PATHETIC CONDITION OF ROOMS. BATHROOMS ARE UNIMAGINABLY OF POOR STANDARDS, NO VENTILATION AT ALL, NO EXHAUST, COCKROACH INFESTED. HOUSEKEEPING WAS ANOTHER PATHETIC CASE.

Hardly I stayed for hours and I checked out at night and post departure at late night I’m getting call from hotel that pillow cover is missing from room and I told them very clearly that moment I checked in, pillow cover was already missing but just because I’m was staying for hours so I didn’t bothered about it. Staff is mentioning to me that I have to pay for pillow cover charge or else hotel will debit from his salary. This is the worst experience I had and I’m never gonna come back.

No bath soap, Overall, this hotel is not at all suitable for a family stay. Additionally, the reception staff mentioned that police visit the hotel almost every day for guest enquiries, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe.

We booked the Suite in this property for 3 nights and had to book urgently on last day as we wanted to stay on sarjapur road. Its location is nice but this property is 1 star poperty. There were cockroaches in the rooms. When we reported they didnt do any spray. Bathroom was like a gutter. It was leaking and smelling like a public toilet. Although they offer to change the room but every room has one or the problem. Mold and seepage across multiple rooms. It is cost efficient but never compromise with your hygiene. I will never recommend this to anyone.

The staff were asleep when I arrived ( it was in the middle of the night) and couldn’t find my booking. I tried to tell them it was through booking . Com and showed them my confirmation number but then couldn’t find me and were unable to accommodate me.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025We did not even stay in the hotel the moment we checked in and went to the room and it was crawling with cockroaches the whole hotel was cockroach infested and the rooms were the dirtiest ever and smelling bad the bathroom had a strong stench.
No cleanliness and full of cockroaches and no maintenance and a no staff at reception who can speak basic English the security checks us in. Nobody to help with luggage.

It requires maintenance room conditions and bathrooms require regular maintenance Housekeeping staff supportive but the property condition requires maintenance/upgrade At time of checking on Sunday rooms were not ready there were housekeeping staff that day. Shrikant himself has to run around and make the arrangements. He is very good

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Our stay at this hotel suite was extremely disappointing. When we checked in, the room was still being cleaned, and the floor was soapy all along . They didn’t even mop it properly. There was no proper maintenance or cleaning—everything felt dirty. The restroom was especially bad, looking rusty and unclean—one of the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve seen. Another issue was the sofa bed, which was advertised as a proper sleeping option, but it was far from comfortable. In reality, it wasn’t suitable for sleeping at all. We booked for four people, yet there was only one double bed, and the extra bed they provided was also subpar. On top of all this, the property had cockroaches, which made the experience even worse. The only positive was that the staff was somewhat helpful, but honestly, that doesn’t make up for the terrible condition of the place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
