Actually we are loking for same floor becouse im take 3 apartments but we get it different floors... Only that is we are abit complicated for cominication becouse we bring senior citizens together...and when we boking time i saw the BBQ facilities but when we request mention need to pay and also very difficult to get... So that nite we planning for BBQ are unable to proceed...the things all we bringing together.....

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026I am from Pahang itself and well-versed in Kuantan, so most of the places I know and visit frequently are especially seafood restaurants and Teluk Cempedak lepak sessions with friends and family. The host also shares places to visit and place to taste food.
1. I suppose to check out on time. Due to uncertain circumstances, I have to extend the hours, which the host agrees with, allowing me to check out at 1230 hrs, and at the same time, the host mentioned after that there will be a charge of RM30 per hour. The host requested to pay 1st before extending, and I paid RM90 (technically 1230 hrs - 1530 hrs). After payment, the host mentioned there are guests to check in at 1500hrs and requested us to check out by 1400 hrs, which we did at 1400 hrs sharp (we passed the house key to the housekeeping team's Malay lady), and I texted the host for a refund, which technically the host was supposed to charge me between 1230 hrs and 1400 hrs. To this day, there has been no refund and response from the host. 2. There is a leak on the ceiling in the shower room, and water drips during the shower. 3. There is sofa (near to window) which was broken and not replaced and quite dangerous if people sit on it without realising.

Everything else. It’s dusty, stained pillowcases/sheets & towels, lousy pillows, bed & mattresses. Dropped curtains. Bad layout and low quality furnitures.

None. But maybe some maintaning and upgrading could be made to keep the interior updated.
