Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, muy cerca del JFK. A 10 min en auto o si van en air traín, y no es un horario tarde, pueden ir caminando hasta al hotel. Está a 4 cuadras de la estación.

Supuestamente es libre d humo. Pero en todos los pasillos del hotel olor a humo d cigarrillo, menos en la habitación, sino me iba enseguida. Por otro lado, algunos recepcionistas, muy mala onda. Si no les gusta lo que hacen deberían buscar otro trabajo. Le dan mala imagen al hotel.

Está cerca de la estación del metro y del aeropuerto a pocos minutos.

There were no restaurants, cafés, or shops within walking distance.

Terrible customer service. I've asked for an invoice via booking.com messages more than a week ago and they didn't even respond. Tried to call and they let me hanging on the phone for almost 10 minutes.

Absolutely nothing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked a room at this hotel because we rented a car and they indicate they have a parking lot. The “parking lot” is for about 5 or 6 cars and people double park and block you in. The neighborhood is scary, not safe whatsoever. We have two young kids, one with asthma, and the people on our floor were smoking weed and cigarettes throughout our stay. There was sketchy activity and riffraff going on through our whole stay. We complained to the front desk about the smoking twice and tried to complain about screaming and door slamming one night at 12:30 am, but no one picked up the phone. The staff was pleasant and obviously did their best, but they could only do so much. I never leave negative reviews, but this was an awful experience.

Noisy, bad location, unpleasant smell even after they cleaned. It smelled like a home even after the cleaned. Towels were like sandpaper when you tried to dry off after a shower. The price was ridiculously high. Almost three hundred dollars for one night.

The area not the best and the hotel wasn't clean bad small on room and in 10 days stay never hovered. But price location it's ok if you want to save some money.

me gusto mucho la calidad del aseo y la atencion de la niña (colombiana) que hacia el aseo en la habitación, hace un excelente trabajo, me gusto mucho el servicio de cafe, la ubicacion estrategica del hotel con respecto a las estaciones del servicio de trenes, me gusto mucho el servicio de internet. y me gusto la disponiblidad del personal para proponer soluciones cuando se presento alguna situacion, por ultimo nos gusto los detalles (las cajas de regalos con productos de cominda) que nos debajan en la habitacion.

Low price and close to JFK AirTran

I honestly don’t think the bed sheet and towels were changed from the people who stayed before me. But after a 11 hour flight I just fell asleep in my airport clothes. Also the hotel is located in a very scary neighborhood. Homeless people, people smoking illegal substances on the streets, trash everywhere. Just be careful if you decide to stay here. I walked very quickly from the AirTrain to the hotel so I didn’t encounter any problems but I could see how things could go sideways in this neighborhood. Be careful!

TV and phone did not work in the hotel room , also coffee maker wasn't working, no soap on shower dispenser (it was empty) when arrivin to hotel nobody on front desk and we waited 45 min. before the manager arrived also 4 other quest arrived meanwhile to get the room.

El asensor no funcionaba, tuvimos problemas de no tener agua caliente. Contacte el servicio cliente antes me dijeron que no habia problema de agua caliente y que estaban solucionando lo del asensor y no fue asi estuve 10 dias sin poder cancelar mi reserva y marchar antes

Dobra cena, blisko lotniska JFK I stacji Jamaica. Wygodne łóżka i przestronne pokoje. Jest szyszarka do włosów, zelazko, mikrofalówka i zestaw do kawy i herbaty.

Nieszczelne drzwi i okna. Słychać hałasy z zewnątrz. Pojemniki na mydło do rąk i żel do mycia powinny być wymienione na nowe, bo nie działają

Well, I was told there would be parking available for our 18 foot trailer, there definitely was not, parking was actually very difficult, which is expected in the city but I did ask ahead of time. The bathroom sink faucet was broken, the shower was not clean and still had soap spilled in it. I found fake eyelashes in my bed, only 1 outlet in our room worked, the bathroom floor was glowing in some spots? Which I found odd 🤣 but over all it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed. It got the job done.

Hello, I had a very serious issue during my stay at this hotel. When I returned to my room, my luggage was missing. After contacting reception, I was informed that my belongings had been removed and were in a storage room, mixed with other items, inside trash bags, with shoes mixed with food. This situation is completely unacceptable and constitutes a serious failure in terms of security, hygiene, and the handling of guests’ personal belongings. I am requesting: - A full refund for my stay - Additional compensation for the distress caused and for the negligent handling of my belongings I have photos that clearly document the situation. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency.

1. The front desk gentleman was nice. He was able to tell me of an alternative with faster internet in walking distance. 2. Free coffee near front desk.

1. high speed internet was advertised and confirmed with phone call to front desk but download speed was around 9 and upload speed 8. I am a digital nomad and had to check out a day early since I could not do my work. 2. elevator was not working. I tore my biceps muscle in my dominant right arm 6 weeks earlier. I had to carry my suitcase with my left arm to the 3rd floor and then down again in the morning. 3. very noisy outside hotel. 4. staircase smelled of weed. I know since elevator was not working. 5. I asked for refund 10 minutes after checking in since internet was not acceptable. I was told I had to pay for the first night but the second would be refunded. 6. Still waiting for the refund of my 2nd night 7 days after checking out.
