Nice accommodation near Kolmarden Zoo. Everything you need is available in the house, especially for small children (baby bed/ chair). Comfortable bathroom and beds.

Additional price for bedsheets. The kitchen is only missing a water cooker, ... and a dishwasher.

På det stora hela toppen! Helt, rent och fint. Bra läge med närhet till pizzeria och mataffär. Nära till utflyktsmålet Kolmården.

Det enda som finns att klaga på är kuddarna i sängen. Hade underlättat med en skylt vid infarten då vägen in knappt syns.

Bra läge, lugnt och tyst. Lagom avstånd från Kolmården, matbutiker och bad. Mycket enkelt att checka in/ut.

Nära till både affär, badplats och Kolmården.

Önskvärt med en fläkt eller ac då det var väldigt varmt i sovrummet.

The place is very new and nice. Plenty of toys for kids. Very quiet location. Easy access by car. Kitchen is well equipped.

The windows in the main room do not open at all, ventilation is somewhat lacking. No AC. The beds are "meh".

Riktigt fint och mysigt! Bra service och snabba svar om man hade några frågor. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka 😊

Ebameeldiv üllatus oli, et pärast broneeringut tuli kiri, et tuleb ka koristada või selle eest lisatasu maksta. Sellised tingimused peaksid eelnevalt olema selgelt välja toodud. Koristamiseks mõeldud lapid olid mustad.

Allt var väldigt fint och fräscht. Skön uteplats man kunde sitta på.

Toppenfin och fräsch lägenhet som kändes helt ny. Jättebra enskilt läge.

Sängarna var lite hårda.

Mycket fräsch och fin stuga/lägenhet. Lugnt och fint belägen bara 7 minuter med bil från Kolmårdens Djurpark.

De hygiëne was heel erg slecht, geen lamp in de woonkamer en permanent stond er een afzuiger aan. De stapelbedden stonden op het punt van inzakken en waren heel erg smerig.

Det var rent och fint. Fanns allt man behövde.

Tyvärr gick det inte att ta med en hund pga allergifria lägenheter. Det var synd då min syster med familj fick bo någon annanstans pga av att de inte fick hundvakt. Hade vart perfekt att bo bredvid varann

The location.

Where do I start?! Straight after booking the property we received a message to say that linens and cleaning were not included. The price they wanted for these meant the cost over doubled for the stay! Unfortunately, the only option I had was to book without cancellation so I was unable to cancel the booking. I got on to booking.com who were in agreement that the property was miss sold, however, they did nothing about it despite the phone calls and messages to customer services. I decided to message the owner directly and his message to me was incredibly rude, basically telling me to suck it up. Unfortunately, this it what we had to do as we were on a budget. So off to ikea to purchase bed sheets and a lovely morning of cleaning for me. Also, there was no message to let me know the code for the key safe so I had to ring the owner (which probably cost a small fortune). All in all, disappointing from Booking.com and a disappointing stay. This is our 4th property on our trip so far and although the building looks modern it had the worst beds and the most useless shower. The TV would only work using chromecast but you had to ask for an invitation which was never forthcoming, so no entertainment either.

Supermysigt litet hus perfekt för familjer

Vi reste två familjer ihop och hyrde båda lägenheterna. Man kunde öppna en dörr mellan lägenheterna, vilket var toppen när man ville umgås tillsammans inomhus. Nära till Kolmårdens djurpark och gångavstånd till pizzeria och matbutik. Rent och fräscht boende.

Proximity to the zoo. Easily accessible location. Everything was as expected.

On one morning there was no hot water due to an issue with the pump. Otherwise, no problems at all.

Fresh and new

Would be nice to have coffee, tea, hand towels etc. things to make it less sterile and more personal.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The property appeared to be newly built with modern furnishings, having an ideal layout for a family. The cleanliness and organization of the space were impressive. We were especially pleased with the selection of toys and books for the kids, which kept our toddler happily occupied. The location is superb, conveniently close to the station, grocery stores, and Kolmården. We're looking forward to returning in the future.

The location was nice, the place was neat, have a nice lawn when kids can walk and play. Quiet neighborhood, close to 2 small convenience stores like ICA and Coop.

Would have been better to have some basic items at the place, like coffee, sugar, salt, kitchen tissues, etc.

New, clean apartment.

Uncomfortable beds, very thin mattress.
