Havde ikke meget høje forventninger pga prisen, men forventede dog at der var rent, ryddeligt og behageligt, når det bliver beskrevet som luxury. Der var meget nusset, gardinerne havde de ikke gidet hænge op på plads, udeområdet var ikke et sted jeg havde lyst til at opholde mig, skodder i askebæger bla. Der lå en beskidt bademåtte på badeværelset (som skulle deles mellem gæsterne) og gardinet her var revet helt itu. Vi bestilte overnatning et andet sted, da jeg ikke kunne overnatte her. Værten er ikke vendt tilbage på min anmodning.

Prima di tutto l’annuncio è poco chiaro. Non è scritto chiaramente che i bagni sono in comune! La stanza è molto piccola. Le lenzuola fornite di certo non profumavano e probabilmente sono state lavate velocemente! Nella camera, alla parete, c’era un dispositivo con fili scoperti! Il bagno non lo posso definire pulito, era al limite della decenza. Non parliamo poi della piscina… l’acqua era ghiacciata e soprattutto un luogo angusto e non piacevole. Credo non ci sia nemmeno l’uscita di emergenza, cosa poco confortevole.

o koupelně nebylo řečeno, že je sdílená a byla špinavá, pokoje jsou dostačující, ale čisté nebyly, postel byla nepohodlná a pokoj byl maličký. Stěny byly tak tenké, že jste slyšeli každý krok a je to nepříjemné

The villa was gorgeous full of breathtaking art. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The living room and bathroom were also very clean and nicely decorated.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything that the other guests do, even in the rooms further away

Die Lage ist bestens, nahe der Metro, schnell in der City und schnell am Holmenkollen.

Die Ausstattng ist verbesserungswürdig. Kein TV, keine großen Löffel, keine Eierbecher. Das Bett ist eirklich schlecht gewesen, extrem rückenfeindlich. Ein Tisch im Zimmer wäre hilfreich.

Very cold experience....

Det var ingenting vi likte der.

Det er så mye vi mislikte at hvor skal man starte. For det første når vi kom var det ikke nøkkel i nøkkelboksen. Vi måtte stå ute å vente helt til noen skulle komme. Når vi først kom inn luktet det dø lik, vi gikk ned for å sjekke svømmebassenget og jacuzzien… Dette er noe av det værste jeg har sett i mitt liv. Jacuzzien som var oppblåsbar og halv brutt den var veldig skitten og brun, bassenget var fult av bakterier og støv og man ser at han ikke har byttet vann på år. I Norge gjelder forskrift om miljørettet helsevern og forskrift om badeanlegg, dette bryter kravene. Det var skittent flere steder og hele stedet føltes hjemsøkt ut. Hele stedet er et brudd på markedsføringsloven § 6&7. ingen kunne betalt meg for å komme tilbake! Booking.com har regler om krav til korrekte beskrivelser og det følger de heller ikke….

Det var veldig kaldt inne på rommet da vi ankom. Det hadde vært bedre å slå på varmeovnen før gjestene kommer, i hvert fall om vinteren. Men det var en hyggelig mann (Yaser) som hjelper oss med en ekstra varmeovn for at rommet ble varm fortere. Det var veldig positiv.

A very large property with all amenities well maintained. Clean and tidy throughout. Not too far from the city centre, with easy access to public transport within walking distance. Despite being close to the city, the area is calm and quiet. Definitely worth the money

The chalet is not private

I enjoyed the shared-living atmosphere, met a lot of nice people this way! There was still privacy and it was nice to have breakfast in a big living room (beautiful building!). Sauna was a fun plus. You can see the place is a bit "in progress", but it's not necessarily bad - a lot of changes were definitely made since the previous reviews I've read on here. Really good connection to the city centre.

The hot tub and swimming pool weren't really usable, there were few spaces that felt a bit dirty or broken. You can definitely hear a lot from rooms around yours.

Location is great, close to the metro station, shops nearby.

The room had some rubbish leftover(plastic bottles) by the window and under the bed. The sauna is there but with no clear instruction on how to turn it on - i didnt want to damage it so we ended up not using it. The shower/toilet is shared and there is a separate toilet by the entrance.

Det var lite svalt i sovrummet vid ankomst men ett litet element som fanns där gjorde det behagligt resten av tiden.

They cheat by saying it’s private. No heater in room. No response from owner. No help. Jacuzzi not working properly. Everything feels like a scam.

Has a jacuzzi (takes ~20h to heat up), sauna & swimming pool in the basement. Well appointed kitchen, kept satisfactorly clean. Spacious common areas.

The bed in our room was quite narrow, just under 1.40m. While there are 2 shared bathrooms, only one has a shower. The shower at the sauna was in Bad condition: leaking and a couple of broken tiles.

Camera molto pulita. Cucina e sala bene ordinate e pulite. Due bagni puliti. Disponibile anche giardinetto.

My favorite part is the access to pool, Jacuzzi and sauna! Otherwise, satisfied and happy customer. :)

It’s in the center, close to shops, restos, bus stops. Also the apartment is complete w/ things needed for cooking, dining. The host lazlo is so friendly and accommodating.

All is amazing! A microwave could be available if possible.

It was the only available accommodation close to Hovseter area. Cozy, clean and quiet place and easy to locate.

They lack pillows in our room. The bathroom was cold ‘coz the windows were a bit open.

Very dark house, we found it a bit creepy. The bed was not comfortable, with two people you find yourself rolled in the middle.. A small handtowel in the bathroom would have been nice. Felt we were kicked out before check out because host started cleaning kitchen and bathroom before we used them at 9.30 (checkout at 11). You can hear everything so do not forget to bring earplugs. Our room was right next to the smoking terrasse so we could not keep our window open.

The host was very nice , felt like at home and it even better than it’s described, it’s more beautiful than it showing in the pictures. Mr.A . Saker was really friendly and make us feel like at home I really recommend this place to everyone.
