It was very convenient to the Aran Island ferry

The property is tired and needs some TLC It is a lively local Pub so quite nosey the bar closed at midnight . We had an issue as far as breakfast ,no one turned up and we needed to get off for our ferry. It appears the chef went sick but know one told us we called in at the end of the day on our return from Aran and were given a cash refund for the missed breakfast .

La habitación era espaciosa y tranquila. El desayuno está muy bueno y es el típico irlandés y te proponen varios... El personal es muy amable y atento Es un lugar tranquilo y el ferry para visitar las islas está al lado.

Lovely B&B! Excellent breakfast - good options and cooked well, very comfortable beds, plenty of space in our 3 bed room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, gave good directions for getting around the local area. Also spoke lovely Gaeilge which was a treat to hear. Plenty of parking available at front. Note that food is available until 2pm so plan accordingly. GMMA!

To spend one night, this bed and breakfast is fair enough, specially if you are taking the ferry to Aran islands the morning after, but there is nothing to do or see, really.The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is really good.

The location: nothing interesting around and quite noisy, especially because the b & b is located above the pub of the same owners. Therefore I had shouting and laughter from the customers until 1.30 am just below my window . The bathroom needs a renovation, too

Bagno troppo spartano e non hanno a disposizione un asciugacapelli. Il pub poco movimentato in settimana. Il prezzo lo.reputo troppo alto per i servizi offerti.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ βολική για τη διαδρομή που ακολοθούσαμε. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί μπαρ. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, αν και είχαν και τους πελάτες του μπαρ να εξυπηρετήσουν. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ευρύχωρα, αλλά παλιά.

Les chambres sont situées au dessus d’un pub qui fait boîte de nuit le week-end. Il n’est donc pas possible de dormir avant 3 h du matin. D’autre part, la salle de bains est dans son jus et sale. La porte ne ferme pas et pour avoir l’eau à la douche, il faut une force surhumaine. Les chambres n’ont pas été refaites entre les deux nuits. Le petit déjeuner annoncé à 8 h 30 n’était pas prêt . Il ne faut donc pas prévoir une heure de départ pour les visites. Il n’y a pas de possibilité de restauration à 25 km à la ronde.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La chambre que nous avons eu était spacieuse. Nous avons bien dormi. La région est vraiment superbe.

Seul petit bémol étant le fait de devoir faire plusieurs bornes pour trouver un endroit où manger le soir (mais la présence d'une supérette pas loin dépanne bien quand même)

Like the barman who did food for us even though they had finished serving food.

A cold breakfast was promised to us as we were checking out early. Sadly it did not materialise and we had to check out without any food. Very disappointing service for the overpriced rate for our 2 rooms. Despite a complaint, nothing was heard back from either the property or Booking.com about the lack of breakfast.

The staff were excellent, particularly Rachel who organised taxis and restaurants for us.

The room was musty, stark and tired. The bathroom was old with stained grout and cracked walls. There were very few facilities like hair driers, decent coffee/tea making or closed wardrobes. Very poor/no internet. The place needs serious upgrades. It was expensive considering the low standard of accommodation. It advertised as having meals all day but it only did breakfast.

Young girl, receptionist/cook (sorry I did not get her name) was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us advice on Islands and where we could eat locally. Breakfast was fine. Also accommodation was near ferry to Aran Islands and we could leave our car there and walk to ferry. Loads of room in car park.

We mistakenly thought there was a restaurant there but just a cafe in morning and until 5pm at weekends. Bar prices were high. No hairdryer in room.

Stayed overnight before heading to Inis Mor for a few days, lovely bar & staff, food was over when we arrived & rain was bucketing down, so they organised for a takeaway to be delivered, very kind. Nice bar with pool table and many locals, double bed a bit on the small side so the husband moved over to the single bed 🤷 duvet was so soft and cuddly I literally didn't want to get out of bed, lovely made to order breakfast, huge pot of tea too, highly recommend 😀 😊

Perfect location for our needs, the staff were really helpful. We had a huge family room with comfy beds. And a hearty full Irish breakfast the following morning (there were other options available).

The waitress/front of house could not have been nicer or more friendly! Also, breakfast was great, with plenty of options and the portion sizes were huge. The b&b is only a 5 minute walk from the ferry over the the Aran Islands. It's an excellent location.

La struttura è molto vecchia le camere e il bagno nonostante siano puliti e ordinati hanno i vetri sporchi e rotti e nel complesso risulta tutto molto trascurato.

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Restaurant in der Unterkunft hat geschlossen, in der Unterkunft gab's kein Essen. Nächstes Restaurant ca 10km entfernt.

The manager was absolutely outstanding. Located close to ferry which was great. NOTE no dinner served here, breakfast was very good. Nice large room.

Beds a little old

Rachel greeted us when we arrived, she is so sweet and helpful. We stayed here because we were close to the ferries for the Aran Islands, it was a good choice. The room was a good size and it was clean. We had a full Irish breakfast which was very good before we left. We would recommend staying here.

Das Familienzimmer lag im Obergeschoss der Bar/Pubs. Es war sehr geräumig und top sauber, genauso wie das kleine Bad. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, aber ACHTUNG! bei dem Wunsch, vor Schließung des Pubs zu schlafen, helfen Ohrstöpsel ungemein. Oder noch ein Guinness trinken und bis zum Schluss bleiben 😉. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab sogar eine Frühstückskarte! Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Abschied fast herzlich. Klare Empfehlung - unbedingt dort einchecken, wenn man in der Nähe ist.

Das Bad könnte etwas größer ausfallen und Handtuchhaken wären hilfreich.
