Alles sauber und ordentlich! Die Betten sind gut. Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Prima, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt!!!

Ιδανικη τοποθεσια και υπεροχο το διαμερισμα. Η λιμνη, η πλατεια Μαβιλη και το κεντρο της πολης ειναι προσβασιμα με τα ποδια.

מיקום מעולה קרוב להכל לעיר העתיקה וכן למרכזי הקניות בעיר הכל במרחק הליכה, יש סופרמרקט גדול ליד. הדירה מצוידת היטב וכן נמצאת במקום שקט. הקרבה לאגם מוסיפה לקסם של המקום וההליכה על הטיילת בערב נהדרת.

החנייה מאוד צרה כך שאם מגיעים עם רכב גדול צריך להחנות מחוץ לדירה, המיטה הנפתחת הייתה לא נוחה, נתקלנו בבעיות אינטרנט אלחוטי לא יציב והתנתקויות חוזרות ונשנות, שוחחנו עם בעל הדירה על כך והוא ניסה לעזור לנו ככל יכולתו.

Πολύ άνετο σπίτι, δίπλα στη λίμνη, ολα σε απόσταση λεπτών με τα πόδια! Πεντακάθαρο, έκανε την διαμονή μας εκει πολυ βολική, αν κ μειναμε λίγο. Θα ειναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στην πολη!

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, la pulizia, il grande balcone su cui si affacciano le due camere da letto, il patio e la cura per i dettagli. La cucina aveva tutto l’occorrente anche x la colazione (cialde x il caffè, fette biscottate e marmellata… non è da tutti!). L’host Sotiris è molto gentile e risponde subito se hai bisogno di qualcosa. Super consigliato! Torneremo sicuramente al prossimo viaggio in Grecia! 🩷 Elena

Es ist eine grosse schöne Location, völlig unkompliziert, einfacher Check in. Wirklich tolle Lage, unmittelbar bei Restaurants und Bars in der City.

Het balkon was heel fijn. Gezellig plekje voor ontbijt en 's avonds een drankje te drinken. Huis is heel groot (2 verdiepingen) en de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bed was goed. Heel dicht bij het meer en bij de terrassen en restaurants. Konden auto op het terrein parkeren, wel beetje krap, hele grote auto past niet. Dan moet je een eind verderop parkeren.

Het enige minpunt was douchen. Dat moet je bad. Het was heel smal, achter een douchegordijn en met een vaste sproeikop houder (niet verstelbaar). Water duurde even met warm worden. Inrichting van huis is heel ouderwets, maar kan ik ook wel weer waarderen (typisch Grieks) Op de slaapkamer was alleen een vitrage, geen overgordijnen, dus in de ochtend heel vroeg licht op de slaapkamer.

A very nice and very well decorated and maintained apartment in the heart of the old town. The lake is beautiful with rows of nice restaurants and cafes along its shore.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und liegt an einer relativ ruhigen Straße, die direkt zum See mit netten Tavernen und der schönen Promenade führt. Die Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer schaut auf die Straße und den freundlichen kleinen Vorgarten, aber nicht auf den See. Der Gastgeber hat Kaffee und das Nötige für ein einfaches Frühstück bereit gestellt. Der Parkplatz in der Hauseinfahrt war so schmal, dass wir vorzogen auf einem kleinen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe zu parken, was kein Problem war.

Die Hunde des Nachbarn bellen auch in der Nacht manchmal sehr laut, was wirklich störend ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche gehört komplettiert.

Fijn appartement, makkelijk te vinden en goede communicatie. Erg fijn dat je de auto kon parkeren. Appartement ligt zeer centraal, op loopafstand van winkeltjes en restaurants. Zeker een aanrader.

Great location - right next to the city center and at the same time at quiet area. Comfortable house with all you may need. Private parking included that was very helpful. The host was also very helpful with fast responding before and during our stay. Wide and comfortable common space. Comfortable beds. Second toilet available is also very helpful for a family guests. Big terrace on the second floor with the bedrooms and also nice entry terrace looking to the small garden.

