Good location

Neigbour (permanent resident) very noisy - every evening till very late. No extra clean linen, no towl exchange, no house keeping, no rubbish disposal available- bins overflowed inside unit once full, and no outside bin options available. No remote left for aircon, and when I inquired, owner told me it had to be regassed. When I told her I had a medical condition and only booked because an aircon was advertised, she brought the remote - and it worked, so she was lying. She left 42 units on the prepaid electricity meter for the 4 nights we were booked, but then loaded more when she brought the remote - informing me that if it runs out I must pay and top up it myself. So it seems she took the aircon remote to save herself money.

Noise, there was construction side close by, however, I was informed beforehand. Not sure where to put the waste. Towels were not changed and we stayed for 4 days.

Well situated, equiped with everything you may need. Spacious and tidy.

The unit is a great option for anybody needing accommodation in Paarl. It's very well located near coffee shops, restaurants and retail stores. Michelle is an excellent host and communicated really well with us.

Light sleepers could struggle as there is a pedestrian crossing with a beeping noise near by. It kept me up, but my wife didn't notice it.

Location, and the facilities, very clean.

Not a big deal but parking on the street was a lil bit inconvenient. Although safe still feel that we could have parked on the side of the building as there is a space for cars.

Well equipped studio with everything you need for a stay. Easy to access shops and attractions nearby and Michelle was always available if I needed anything.

My husband communicated via whats app. We checked in & the instruction were clear. We relaxed for an hr. Showed and left for our event.

Outside parking was off putting & nowhere was that stipulated in the small print or upfront from the owner Michelle. We ended not staying the night. There were bugs & coachroaches. We have pics.

The Location was excellent. Michelle was friendly, and responsive. The apartments has most items you need and what is missing Michelle was eager to provide. Security was good and the A/C was appreciated on hot days. Also, the water pressure was great!

The bed was a bit hard for my preference. Pots were minimal, but Michelle brought what was missing when asked. The front door insulation isn't so great, so you can hear people walking or talking.

Location is great. Host is great. Easy access & check-in. Property was perfect for what we needed (overnight accommodation).

Not enough towels. Aircon may need a service. Street parking, although we were aware of this, it is noted in the description and does not take away from our experience.

More than exceptional and I will definitely book again. The owner is such a beautiful and wonderful lady.

The kitchen is fully equipped but I just wish she could get one bigger pot for cooking. Other than that, everything was perfect

Loved this intimate cozy space! Calm atmosphere in this place. Would recommend!

Struggled to set up NETFLIX..gave up eventually!

Super friendly and helpful host, great location, comfortable stay.

The internet speed and the fact that the router was close by. As someone who does remote work that is what matters most to me though this trip was not work related I appreciated that. Also the fact that it’s safe and close to restaurants and convenient stores.

So clean and neat and everything from cotton buds to cornflakes provided. Late check in no problem and not rushed out on check out. Will definitely be back now that my daughter is based in Paarl and this is where I will stay. Thank you Michelle

Not having access to empty parking lot off street but was not a biggie. Gautengers like their safe parking..... for obvious reasons but all was fine with street parking

It is near coffee shops and grocery store. It has enough space and is equipped with everything needed.

I'm came here as a couple for two days to rest 😴 The noise of construction on the above floors was disturbing and also overwhelming, we couldn't sleep late as they start past 8am in the morning and so it goes the day. No mention of this construction, absolutely bad 😒

The room was nicely decorated and everything you need is there, I liked the bottles with shower gel, lotion ect.

The warm water pressure in the shower was very low.

It was loud at times in the area. I feel its a bit pricey for the size.

The location is central to everything. A nice 3-minute walking distance from checkers and other few shops. The apartment is cute and cosy for a couple. Would recommend!!

there was only 1 bedside lamp. bedside tables are very low. no hand towel, only bath towels. had to ask for toilet paper. Freezer needed defrosting so no room to put anything in the freezer.

Easy to find. Close to lovely coffeeshops, Checkers, Toringkerk and La Rochelle Girls High School. Secure, all that you would need for an overnight stop, clean. Thanks Michelle for your friendliness and hospitality. We will book again and recommend to others.

Loved the fully equipped kitchen and the location. It was walking distance from shops and restaurants.
