Reviewed Jul 17, 2026La proprietaria molto gentile e cordiale. Lo staff sempre presente e accomodante . Facilmente raggiungibile e zona molto sicura per famiglie con bambini. L'appartamento è particolare ben arredato maggior parte di lusso e pieno di accessori ed utensili per la cucina dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie e stoviglie di qualità. è stato molto rilassante davvero. I miei bambini lo hanno adorato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo inchallah.
TV non funzionante essendo non Smart TV non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla per le app come prime video, Netflix o YouTube o canali italiani...

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Die Lage ist gut, nahe am Strand und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung und entspannend.
Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden. Kleine Details wie Sauberkeit in manchen Ecken oder fehlende Kleinigkeiten haben den Gesamteindruck etwas gemindert.

Не указаны точные GPS координаты, приходится искать по адресу. На плите нормально работала только одна конфорка, не хватало лампочек.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025It's a small village, very quiet, not many shops or good restaurants nearby, it's 31km from Rabat and 69Km from Casablanca Building is good and secure , Garden and pool is very nice , no fun for kids on the beach but beach is quiet to relax
No welcoming staff, care taker of property can't speak one word of English, check in time was 3:pm and appartment was not ready and clean ,we called them and they send the cleaners and they cleaned in rush. Building is nice but furniture ,fixing and appliances are old and need to be replaced. Kitchen is greecy and fridge is very old and dirty. The Whole appatment is in need of deep cleaning 😩, bedding was not fresh, with permanent stains. Sofas were dirty and full of stains. Washing machine was filthy.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Appartement très spacieux, confortable, lumineux dans une jolie petite résidence. Très calme. Très belle piscine. Très proche de la plage et de certains commerces. On peut garer sa voiture très facilement. Douche à l'extérieur pour éviter de ramener du sable dans la maison.
Propreté de la cuisine moyenne. Quelques moustiques !

Dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté la saleté de la maison, particulièrement la cuisine qui était dans un état catastrophique : invasion de fourmis qui nous a forcer a jeter bon nombre de nourritures (la seule solution de la propriétaire étant de nous envoyer une bombe anti mouche n'ayant rien arrangé au problème), hote très sale et non fonctionnel. Nous avons du nettoyer la cuisine nous-mêmes. En effet, les femmes de ménages qui devaient "repasser" ne sont finalement jamais venues. Par ailleurs : les lumières du balcon et de la buanderie ne fonctionnaient pas, les deux douches étaient bouchées (le passage d'un membre du personnel n'a rien changé), un des lits de la chambre des enfants est tombé à plusieurs reprises car manque de vis, connexion internet défaillante, climatisation obsolète affichant un message d'erreur dû à une absence d'entretien (foyer d'agents pathogènes) l'air diffuser en devenait dangereux pour la santé, la table du salon était extrêmement collante par manque de nettoyage, la porte de la machine laver est cassée, donne des décharges électriques et est infectée de champignons et moisissures. J'ajoute que lorsque jai contacté la propriétaire par téléphone pour lui faire état de tous ces désagréments, sa seule réponse fut "vu le prix que vous avez payer, cela correspond au standing proposé". Elle n'a pas daigné se déplacer pour constater. La résidence dans son ensemble est très agréable. Toutefois, cet appartement est à éviter si vous voulez passer de bonnes et agréables vacances. NB: si nous pouvions mettre plus de 4 photos vous auriez pu constater l'ensemble des dégâts

Les équipements sont vétustes notamment la climatisation et le lave-linge.

AC had an E4 error and wasn't working. Washing machine latch was broken, so had to use teaspoon to lock door and start The kitchen wasn't the cleanest fridge. Cupboard doors didn't go deeper If I had stayed more than two nights, I would have gotten my ocd cleaning on it, and it would have been fabulous if the AC was working.
