Very clean, up to date and comfortable. Perfect location with awesome pool and beach. We loved the crystal blue waters. To top it off, the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants and activities were perfect!

Beach towels could be of better quality

The peaceful location, the reception staff and the meals at the Achinos beach bar. There were always enough sun beds at the pool which was always very clean.

The floor of the shower cubicle was very dangerous and slippery. Your showers just need a handle on the wall. Mealtimes were spoilt by wasps. They were everywhere at breakfast and in the evenings . Please invest in a few hanging units to deter them as it would make everyone’s mealtimes more relaxing! One or two of the staff at the Achinos bar were very rude. All we did was ask for a table out of the direct sunlight!

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was fantastic. Easy access to beach. Not a traditional beach, but private and wonderful. Beautiful salt water pool. Safe and secure parking. Dinner right by the waters edge was delicious and lovely. Lovely grounds.

Location is good, facilities are ok

Air conditioning was stopping in the middle of the night around 3am and the repair staff could not fix it until the morning which led to sleep deprivation and the need to sleep during daytime hours

Excellent petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix notamment en fruits et légumes ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Beaucoup de choix des oeufs avec plusieurs durées de cuisson. Hôtel très confortable avec une très bonne literie et des chambres climatisées avec belle vue mer (même latérale). Bons services avec notamment les serviettes de plage, service qui n'était pas indiqué et qui nous aurait évité de transporter les nôtres. Transats toujours disponibles sur la plage ou autour de la piscine, ce qui est appréciable. Localisation générale de l'hôtel vraiment parfaite pour visiter les lieux autour sans beaucoup de trajets en voiture.

La partie charcuterie du petit-déjeuner pourrait être améliorée : qualité du bacon et des saucisses notamment Personnel très sympathique dans l'ensemble à l'exception d'un serveur peu aidant pour déplacer des chaises mouillées au restaurant le soir. Expliquer le fonctionnement des serviettes de plage à déposer le soir dans 2 paniers et à reprendre mais après 11h ce qui est un peu tard.

The property is immaculate, the sea is crystal clear, and there was no need to save a sun bed you can still get one in a place you like at 1100. None of that ridiculous getting up early

View was stunning , rooms were quiet and spacious , nice swimming pool and private beach area -staff was very friendly - food was good at the bar and restaurant. We were here beginning of july and it was not fully booked so that was amazing as it was very peaceful.

Small things : Not everything was explained when we checked in ( bath towel procedures , ...) also staff was fixing chairs and parasols at the swimming pool in the middle of the afternoon - lights in the swimming pool were only turned on in the evening on saturday , and not during the week.

Staff is very friendly and they were helpful from booking and leading up to our stay. The property is pretty and in a nice location.

They don’t adhere to the adults only policy. There were a number of kids under 14 at the resort including crying babies one night. The staff blames it on them sneaking into the property but doesn’t ask them to leave. These families were able to use the facilities, the pool, and even be served food and drinks by the pool. We paid twice as much as other resorts because we didn’t want to be around kids and were very disappointed that the staff chose to side with the intruding, non-guests over the paying guests. We were not the only unhappy guests who made multiple complaints to the staff.

Restoranların pahalı olması. Akşam yemeği orada yemektense, taksi parası vererek dışarıda yemek daha mantıklı hale geliyor.

Sin duda destacaria la localización, con atardeceres de película, junto a la costa con aguas cristalinas, que mientras estuvimos, eran como un plato. Cabe mencionar también los desayuno, que eran muy completos, junto al mar. Y los servicios que ofrece el hotel son de gran calidad. Disfrutamos del viaje en barco, que es algo más de precio, pero sin duda mereció totalmente la pena. Y el masaje fue intenso y nos permitió dar la guinda a nuestros días de descanso. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con amplias camas y cómoda distribución.

El gimnasio, si bien era correcto y le sacamos chispas, lo completaría con algún elemento más, como más pesas, o alguna barra.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff at the restaurant is very attentive and well mannered.

A luxurious, high quality and charming resort, just a short drive from the port of Aegina. Everything feels new and beautifully designed. Every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive- from the reception team, restaurant staff and pool bar team to housekeeping and maintenance. The hotel’s evening restaurant is outstanding. The dishes are delicious, generously served and beautifully presented. Everything throughout the resort is spotless and exceptionally well organized. This is truly the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy peace, comfort and a sense of indulgence.

