The apartment was clean and modern. It had a washing machine and kitchen facilities. The location was convenient for attractions in KL. The beds were comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was by WhatsApp, the host was always prompt when dealing with any concerns/questions.

Cleanliness. The toilet was dirty with a lot of water stain. Even corner has spiders. The washing machine is super dirty with a lot of dirt. Had to thoroughly clean before use. Ironing board has burnt stain.

Palvelut olivat hyvät, esimerkiksi 6. kerroksen allasalue omine ravintoloineen oli erittäin viihtyisä. Loistavaa oli pieni ruokakauppa alakerrassa. Erinomaiset LRT/MRT-yhteydet.

Pieniin viihtyisyyttä tuoviin asioihin asunnossa olisi voitu kiinnittää enemmän huomiota.

Property was nice and decent

The morning after check in, authorities knocked on door and told us bills for the apartment were unpaid and they have a right to come in and seize possessions. Being a family with a baby, we quickly packed up and checked out and told the property owners. They have acted like it was nothing

Having 3 bedroom, suitable for family with kids and helper. Unit is clean and facilities are good. Easy to book grab to nearby mall. Mini mart is available and good working washing machine.

Can have better quality shampoo and shower soap.

Location : Near uptown damansara and one utama Amenities : playground and swimming pool accessible, and suitable for kids.

Convenient location, very close to One Utama. Very clear and easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. Unit is clean and comfortable. Very good

The unit was clean and it's facilities provided is superb. Walking distance to restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Nice clean and cozy place. Beds were really comfortable. I like how they prepare two access cards so it's convenient if your group were to leave the house separately, something most places do not provide. They also provide two parking lots.

Parking lot was a bit high up but I understand that the parking lot allocated is based on your unit.

The 121 Residences is in a good and convenient location, and the price is reasonable. Most importantly, the room was nice, comfortable, very clean, and cozy. The customer service was very friendly and informative. I had a great one-night stay.

The 3-bedroom property was excellent and secure, which exceeded our expectations. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive and very polite in his communications with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we were able to walk to the One Utama Mall. There were also many retail outlets nearby, such as convenience stores and mini-markets (e.g. 7-Eleven), laundromats, and a variety of eating places. The facilities, such as swimming pool and gymnasium, were excellent. There is also a children's playground, which is a bonus for families with young children.

I didn't stay for another night

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. (1) 10/10 for hospitality from the host (2) Working wifi (3) Appliances were in working condition e.g. air con, fan (4) Feels like home. E.g. Has fridge, washing machine, iron, broom, mop, towels, hanging rack, table and chairs (5) We were able to book Grab quite easily (6) No carpet on the floor which is very good

(1) 9.5 / 10 for cleanliness. It could be improved. (2) Seemed like the air con may make some noise. Not a significant issue during the stay as we were able to rest and sleep. (3) Perhaps a mirror in the other room could be considered. Nevertheless, the overall stay is pleasant.

The property was clean, spacious, big and comfortable for a couple. Really enjoyed how neat both rooms were, and how convenient the location was to many of the malls nearby. Would definitely book again, price was definitely worth it.

The place is very good and great. The best thing the host very helpful and very responsive. The unit also new and feel like own home, hence will repeat again if coming again.

Nice and Cozy house. Got washer and dryer 2 rooms, queen bed. value for money. owner super helpful. WiFi also good. Got a few kedai makan indon aroud the condo.

We stayed for three nights last minute, family of four with 2 young children. Staff were really helpful and seem friendly, checking we were okay throughout. It was really clean. Pool is amazing. Could do with a few more cooking utensils but that is only because we have two fussy eaters so needed to cook things. They have pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. All seems nice and new. Good to have washing machine facilities. Main bedroom is a little noisy so we slept with kids in the other rooms. Would definitely stay here again although if possible would look at property on pool side of buidling. Kids loved it. Good base away from centre and I thought good value.

Little noisy (I'm British and used to double glazing so will always struggle with noise at night).We managed it by just sleeping in the internal rooms. This is my only complaint and would not stop me from staying there next time.

Well proportioned 2 bedroom apartment. Compact but with everything we needed. Pool was more than big enough and always empty!

Second bedroom was quite bright being alongside the communal hallway with lights on all night. But didn’t distract from how good this apartment is.

The whole energy of the unit was so lovely. Very modern, clean, and well maintained. Staff Zahra was very helpful from beginning up to last day check out. Highly recommend. And will definitely stay again.

The balcony is too small.

1. I really liked the location as it was conveniently close to my training center and One Utama. 2. The house was clean, tidy and spacious enough for me.

1. The unit next to my apartment was undergoing renovations causing significant noise in the evenings. Additionally, the dust from the renovation work was so irritating to my eyes and nose. While I am fortunate not to have allergies, the situation was still uncomfortable. 2. The shower drain was clogged resulting in water pooling around my feet during showers. It was unpleasant and required me to clean out dust and hair from the drain myself. Considering I paid a cleaning fee, I feel it was unreasonable to handle this issue on my own. 3. I noticed a damp towel placed on the kitchen sink which emitted a sour smell. Proper handling of such items would improve the overall cleanliness and comfort of the space.

the property still very new ~ still alot unit still under renovation ~ so on 8am onwards you will hear alot sound from the work😅