Some old furniture in the rooms and common area, while main ones were fine. Cleaning tools would be helpful for longer stay. Anyway a great place to stay at!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στη λίμνη. Μεγάλο σπίτι με άνετα κρεβάτια και ωραίο μπαλκόνι.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες μένουν στο υπόγειο του σπιτιού κάτι που δεν αναφερόταν στην περιγραφή. Εμείς πιστεύαμε ότι ήταν ένα αυτόνομο διώροφο σπίτι. Το επιλέξαμε λόγω της τοποθεσίας και για το γεγονός ότι μπορούσαμε να έχουμε μαζί μας τον σκύλο μας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είχαν και αυτοί σκυλί ( ήσυχο πολύ) αλλά ο δικός μας σκύλος φοβόταν να βγει στην αυλή λόγω αυτού και του γεγονότος ότι στο υπόγειο υπήρχαν άγνωστοι. Επίσης ερχόταν συνέχεια προς τα πάνω μια μυρωδιά περίεργου καπνού εντελώς αηδιαστικού.

Es una casa encantadora a pocos pasos del hermosísimo lago de Ioaninas en un sector muy tranquilo pero a la vez muy central y con supermercados y todo tipo de comercios. El anfitrión fue muy preocupado de nuestra comodidad. La casa tiene dos pisos, balcón antejardín y entrada para estacionamiento de autos. El equipamiento para la cocina es completísimo. Si hubiéramos podido nos habríamos quedado más tiempo porque estábamos realmente muy a gusto.

Комфортний, колоритний будиночок, багатофункціональна кухня, дуже класне розташування в 2 хвилинах від озера. Тиха вулиця. Паркування у дворі - що дуже зручно. Чиста постіль, матраси на ліжках зручні.

Єдине побажання - вказати, що в приміщенні відчувається запах цигарок, і якщо у вас є алергія або непереносимість сигаретного диму - може стати проблемою.

Le logement est grand, bien placé à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Machine à café Nespresso parfait. Machine à laver est un + egalement

On entend tout, les voisins en bas, les gens dans la rue. C’est bruyant. En arrivant il y avait une bouteille d’eau vide à côté d’un lit, on se demande si le ménage est bien fait..

la casa singola è bellissima, indipendente, arredamento molto curato, la casa è fornita di tutti i comfort, molto silenziosa, e nello stesso tempo vicinissima a piedi al centro e al lungolago, comunicazione con i proprietari eccezionale, check-in molto semplice, pulizia eccellente, ambienti molto accoglienti, davvero come sentirsi a casa

Per chi come me ama cucinarsi in casa, erano scarse le padelle, c'era solo una padella antiaderente ma molto grande e senza coperchio, un coperchio sarebbe stato utile, L'acqua non era calda ma tiepida

Όμορφο σπίτι δίπλα στη λίμνη και ήσυχο.

Όμορφο σπίτι δίπλα στη λίμνη, αλλά δυστυχώς όχι συντηρημένο και περιποιημένο σωστά. Τα προβλήματα πολλά, τα οποία τα επισήμανα στους ανθρώπους εκεί και ελπίζω να τα διορθώσουν. Υπήρχε μια έντονη οσμή από αρωματικό, τόσο έντονη που το βράδυ δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε, μέχρι που βγάλαμε έξω τα χαλιά, από τα οποία προερχόταν τελικά και η έντονη οσμή! (μες το καλοκαίρι χαλιά???). Όλες οι βρύσες ήταν βουλωμένες από τα πολλά άλατα και χρειάστηκε να αφαιρέσω το φίλτρο από κάποιες ώστε να γίνουν χρηστικές. Στο ένα από τα δύο μπάνια δεν λειτουργούσε ο εξαερισμός με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι απομακρύνονται οι τυχών οσμές από τη χρήση με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι τελικά χρηστικό.

Sotiris was lovely and the place was very spacious and homely. It was only two blocks from the lake and an easy walk to the supermarket. We really enjoyed staying there.

The house was spacious, well appointed and located close to the lake and the castle. The bed was comfortable. The host provided clear instructions to get to the house and how to get in and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. There was onsite parking and street parking. Also loved the local cats...

