosts were the kindest and welcoming peole who were always willing to help thank you Clemence and Nirvana