Loved our stay. We were lucky that the resort was very quiet but the weather was fabulous. The sea view room was great with a lovely view , really comfy beds and great bathroom/ dressing room . It did include a fridge and coffee machine. The resort is immaculate , staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Electric bikes were fun for a day and also arranged a car rental for a few days to see the island. The onsite restaurant was very good , although more pricey than local restaurants. The beach area was lovely . I would definitely recommend and it is the best hotel on the island.

If the pool had been heated we would have enjoyed the pool area. It was too cold at the beginning of May. The doors to the rooms bang very loudly - so we were woken up by an early neighbour.

Very peaceful atmosphere as it was an adults only resort. Promiximity of the beach to the room, bar and pool area a bonus. Overall a great place to go and relax and unwind.

Location requires a taxi to go anywhere unless you rent a car.

The location is magical. The calm space, peaceful surroundings and views are very special. The staff were friendly, attentive and considerate. The food is varied, fresh and tasty. Thank you all.

איזור שקט ורצועת ים נהדרת אל זה לא קשור למלון

מאד מאד מאכזב , היינו בהרבה ריזורטים בעולם . ראיתי ציון גבוהה ולכן הגענו . המלון מתפאר בהיותו ריזורט 5 כוכבים . בפועל תקבלו חדר וארוחת בוקר ברמה נמוכה ביותר . כל דבר אחר שתרצו בתשלום . מלון ספא ? ממש לא הספא לא קשור למלון ובשביל להגיע לסאונה קטנה וסטנדרטית תשלמו 30 יורו לשעה . העיסויים ברמה נמוכה . חדר סביר אין מכונת קפה גם לא בארוחת בוקר … מסעדת החוף במלון מאד לא שירותית . גם בלובי בכניסה או באיזור החוף לא תמצאו אפילו קנקני מיים לשתיה לרווחת האורחים . המקום נראה כמו אכסניית אנא . אפילו האופניים בתשלום . שורה תחתונה יקר ללא שום הצדקה . סגרנו 4 לילות יותר מדי .

Hotel oznacza się jako 5 gwiazdek, stąd będzie moja szczera opinia, ponieważ jest to świetny hotel natomiast za tę cenę oferuje za mało aby dać hotelowi ocenę 9 lub 10. Na pewno jest to miejsce gdzie się odpocznie, znalazłam dokładnie to czego potrzebowałam. Była cisza, dużo leżaków, bardzo dobrej jakości, nie było głupich animacji czy słabej, głośnej muzyki. Otoczenie hotelu jest wspaniałe, jedno z lepszych jakie widziałam, bardzo zielono, wszystko ze smakiem, do tego krajobraz wychodzących z morza wysp. Obsługa profesjonalna, korty tenisowe darmowe, w dobrym standardzie (jedynie piłki wymagają wymiany). Plaży właściwie nie ma, bardziej miejsce z piaskiem gdzie stoją leżaki + wejście do morza gdzie są małe kamienie ale spokojnie dałam radę bez butów dzięki barierce. Jestem fanką plaż, ale zarządzenie tym terenem oraz widok był bardzo pozytywnym zaskoczeniem. Do tego raz jeszcze podkreślę WSPANIALA CISZA. Do najbliższej restauracji jest około 800m i dla nas była to najlepsza restauracja. Pozostałe wraz ze sklepem są w drugim kierunku około 1200m. Daliśmy radę bez wypożyczania samochodu. Hotel wypożycza rowery (co moim zdaniem powinno byc w cenie noclegu), podobnie do kortu są dobrej jakości.

Uważam, że cena vs to co hotel oferuje jest zbyt wysoka. Dlaczego? Śniadania uważam wręcz za mocno problematyczne, w niższej klasy hotelach wybór i jakoś jest znacznie wyższy. W podobnym typie obiektów, zawsze był szeroki wybór wszystkiego od warzyw, przez mięso, ryby czy na deserach kończącą, coś na ciepło innego niż wyłącznie jajecznica przez 7 dni. Wybór jest przerażająco mały, przez cały tydzień jadłam jajko sadzone z kawałkiem pomidora, marzyłam o powrocie do domu i zjedzeniu czegoś innego na śniadanie. Śniadania są naprawdę dużym problemem, nawet przestrzeń w której się one odbywają jest duża a zamiatania zajmują dwa stoły… Druga rzecz to wygląd pokoju, jak na wybudowany niedawno hotel, pozycjonujący się na wyższą półkę oczekuje czegoś ciekawego, inspirującego a pokój jest bardzo bardzo zwyczajny. Wygląd jest jak klasycznej srednio budzetowej sieciówki, do tego mało miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy pomimo że przestrzeń jest tylko w pełni zabudowana, bez opcji otworzenia. Na końcu komentarz o rodzaju pokoju, miał być boczny widok na morze, morza nie było widać w ogóle, natomiast był piękny widok na ogród co tak mocno nie przeszkadzało natomiast jak ktoś oczekuje widoku na morze to go nie ma.

