Le lit d’appoint n’était pas du tout confortable ! Pas de réception On n’a pas pu laisser nos affaires dans un endroit sécurisé après notre départ !

הזמנו חדר טריפל, אבל היתה רק מיטה זוגית. הביאו לנו מיטה מתקפלת ורק המיטה השלישית(!) היתה תקינה . במקלחת היה רק שמפו ומרכל. לא סבון, לא כוס לשים מברשת שיניים..האור ליד המיטה הסודית היה חשוף וחזק מדי

קשה מאד עד בלתי אפשרי למצוא חנייה באזור

הייתי נותן 5 כוכבים על הניקיון והמחיר. המיטה הנוספת הייתה עבור הבן שלי, שהיה אמור לרוץ חצי מרתון למחרת בבוקר. המיטה הייתה שבורה ולכן לא התאימה לשינה (לדעתי מי שהתקין את המיטה היה חייב לראות בבירור שהמיטה שבורה – היא הייתה שבורה באמצע וחלקי עץ רבים היו חסרים). התקשרתי לבחורה שאישרה את ההזמנה שלי והיא אמרה שהיא שולחת את המנקה, אבל אף אחד לא הגיע. בסוף הוצאנו את המיטה מהחדר ופשוט שמנו את המזרן על הרצפה. לא היו מים חמים. היה למקום פוטנציאל ל-5 כוכבים, אבל אני נותן 3 בגלל המיטה השבורה והיעדר מים חמים.

everything there was no parking, no body soap no working tv. besides being dirty and not up to date, and its an Israeli militant secular hotel forcing guest to be exposed to its vulgar mindset, look at the picture I attached of the lobby, no hotel in the USA or Europe would post such vulgarity on the wall of its from lobby from san Francisco to nyc or les Vegas no normal people speak like this. This just proves that when a yid falls they fall lower than the lowest. shame on them

אין טלויזיה בחדר ,מנעול הדלת לא נפתח נתקענו ב 12 בלילה מחוץ לחדר המנעול לא נפתח,קושי לפתוח את מנעול הכניסה למלון,אזור המטבח טעון שיפור,ביוב כיור המטבח לא תקין, היתה רק כוס אחת לשתיה חמה,לא היה תה וקפה,לא היו מגבות וניר טואלט כשהגענו ,תחתית קומקום חשמלי מקולפת ועם חלודה,רשתות לא נסגרות בחלונות לכן חדר מלא יתושים

Brandlarm och elavbrott hela natten. Personal ej tillgänglig. Städning gick ut på att slänga alla mina saker i min resväska och sedan lämna rumsdörren öppen för vem som helst att komma in. Hotellet är en ren katastrof. Undvik. Bytte till ett riktigt hotell.

Aucun accueil et personne ne répond au numéro donné. Chambre glaciale à l’arrivée (clim à fond) Équipement Vétuste Cheveux sur les draps Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et un filet très fin d’eau pour se doucher. Chambre triple annoncé avec un seul lit double

Poor response to requests. Took two days to get clean towels and a day for clean sheets.

The location was perfect for my needs, public transport is right under the hotel so the connections are great. Many places to dine & drink all around.

There is no receptionist onsite in case of need, you can only call someone, and you might not even get a response after certain hours. When I called and talked to an employee, she told me that the room is very quiet, and it was quite the opposite. I couldn't turn the TV on during my entire stay. I tried to call at around 21:30 plus sent an SMS, but nobody replied. Housekeeping knocked rudely on my door at 9:00 the next morning, asking when i'm leaving, demanding that i'll do it quickly. She also said that the TV problem is well known.

רציתי לפתוח חלון והיו מלא פדלים של סיגריות במסילות של החלון, הכריות לא נוחות זאת מילה עדינה, אין חניה בכללל מלא אבק בחדר, היו שערות על הרצפה פשוט מזעזע

Nice place to stay

The room is fully ecquipped, although small. There is a very nice coffee shop aside of it.

There was an issue with the door key code - it was switched just before my arrival and after the instructions were sent; so I stood there at 22:30 trying in vain to open my door, or calling the staff (no answer), until a resident passed by and showed me how an apt. where a staff guy was staying. I was lucky - since no help was available from the published phone numbers. After that I tried again to contact the staff to let them know abot the mishap - got no response.

Great location for eating and clean and quiet room

The “staff” is smiley and that would be all.

Minimal, just shampoo in bathroom, no hand soap, horrible neon sign in entrance, very impersonal, no breakfast, no water provided, no shower mat

Comfortable beds, good shower, kettle & cups for hot drinks, good location for our needs. Good lift.

Unpleasant neon sign in foyer. No soap in bathroom. Just shampoo provided, no shower gel. No bathmat. No hooks in bathroom. No tea or coffee. Nonstop flashing green light in the middle of the ceiling. Just 2 clothes hangers. Fridge wasn't cold.

Great location, bring value for 1 night near Ramat Gan for fun day with your kids

The location

When we booked the hotel I called to make sure that they had a safe room or a shelter as it was a deal breaker for the booking during war time in Israel .The staff person I talked to , specified that there was a common safe room in every level. Upon arrival we discovered that while the hotel owned a shelter downstairs, the staff expected guests to shelter in the stairways instead of the actual shelter. We had missiles alarms and had nowhere safe to stay. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready and we had to ask for an additional bed to be set up. When it was brought to the room we noticed that the folding bed was very flimsy and the cot was extremely thin. The staff person who brought the bedding didnt offer to make the bed , we had to specifically ask. My daughter asked for a hair dryer . The same staff member arrived with a hair dryer . The following day she asked us to give the hair dryer back indicating that “ we need to share it” my daughter was using it at the time so it stayed in our room. The following morning we heard loud knocks on our room door with someone shouting accusations about how rude it was for us to keep the hair dryer and that she needs it for work. Needless to say we returned the hair dryer and had to buy a new one. The main door to the entrance for the hotel is equipped with a code. The hotel owner neglected to explain how it worked and in the first 24 hours we weren’t able to get in and had to call someone on our phone to come down and let us in.

Great location, new facility, very clean. The code checking in process was easy.

We requested two beds but there was only one bed in the room. It took a while for them to answer our calls and bring in a roll-away bed. There were no towels in the room and we had to text them to bring towels and bedsheets for the added bed. The bathroom design could be more practical. It boasts nice faux marble walls, but the shower has no door or curtain, letting water splashing everywhere. They also do not provide hair conditioner. The bathroom sometimes has an odor.

Good price, amazing location. Let us to stay several more hours for free and the disembark morning. Very nice and welcoming hotel staff. Willing to help.

Missing free drinking water station and basic coffee station (in the kitchen). Must have the option to replace towels and bed linen upon guest will.

Nice hotel, surprisingly good location when not travelling with a car. Lots of busses to every direction, and very little parking night time without a local resident permit. Rooms are comfortable, fully dark curtains, good AC, overall a nice looking place.

Maybe because I booked last minute, and staff was not on hand at all, my room wasn't quite ready. No kettle to go with the mugs. No foot tower and only one small hand towel. Little things that can make all the difference. Also, life does not stop on 1st or 2nd floor. One can only call it from Grpind or 3rd floor to come down it. Annoying with luggage. Please fix.

I liked the no reception concept, it’s easy to check in and out. Owners answered my messages very quickly and politely. The room had everything i needed.
