Soggiorno fantastico! Nia è stata una padrona di casa perfetta e gentilissima. La camera era pulita e al mattino ci ha preparato una colazione davvero buona. Inoltre, lei e suo marito sono stati così gentili da accompagnarci al porto per prendere la barca per Gili Air. Un'accoglienza rara e un'attenzione ai dettagli davvero apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!

Everything went great. the female hostess cooked a delicious breakfast every morning for absolutely free. It was a pleasant surprise for me. She was always in touch. the house is great and totally worth the money.

perhaps the only disadvantage is the location. but if you have a bike, it's not a problem. but the Gili Islands are nearby.

Honestly such an amazing experience staying here. The host was so sweet and helpful when we needed to order some food and get to the ferry terminal. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Such a wonderful stay and experience. Would recommend to everyone

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. C’était un arrêt idéal après le trek au Rinjani pour ensuite prendre le bateau le lendemain. C’est propre et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire m’a même proposé de m’amener gratuitement au port le lendemain et ma orienté vers les bateaux les moins chers, ce qui a beaucoup facilité mon organisation. Le petit déjeuner était frais et très bon. Je recommande vivement

L’hôte est adorable et se rend disponible. Elle nous a fait le petit déjeuner et nous a déposer au port gratuitement. La chambre est très grande est confortable, et la cuisine est un vrai plus.

La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile ad aiutare su tutto, già prima dell’arrivo! Tramite lei abbiamo organizzato il trasferimento da Kuta Lombok inserendo tappe ai villaggi tradizionali (Sade,…) in modo da ottimizzare i tempi, ad un ottimo prezzo (550.000 rupie). Una volta arrivati, su nostra richiesta ci ha fornito le indicazioni per andare ad una spiaggia vicina, dove si trova il bar-ristorante di suo fratello, che è una meravigliosa location per gustare una buona cena al tramonto (consiglio di andarci tra le 4 e le 6 di pomeriggio…. Dopo il tramonto compaiono parecchi insetti). Ci si arriva tranquillamente chiamando un taxi Blue Bird, ad un costo contenutissimo (circa 1€). Anche per il porto il costo del taxi Blue Bird è circa 1€. La proprietaria ci ha seguiti per aiutarci con l’acquisto dei biglietti, in realtà è meno complicato di quanto si legge su internet. Consiglio di fare i biglietti direttamente al porto: fast-boat pubblica per ognuna delle Gili: 85.000 rupie, il traghetto locale (che parte appena si riempie) costa ancora molto meno. La casetta in cui si alloggia è piuttosto modesta ma pulitissima! Ok la temperatura grazie ad aria condizionata e ventilatore. Buona la colazione preparata al momento: noi abbiamo preso the, succo di frutta fresca e dei deliziosi pancake alla banana, volendo si possono avere anche delle uova.

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere velocemente il porto però la casetta si trova in un complesso piuttosto isolato, insieme ad altre costruzioni non tutte abitate. I tassisti fanno fatica ad individuare il corretto indirizzo all’interno del complesso e di sera e’ piuttosto buio. Il letto scricchiola molto. Nella doccia non c’è acqua calda, lo segnalo anche se per noi non è stato un problema perché l’acqua comunque non è gelata.

Comodo al porto. La proprietaria ci ha aiutato in tutto, ci ha portato la cena, la colazione, ci ha cambiato i soldi e ci ha portati al porto. Super disponibile e gentile.

That’s a very cozy house, whole house with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace zone. There is everything you need in the house. House was very clean. The place is calm and quiet . Port Bangsala and Wildlife Park are very close.

Lovely, clean place with a great host, Nia, and a fantastic breakfast. Away from road noise and a great stop over before or after Rinjani or Gili Islands.

Close to an Amart but not much else close.

Amazing host !!!!!! she worked with the Driver Agent to take us around Lombok, and asked about Komodo trips and Rinjani Treks. This place is very suitable and comfortable for us. Allowing us to make our own coffee and tea, providing free drinking water. You can cook in a clean kitchen. Taking us to the nearest ATM and to the port using a horse car is included in the room rate. There is a fish pond and bird cage with 4 paired birds, we really enjoyed our days here for 2 nights. We will recommend to our friends who will be on vacation to Lombok near Bangsal Port crossing the three islands.

We stayed here for one night as a transit stop on our way to another island. It’s a small, family-run business with very friendly and helpful owners. The place was very clean, and the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

Super nice and personable owner - offer free pick up and drop off to the harbour at your request. Breakfast options were good and even allowed me to have a second portion! Would recommend to anyone in the Bangsal area.

An amazing host, so helpful with every aspect of the stay. Would 100% recommend staying here. Aircon works great and felt right at home. Even helped us with getting local cash, dinner and getting to the boat

Great, comfortable apartment next to Port Bangsal with the perfect hosts! The apartment was very clean, newly renovated and furnished with a cute aviary with local birds in front. The bedroom had AC, the kitchen was well equipped. Only 2 minutes by foot there is a supermarket and the harbour would be 25min by foot, 5min by taxi, 10min by horse carriage approximately. Dede and his wife greeted us very warmly and after checking in with them beforehand, we were able to check-in early. We were only staying one night in order to visit the Lombok Wildlife park which is only 10min by motorbike to which and from our owners took us themselves. They made our visit even more special as we spent the evening together at the beach and ate freshly caught grilled fish by the seaside. All in all Dede and his wife made our visit very special due to lots of fun, humour and giving us a unique experience with lots of local knowledge and anecdotes. They made sure we had everything we needed surrounding our trip (transit, drinks, food, you name it) and we can only recommend them as hosts and just very friendly and welcoming people. Thank you guys for a very special and unique day trip to Lombok!

