Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Прекрасный вариант, если вам нужно переночевать перед вылетом, либо после длительного перелёта в ожидании трансвера на остров. Другой причины остаться в Мале я не нахожу. В квартире есть все необходимое. Был даже чай, сахар и кофе. Кроме того нам предоставили бутылку питьевой воды.
В случае краткого пребывания никаких минусов нет.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026A clean, spacious hotel in a great location. The communication with the owner was excellent, and I received clear instructions on how to find the hotel. The owner also helped me arrange transportation to the airport, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this place! 🔥

Am nächsten morgen mussten wir auch noch feststellen das frischer Mäuse kot auf dem Sofa war das hat den Rest gegeben

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Its like your own home. Kitchen facilities and room facilities are good and value for money. There is a good beach & good spots in walking distance.
Its little inside from the main road so you have to carry your own luggage & walk. The owner gives you privacy by not bothering you but sometimes i felt like he is missing.

The owner used me to pay for his taxi and insisted it was because I would get overcharged if he didn’t come with me. This wasn’t true for the rest of my trip. I asked if we could split the fair, but he insisted I paid and didn’t make me aware of this until we’ve reached our destination. With his behaviour I would NOT advise female solo travellers to stay at his place. In the morning he was stood outside my door waiting for me to leave.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026This accommodation is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It has everything you would need : washing machine, fridge, toiletries, AC, smart tv, wifi. The host is very kind and responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is a wonderful base in Male. It is close to the airport and there are plenty of shops and restaurants steps away. Even the Jetties to catch boats to other islands is only a 15 minute walk.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Самое главное - это хозяин отеля Шихан. Сотни отелей у нас за спиной, но такого внимательного хозяина встретишь не часто. Помог решить все вопросы и ещё устроил на ночёвку нашу дочь с сыном. Комнаты просторные, бельё чистое, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, машинка стирает хорошо. Устроило всё.
Машина не доходит до дверей отеля, нужно пройти пешком метром 150.

He sent very clear self check in instructions as well as information on how to use a public bus to reach the accommodation from the airport. We appreciated perks such as coffee and sunscreen in the kitchen. We slept well because the room was quiet.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt in Shihans Apartment während meines Stop Overs in Malé. Das Apartment ist für eine Nacht ausreichend groß, das Bett gemütlich, es gibt eine Fernseher in dem man sich mit dem eigenen Netflix Account einloggen kann, sowie eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage & eine kleine Küche. Shihan ist ein außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als das Gas in der Küche leer war, hat er sofort eine schnelle Alternative organisiert. Darüber hinaus ist er extra bis zum Fähranleger geradelt, um mir bei Problemen mit meiner Fähre zu helfen und Informationen einzuholen – absolut nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen lieben Dank für die Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft!

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Extrem sauberes und geräumiges Appartment! Perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Bett super gemütlich, Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, sogar voll ausgestattete Küche. Außerdem super lieber und hilfsbereiter Inhaber, der super schnell antwortet und uns mit einem Freund von der jetty abgeholt und geholfen zur Unterkunft zu kommen, das gleiche auf dem Rückweg zur jetty am nächsten Tag, wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern! :)

V byte sa nachádza priestranná kuchyňa so všetkým, čo potrebujete, po príchode nás v byte čakali fľaše s pitnou vodou. Spálňa je útulná s pohodlnými posteľami. Všade bolo čisto, boli sme nadmieru spokojní.

La disponibilité , la gentillesse et la réactivité du propriétaire, son aide précieuse tôt le matin pour trouver un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport la nuit, son descriptif avec photos pour trouver le lieu. La cuisine est suffisamment équipée pour se faire à manger. Je recommande sans hésiter.
A part , la moitié du lit peu confortable mais qui est très bien pour une personne. Tout était très bien.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The apartment was well located in the heart of Male where we spent one night before flying to our resort. It was far more interesting staying in Male than at the airport end - we enjoyed wondering around and soaking up the culture. The fish markets were a highlight. Easy directions were provided by our host. It is fairly basic in its style but the apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host went out of his way to help us, getting up at 520am to take us from the apartment to the main road to order an early taxi to the airport. He also dropped my watch which I left behind to the airport so it could be sent to the resort. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.

También nos permitió dejar unos abrigos que llevábamos para luego recogerlos cuando volviéramos a Malé y no tener que cargar con ellos en las islas.

Muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, con ascensor, cocina americana y sala con mesa para comer, descansar con TV. Sólo estuvimos una noche, fue una gran experiencia. The host was very helpful and quickly guided us to shops and places where we could buy gifts and souvenirs. When the taxi driver wasn’t sure exactly where to drop us off, the host explained everything over the phone and even came to meet us on the main street, which made getting to the apartment very easy. The building itself is clean, and with the host living in the apartment next door, we felt an extra peace of mind.They also handled the taxi service excellently, calling one for us.We had an issue with the airport taxi driver regarding payment in dollars, which started to cause us some stress, but the host resolved everything quickly and efficiently.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025The place was neat and tidy and had working AC. It is not fancy, but we just had 1 day in Male till we caught a ferry so it was fine for us. The host generously allowed us to stay past check out time as we came very late the previous night. It's not too far from some shops, mosques, etc. Though it's a bit far from the ferry terminals.
The location felt unsafe at night and it was a bit hard to get bags from the small side street where it was situated back to the main street where the taxi drops you off. They also don't have free pickup as it's just a stay at a residential apartment.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025La habitación es perfecta para pasar una o dos noches en Male. Lo mejor de todo su propietario. El día de ida al aeropuerto diluviaba en Male. Ya habíamos hecho el checkout, pero al ver que llegamos mojados al apartamento para recoger las maletas que dejamos en su apartamento familiar, nos cedió de nuevo nuestra habitación para poder ducharnos y cambiarnos de ropa. Posteriormente nos solicitó un taxi y nos acompañó hasta el aeropuerto. Todo un detalle!! Gracias 😊
