It was secluded and we needed to disconnect from everyone.

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
10/10Very poor — walls were dirty and there were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom (4), making cleanliness a major issue.
Service
10/10Slow response to the pest problem (took about 2 hours for staff to come with a raid can), otherwise standard interactions.
Location
10/10Excellent — beachfront location with great views, repeatedly praised (beach, view) in the review.
Room Quality
10/10Poor — room had dirty walls and pest presence (cockroaches in the bathroom) affecting room quality.
Amenities
10/10Strong — pool and beach access and overall vibe were listed as positives.
Value for Money
10/10Slightly below target — 'For the price, it’s not bad' but issues with pests reduced perceived value.
Food and Beverage
10/10Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience
10/10Negative overall — while the beach, pool and vibe were positives, the presence of roaches made the stay horrible.
