Luxury villa with a heated pool, Jakuzi and a sea view 70m from the beach

Perfect size for us as a family of 9 i.e. 6adults, 2 children, 1 baby. Pool was a good size and close to beach and shops. Facilities around the house were good, large airy space. Uri the owner was very helpful and answered queries quickly

Be aware that there are extra charges for cleaning, electric and water. The electric charge was higher than we expected for a 10day stay. We paid an extra £750.00 for cleaning, water and electric. We were there in August i.e. the hottest time, so the airconditioning downstairs was on all day and the airconditioning in the bedrooms all night.

Gorgeous and spacious house, many amenities like pool and rooftop hot tub, excellent location.

The villa was in a wonderful location - very near the beach. It was also very spacious with impressive high ceilings. The pool was lovely and clean.

We were literally deceived by the owner into believing that there were six bedrroms and five bathrooms when in fact there were five bedrooms and four bathrooms. We only noticed there was problem a week before our arrival when we read the reviews. The owner offered a refund but by the time he did so, it was too late and we couldn't find an alternative. We had to make signifucant changes to our travel plans. In addition, the villa is badly in need of refurbishment. The doors/windows don't open easily, the a/c units drip and much of the furnishing is shabby. We also were shocked to find a used condom on the wall by the jacuzzi. Don't expect coffee or tea and be aware that you will be charged a lot of money for cleaning and electricity.

For 10 years we have spent many holidays in this lovely part of Israel staying in various properties and 5 stars hotels, some good, some not so good. This year we found Villa Anat and our search for the perfect place for our holiday is over. We will be returning for our next visit this year - what more can we say? The kitchen,, the bed rooms, the living room, garden and the pool, the air-condition system, The Jacuzzi on the roof of the house, the Herzelia Pituach beach near by(70m away) , the amenities, the tranquility altogether make it the ideal location to spend a relaxing holiday. Beautifully Designed by owners Uri and Anat nothing has been forgotten for the comfort and convenience of guests. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Anat, for us it is idyllic and it worth every dollar we spend!

Some places, the furniture need renovation.

The property is in an excellent location, right near the beach. The air conditioning for the living room and the master bedroom is quite acceptable.

In my opinion, the air-conditioning for three of the bedrooms on the first floor is quite inadequate. we arrived and the air-conditioning was off (which the owner admitted that he regretted) but he said that the rooms would cool down within 30 to 60 minutes. When I called him an hour later saying that the rooms were no cooler than they were an hour before, he came to the property and he insisted that the air-conditioning would only work if the doors were closed. I pointed out that is not a reasonable, limitation particularly since there are children going in and out. After two hours, the room was down from 30° to 28° and after a third hour it was down to 27°. In my opinion, that is not acceptable or reasonable in the hot August heat of Herzliya. The place was so hot that some of my party refused to stay there and they left to sleep somewhere else. I had no choice but to leave the property because it was unbearable in my opinion and in the opinion of my companions. There was also a huge leak in one of the bathrooms resulting in a huge puddle in that bathroom.

For a family of 9 adults, the layout of the villa was great. Very large living areas where we could all be together or grouped far enough to have private conversations/games etc while still feeling that everyone was there. Kitchen is very well appointed. We did a lot of cooking and the dining room table was more than large enough. Barbeque area could use some attention, but it worked well. The pool was clean, the rooms were large enough and well appinted. the linen was all bright-white.

Manque de standing : Vetusté de la maison. fenetres et porte fenetres en mauvais etat et donc difficiles a ouvrir, mobilier rustique, refrigerateur en mauvais etat, jaccuzi ancien. Piscine petite pour une maison de cette superficie et a nettoyer quotidiennement a cause du jardin mal entretenu. Manque une chambre et une salle de bain par rapport a l'annonce sur le site.

We had a great time staying here, Great location, everything is close by, the Herzelia beach, restaurants, shopping center. The house was clean and quiet and well worth the money. Would stay here again!

A really great deal, it is a beautiful villa with a pool and a nice hot tub on the roof! It is 2 minutes away from Herzliya Pituach beach, and also really close to a nice breakfast restaurant. The owneres are very nice and We have no hesitation in recommending the Villa , for us it is idyllic and it is worth every Dollar we spend!
