لايوجد تكييف والمنزل طبيعته حاره وماتقدر تفتح الدرايش من الحشرات وخدمة التنظيف سيئه يجون كل يوم فجأه يدخلون عليكم حتى لوماكنت موجود يدخلون ينظفون الحمام ويطلعون

كتير مرتب ونضيف وكل الأغراض الي فيه جديدة الإطلالة رائعة واهتمام بكل تفاصيل

Netjes en schoon

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a great choice for our family. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was pleasant. The only downside was that there was no laundry machine available, which would have been very helpful for guests staying several days. Other than that, everything was excellent. We would be happy to stay here again. لقد كانت إقامتنا في هذا الفندق مريحة وجميلة للغاية. كانت الشقة نظيفة وواسعة ومجهزة بشكل جيد، مما جعلها خيارًا ممتازًا لعائلتنا. كان الموقع مناسبًا، وكانت التجربة بشكل عام ممتعة. الجانب السلبي الوحيد هو عدم توفر غسالة ملابس، وهو ما كان سيكون مفيدًا جدًا للضيوف الذين يقيمون لعدة أيام. بخلاف ذلك، كان كل شيء ممتازًا، وسنكون سعداء بالإقامة هنا مرة أخرى.

Not good

Apartment 3/5. The cleaning service is poor; they only change the trash can and towels and don't clean the place, especially if you're staying for an extended period. The dishwasher is also broken and hasn't been repaired. The curtains in the room let in sunlight. Furthermore, the cleaners are very noisy while cleaning the adjacent rooms; they don't clean quietly, which is disturbing and forces us to wake up early. The only redeeming features of the apartment are the rooms, the living room, and the two bathrooms, but the service is terrible. It's also common for cleaners to enter rooms even if you haven't placed a cleaning order on the door, which is a violation of privacy the internet is not working.

La posizione è strategica, a metà strada tra Zell am See e Kaprun, a 15 minuti da Kitzsteinhorn ed a 5 minuti dalle Terme

Good Place and Good View , Host is very good and easy to reach , daily cleaning , Good View from the Balcony , all facilities is there , summer cards was provided , close supermarket ,.all went very well

I think it is missing at least a fan , at night it is very quiet and dark so you could not open the window to get some air inside

لا يوجد تكييف وايضا الشطاف ليس كما كان متوقع وكانت النظافه ليست جيده

Der fortährend vorhandene Kontakt zum Gastgeber hat für kommunikative Sicherheit gesorgt. Die Wohnung war geräumig und ruhig. Kaffee gab es dazu, das war wichtig :D Die vorhandene direkte Parkmöglichkeit ist für unseren Motorradurlaub unabdingbar gewesen.

Im Grunde war alles wunderbar. Für unseren Zweck, nämlich Motorradtouren mit dem darauffolgenden Entspannen in der Unterkunft, war alles wunderbar.

الاستقبال في مكان بعيد عن السكن حجزنا لشخصين وطفلين وموضح في الحجز العدد. والي اعطونا سرير واحد فقط اثاث الغرفه مهتري ومبالغ في سعرها واضف لذلك تامين 300 يورو يحجز على البطاقه وماعتقد في شي يستحق تامن عليه في هالشقه المهتريه

Appartamento moderno, ben arredato.

La pulizia era davvero insufficiente! Nel materasso del letto erano presenti capelli e macchie di sangue. Sotto al letto erano presenti accumuli di polvere enormi. Anche l’aspiratore del bagno trasbordava di polvere. I piatti e le posate erano sporchi. Nonostante l’avessimo fatto notare, non è stato posto rimedio.

الموقع هادىء جداً والشقة الأرضية لها حديقة جميلة، تم تزودينا جميعاً ببطاقات وتتوافر المواقف لكل شقة والنظافة رائعة جداً، لا توجد مغسلة ملابس والفرن يعمل مع أواني معينة

السعر بعض الشيء مقارنة بعدم وجودها في السنتر، وكذلك مبلغ الوديعة الذي يتم حجزه ( 300 يورو) يفضل إعادة النظر فيها

كان وقت الوصول متاخر مافي استقبال بعد الساعه ثمانيه وتعطلنا لين كلمناهم عن طريق رقم الطوارئ للحصول على بطاقة الدخول

الموقع ممتاز حيل وهادي وبعيد عن الزحمه. الشقه جميله حق زوجين بس عايله ماتصلح معها البطاقه السياحيه الحمام فيه شفاط 👍🏻

Roligt og hyggeligt område, tæt på alle seværdigheder i kaprun. Nem indtjekning og forholdvis moderne stand. Håndklæder og sengelinned. Parkerings kælder.

Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke og værterne tilbød intet som kompensation. Og vi skulle selv rykke for svar om den var blevet fikset hver dag. Derudover var lågen til fryseren i køleskabet også i stykker, som vi ikke blev informeret om. Der var lang kø ved afhentning af nøglekort og betjenningen var ikke særlig service minded. Handlede mest om at få folk hurtig igennem. Sove sofaen er ikke særlig god.

Det var ikke internet som fungerte under oppholdet, til tross for at vi ble lovet retting av feil. Litt lukt leiligheten fra matlaging av sterk mat fra tidligere leietagere

Perfect for the family, we stayed with our 2 year old kid. She throughly enjoyed. We went on summer 2025. The appartment is really located in nice location and the stay was pleasant and very good value for money. Specially the summer card and travel pass. Everything was well communicated. You need to check in in some other place but it is already mentioned in the description when booking . If you have a car this is not an issue. Please keep the washing liquid for vessels or the washing pod for dishwasher There is no Laundry available so if you plan for staying a week or more, consider this.

Very poor customer service specially they kept laying about providing the internet for the entire my stay at this place for five day, no internet. Reception office representative is not friendly as well.

- Garage is quite good - Short ways (by car) to the lake and mountains - Nice view on the mountains

- A heavy coat rack fell from the wall onto my wife's feet. Fortunately, she wasn’t injured, but we had to cover the €160 cost for a caretaker to reattach it. That took just 10 minutes and that I had to help with. - The "Summer Card" was initially charged to us, even though it was supposed to be included. The receptionist claimed this was Booking.coms mistake. Only after calling the hotel management we were refunded. - Many small things in the apartment were broken or malfunctioning: the elevator (fixed after a few days), the freezer door, the couch lamp, the soap dispenser in the shower etc. Not really a big problem, but together with the attempts to get more money from us, a frustrating experience.
