Homestay 88A Melaka for 9 pax with Private Pool, Smart TV, Netflix and Wifi

The pool was too good

Access to hot & cold drinking water especially making hot drink in the morning. The pool was nice.

Cannot open door from outside room if door close, please check. 2 rooms does not have wardrobe to hang clothes There is no curtain on the high window to block the sun from shining brightly into the room as to take a nap. Flooring level between dining and kitchen not even, can fall down, slippery especially nearer to the bathroom side. Point plug in one of the room is not working, cannot charge phone. Toilet paper easily gets wet when taking shower, if possible have a glass/shower curtain between the shower and toilet seat.

-To upgrade on the facility, when request for xtra bed to gv together with blanket since it need to be paid. -low water pressure

Everything is so clean and the host response also quite fast. The pool is nice.

Maybe the location is bit far from the city. But still manageable and near to Aeon Mall.

Swimming pool & enviroment

Perfect stay for families with kids.. Clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The pool right in front of the house made it easy to watch the kids..they were swimming all day.. Easy access to food nearby and a very responsive owner. Will definitely come back when visiting Melaka

Just a small issue with the airconds in the master and second rooms.. they’re not cold even with the temp at 16°C. Also, the second bathroom has a leaking pipe, so water’s spraying out and making things wet.

The house has a large compound. Too bad it only has an inflatable pool ☺️ The location is great.

No water dispenser, e.g. Coway, Cuckoo, etc. There were only 2 bathrooms (for 4 bedrooms).

Big enough to accommodate a big family

There's a drop in between kitchen and dining table which could be dangerous because it is barely noticeable

The host was very helpful and friendly. We communicated via whatsapp prior our stay and everything (check-in/check-out/ deposit) went smoothly. We had a pleasant stay as the place provided so many facilities. Wanted to use the inflatable pool for my baby, but didn't have much time to do so as we only stayed for 1 night. They also provide bbq grill with charcoal if you want to have a bbq party. Looking forward to stay here again when we visit Melaka in the future.

The house itself was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities one could ask for. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, a desk, and a window overlooking the area. I had access to a shared bathroom which was always kept clean and well-stocked with toiletries.

There are many amenities provided such as Netflix, video game, bbq, carom, board games, dart, etc. Towels, shower cream & shampoo are also provided. The house is clean with vanilla smell. The beds are reasonably comfortable. The location is near to MiTC & all attractions in Ayer Keroh.

The owner behaves too professional, feel more like dealing with a hotel staff than a homestay owner but she addressed all the inquiry immediately.

Big spacious house, 4bedroom..3 with good aircond. 1 fan... High quality furnitures and bedding. equip with towel, bath soap and shampoo. Lots of beverages and junkies... Just need to pay with reasonable price... TV with basic astro and Android box. Internet available but password didn't work as mentioned. Available with dart board, carrom and retro game. Washing machine with detergent, cookers, culteries and dining area.

Outside house area was dry, no grass or flowers or tress.. Gate with no lock and house key attached power card.... The whole house need to power down just to lock the door. Floor feels a bit sticky due cleaning residual. The rest was good and worth your money spend. House area a bit away from main street and further from city area. Need your own transport to move around.