Frokosten er god, beliggenheten er kjempe fin, muligens litt vanskelig å komme seg inn til sentrum men resepsjonen hjelper med å bestille drosje. Fint basseng og mange ulike plasser å ligge på solsengene, rommene og også flotte. Personalet her hyggelige og kjekke.

Den første dagen ble vi spurt om type kaffe vi ønsket til frokosten,da ville vi ikke ha. De ande dagene spurte de aldri så jeg ba dag 3 om kaffelatte før jeg satte meg og ble bedt om å sette meg og de ville komme og ta bestillingen min. Frokosten er til 1030 og den første dagen kom vi kl 10 og fikk beskjed om at frokosten stenger snart, akkurat slikt mas trenger ikke vi på en plass som dette med prisen. To kvelder reserverte vi plass i restauranten via resepsjonen, denne beskjeden kom ikke frem noen av kveldene og vi ble plassert på et side bor, la oss se om det går bedre i kveld. Jeg har litt erfaring fra service bransjen og her bruker vi å gi et plaster på såret, gratis vin til middagen eller noe lignende, men ingen ting.

I only liked the location

Honestly, this hotel should not be listed as a 5 stars hotel because it has nothing related to 5 stars hotel. The only good thing is that they have a nice location with access to the beach. Other than that, nothing is nice. The rooms are average, no amenities, no coffee machine, we paid around 400$ per night for a deluxe double bedroom with sea view, we got a normal room ( all their rooms are almost the same), no sea view, trees everywhere and a side view of the sea. They only have 4 rooms in the whole hotel that have direct sea view, so it’s not worth paying extra for a sea view. The first day we arrived, I noticed that the toilet seat is broken, and it moves every time you sit on it, I called them and told them, someone came, and checked it and told me we cannot do anything today, will check with the maintenance tomorrow, but I noticed that it’s been broken since a longtime and they even put a piece of brick to support it and not fall, and of course no one came during our 4 days stay and they didn’t even suggest to change the room. The pillows are uncomfortable and they have only one type of pillow, no pillows menu or options like all 5 stars hotels, the king size bed is actually 2 mattresses and not even 1. The pool is nice, but they do not have any service by the pool, if you need a towel, a drink, water, anything, you should go yourself to the beach area downstairs and order it, nothing luxurious or relaxing about sitting by the pool. The breakfast is poor, nothing special, they mention “superb breakfast” in their description, but nothing superb about, less average than any 3 stars hotel. They even charged us 20$ per night for breakfast although my reservation was including breakfast, but on check in they told me that breakfast includes only 1 person, but my booking stated 2 adults.

Η διαμονή μας στο LaLiBay ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, νιώσαμε σαν να έχουμε βρει το προσωπικό μας καταφύγιο. Το σημείο είναι ειδυλλιακό, με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα και ατμόσφαιρα απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό – ευγενικό, διακριτικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Η φιλοξενία τους μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, αλλά με την πολυτέλεια ενός πεντάστερου resort. Ήταν η καλύτερη μας διαμονή εδώ και χρόνια. Κάθε λεπτομέρεια ήταν προσεγμένη, από την καθαριότητα και την άνεση του δωματίου μέχρι τις παροχές και τις γαστρονομικές επιλογές. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και εκλεπτυσμένο, με φρέσκα υλικά και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Αν ψάχνετε για έναν προορισμό που συνδυάζει πολυτέλεια, ηρεμία και αυθεντική φιλοξενία, το LaLiBay είναι η απόλυτη επιλογή. Ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Location was ok

When you spend thousands on a 5-star hotel, you expect at least the basics to be right. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The room was very plain, with nothing impressive about it, and the minibar was completely empty. The bathroom—arguably one of the most important parts of a hotel stay—was designed for disabled access, which made it uncomfortable and impractical for us. Service was also disappointing. There were no staff present in the pool or beach areas when needed. The pool itself was very small, and the sea was dirty, which made swimming unappealing. Breakfast was underwhelming, offering very basic choices, and the restaurant food overall lacked quality. For a hotel marketed and priced as 5-star, the experience fell far below expectations.
