Reviewed Jun 13, 2026For the price, I expected the basics and I got everything that I needed. The best part is the cleanliness of the room. Staff was responsive, everything was working and check-in/check-out was fast.
At least a shower curtain between shower area and toilet so that not the whole toilet is wet. The room is super bare. One or two items of deco, even if cheap, will help.

There was no partition between the bathroom and the toilet hence water dripped around.

Perhaps, could had provide basic toiletries (upon request} and some coffee/tea sachets as some would really prefer to have a cuppa of coffee/Tea right after checking in and also in the morning.

Please always top up the room shower gel n wash the bath towel well. Room clean well and please please repair the door if spoiler, have you think if two girls stay at the room without lock? We ask for change room also not to give, says all thr room is same, really is very bad experience, even is in the room not full.

As my Family check out and want to take their luggage at my room, because we do have family wedding.. so they put the luggage at my room cuz my room is booked for 2 nights.. BUT RECEPTION A WOMAN THERE.. SO RUDE.. SAID.. TAK BOLEH APESAL RAMAI RAMAI... DID YOU KNOW THEY ONLY WANT TAKE THE LUGGAGE NOT EVEN THE LATE CHECK OUT BECAUSE MY FAMILY ROOM CHECK OUT EARLY ALREADY.. ONLY MOVE THE LUGGAGE AT MY ROOM....... SO RUDE.. VERY RUDE DAMN RUDE..

Just beside the Hotel is clean 24 hrs mamak shop and another one delicious selection chinese food nearby. Seven 7 just really next door. No problem for food. IOI mall & Strand Mall just walking distance!