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα. Καθαρό, όμορφο, άνετο, σε εξαιρετικό σημείο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Wir waren ein bisschen überrascht, dass wir nicht nur eine Ferienwohnung gebucht hatten, sondern ein ganzes Haus :-) Absoluter Luxus also. Besonders praktisch für uns (wir waren auf Durchreise) war, dass das Haus einen eigenen Parkplatz hat und wir so nicht viel schleppen mussten. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und sauber, aber jetzt nicht unbedingt der letzte Schrei. Man hat ein bisschen das Gefühl, dass das Haus ganz normal bewohnt war und nach dem Auszug der Bewohner einfach einmal gestrichen und geputzt wurde. Die Lage so nahe am See entschädigt dafür aber vollkommen. Auch die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Прекрасно място, чисто, подредено, удобни спални, имаше всичко необходимо. Надмина очакванията ни, прекрасно обзаведен дом. Паркинг в двора на къщата. Много близо разположение до езерото, лодките и стария център. Домакинът беше изключително полезен със съвети и препоръки. Веднага отговаряше на всичките ни въпроси. Пак ще се върнем там. Препоръчвам мястото.

Πολύ όμορφη, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, πεντακάθαρη κι άνετη διώροφη κατοικία για τουλάχιστον 4 επισκέπτες. Η τοποθεσία είναι κατάλληλη για περίπατο στα κεντρικότερα μέρη των Ιωαννίνων. Απλώς αφήναμε το αυτοκίνητο στον χώρο στάθμευσης του ioannas mansion και απολαμβάναμε τις επισκέψεις στα μέρη που θέλαμε περπατώντας. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι φιλόξενος, περιποιητικός, ευγενικός, κατατοπιστικός και μας προσέφερε με τις πληροφορίες και τα δώρα του υπέροχες αναμνήσεις. Εις το επανιδείν!

Εξαιρετικο. Αναξερτητη οικία με τεράστιους χώρους μέσα εξω, με όλες τις παροχες π θα μπορουσε να ζητήσει κάποιος κ με καλωσόρισμα με τσίπουρο από τον ιδιοκτητη. Σε ησυχη περιοχη παρα πολυ κοντά στο κέντρο. Όλα τελεια.

Bella casa in zona tranquilla mavicinissima al lago. Il castello si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi e poco più in là c'è la zona dei locali e dei ristoranti, molto bella e curata. Casa spaziosa.

Non poter gettare la carta igenica nel water, ma è una cosa comune in più parti della Grecia.

Alles. Blitzeblanksauber. Kontakt via Mobilfunk auf englisch mühelos, freundlich und verlässlich. Die Austattung tadellos, für mehrköpfige Familien perfekt. Zwei Terrasen. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Ledercouch und Fauteil mit offener Küche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist. Falls man mehrere Tage bleiben und kochen will. Oben zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzellbetten, die sich zusammen stellen oder trennen lassen. Unten ein kleines Klo, oben Badezimmer mit Dusche. Schöne Nachbarschaft. Lage mitten drin statt nur dabei. Six out of five stars! ;-)

Nix. Hm. Wir hatten ein preisgünstigeres Angebot, da kurzfristig und unerwartet verfügbar. Für 118€ / Nacht statt des üblichen Preises. Dieses Angebot war angemessen. Wäre es mehr, hätte ich etwas anderes gesucht.

This beautiful home is perfectly laid out for a relaxing stay. The first floor features a spacious living room and kitchen, while the bedrooms are located upstairs, offering a quiet, private space. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The house comes with its own private parking, and the hosts provided clear, detailed instructions and recommendations to make your arrival easy. You'll be just 40 meters from the lake and local restaurants, and only a short 7-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) from a large grocery store. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

הדירה מרווחת מאוד. יש שני חדרי שינה עם מיטות גדולות ונוחות. בכל אחד מהחדרים וגם בסלון יש מזגנים. המטבח מרווח ומצוייד היטב. יש מרפסת נחמדה בקומה העליונה של הדירה. יש חניה פרטית בתוך החצר של הבית.

הסתבכנו קצת עם המציאה של הדירה. הגענו בחושך, ולא הצלחנו לזהות את הבניין. הבית ממוקם ברחוב חד סטרי, והיינו צריכים לעשות סיבוב של כמה דקות כדי להגיע אליו שוב. החניה הפרטית צפופה יחסית, והכניסה אליה מורכבת בגלל שהרחוב צר. אנחנו הגענו עם רכב קטן, ועדיין היה לנו קצת קשה להיכנס לחניה. היה ריח קצת מעופש כשנכנסנו לדירה.

Nice, quite place next to the Ioanina lake. The host was very welcoming and provided in advance wonderful tips and recommendations about places to visit and check.