We came to BTN Mahkota Pemenang after our Rinjani trek. For this purpose the accommodation was perfect! The host was very nice and hospitable. She helped us with dinner and breakfast and brought it right to our door. She also helped us with the transport to the port. We very much enjoyed our stay. The value for money is very high (-:

The house was really nice and the owners very helpful, they took us to Bangsal port and saved our motorbike during our time in Gili. They really made our exprience easy and pleasant!!

The property had good facilities such as a small kitchen , fridge , cooking appliances , good bathroom , living room etc. Was perfect for a comfortable stay after trekking Rinjani. The bed was also super soft and clean.

There is nothing I can fault about this property.

The star of this place is its owner and his wife!! Through whatsapp you can ask them for anything and they're more than willing to help. Food, transport to the harbour, cheap tickets at the harbour,... They're the best. We had this stay right after our Rinjani Trek and the privacy + comfort this place offers is just what we needed!! Only downside is the cold shower, but we didn't really care at that time. It's a great place to stay if you need a place close to the harbour.

Helpful staff

I stayed here for 1 night after doing the Rinjani trek and it was comfortable enough for what I needed. I wouldn’t recommend staying for a long time because there isn’t much in the area unless you have a scooter and are willing to drive around. Host was super kind and dropped me off at the port.

These guys could not do enough for me , I had just come the 3 day trek up mount rinjani , I was so exhausted and this little place was just what I needed , there was some Pringles , beer , coke and water ready to purchase and they nipped off to fetch me some food which was appreciated . In the morning took me to the port for my boat . I can’t thank them enough .

Good location if you need to stay near the harbour

The property is quite big, is an entire apartment that the owner bought in a new area where the government built some new houses. It has a sofa, table, bed, tv, and a nice bathroom. Perfect for one night. The owner is lovely, he also helped us get food because the property is quite far from the town centre

Definitely the position is not super convenient, but the owner offers free transportation only with his motorbike. Also I would recommend to change the bed into something more in line with the apartment, it looks quite old.

Very nice owner, we arrived very late because of a delay of our ferry from Java and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He helped us with a taxi between Lembar and Bangsal and also dropped us off at the Bangsal harbor to take the public boat towards Gili!

Affordable price , stay for 1 night before we off to gili trawangan . The owner is very helpful we ask him to share contact for supir who can help us to manage our itinerary . He offers help with affordable price.

The location is close to the harbor, which is great. But there's not much around. Not really any restaurants and just one small market.

Everything was fine. The host even ask us to deliver some food and breakfast and he brought us to the harbour for free on his bike. There are also some shops and restaurants (bakso) near by. And it wasn’t noisy

we had just finished a 3 day trek of rinjani and needed a place to stay before the ferry the following day. this property was perfect located close to the ferry port and a walkable distance from shops. most of the posts have mentioned it but the host was easily the best aspect of the booking! He was very friendly and helpful, offered to help us with food for dinner and breakfast. He also did a couple of trips to take my partner to the port with our bags. He was also contactable via WhatsApp and was very responsive and it felt that any issue you could have he would resolve. the property itself a finished. the bathroom and bedroom are clean and it was lovely to have a sitting area to chill out in too.

The suite was really nice. Had a small living room, bedroom and bathroom, so it felt really cosy. The owner was really helpful. He helped me to book tickets for a boat, drove me around to ATM and brought me even dinner which was really goo after challenging hike to Mount Rinjani. He also drove next day to the pier and went through check in with me. Excellent service. Perfect for one night stay before you need to catch the boat.

The other houses in the area were still under construction but does not really matter because of the short stay. And honestly did not even notice the noice.

The host was so lovely and helpful, they organised an airport transfer, he was there on our arrival, he gave us a lift to the port the next day for free and sorted our tickets to gili T so that we paid a fair price. He also said to ask him if we need any advice on the best places to go or prices for boat trips throughout our stay on the Gillis. Most helpful host ever. The house itself was so lovely and sweet with lots of space, good shower, very clean, TV and it’s only a short distance from the port. The site is obviously still under development so there’s lots of unused/unfinished properties but it’s going to be fab when it’s finished!

The location is pretty quiet, we arrived at about 9pm and there were limited places to go to dinner, but the host even offered to get us a pizza delivered so it was fine!

The accommodation is a recently built small apartment house. It is very clean and quiet. There is a bed room with well-working AC and there is a TV screen on the wall opposite to the bed allowing you to watch movies when hanging out on the bed. You can even keep the curtains open because of the fence surrounding the property: nobody can watch inside. The living room is functional. Also the bathroom. Everything new and clean. In the garden, there is a rack to dry your laundry and our laundry dried very fast. The owner of the apartment is extremely kind and helpful. He offered pickup service, offered us to buy and bring us pizzas to the apartment, without service fees. For us, it was the perfect place to stay for a night to cool down from a 4D3N boat tour from Flores on shared deck. A stay with full privacy.

The garden to the front and back is still mostly barren soil, but this is due to the appartment just being recently completed. Also in the closer neighborhood, several houses are still under construction. It was not noisy though.

bathroom is Indonesian style which is alright but better to know that before you get there. not many option in Bangsal but found the price still a bit over for what you get.

We Just stayed one night to catch the public Boat to Gili the next morning. The room is nice and the bed was good. ur Host drove us to the harbour for free the next morning :)

Around the accommodation there is a lot of construction going on right now and its kinda hard to find 😅 I'm not sure if the bathroom is finished yet - there was not really a shower and the toilet is a standing toilet :)
