Being waiting for lift quite long. After 30mins waiting, decide walk from 33A to G. Then proceed to walk from G to B3.

The lift is slow, need to wait for a long time, during peak hours check-in and check-out time. The WiFi and line here is not so good, very hard to make phone calls and working

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025Place was very new and super clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Bedroom slippers were provided. Shower was ok with hot water. Kitchen amenities were basic but sufficient for our needs. Wifi available. There was an Atari set but we did not use so can't comment. Parking was free and ample.
Would have been better if there was a shower screen to prevent splashing the rest of the bathroom during shower. Lifts can take a long time to come as the density of the building is quite high. Some guests went into the pool without proper swimming attire, e.g. t-shirts and shorts.

The room is clean and Nicholas the person that i deal with a very nice person and easy to communicate and giving me all the information needed and very helpful as well.

Poor management of the lift. We had to wait almost an hour, and in the end, a bunch of people (including pregnant women) ended up using the staircase from level 34 to get to the parking basement. Kindly inform to the management regarding this.
