Great location, very close to the beach and right on the main road, so everything is within walking distance. The chalet was clean and well maintained, with a nice setup including power and stable WiFi (even during a power cut). I also really appreciated the small thoughtful touches like the filtered drinking water provided and the foot bath for when you come back from the beach.

The rules felt quite strict, with many signs about checkout times (10:30) which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. There were no food options available, and overall the place was very quiet, which may not suit everyone.

Close to beach and right on main strip. The plants around the place were beautiful and it was clearly well looked after. Was perfect for a one night stay. Clean comfortable and considered place

The sliding window was easily opened from outdoors so made having key/padlock to door fairly useless. I hadn't realised window was open before I'd arrived so carefully locked up but might as well of not bothered.

Excellent place. The room was very pleasant and clean; almost home like. The entire hotel space was also very pleasant - very green and had sand which felt nice. It was also convenient that they offered laundry service in house. The beach was just 1-min walk away. It was also good to be able to park my scooter within the property itself. I wanted to extend my stay by two days and the hosts did that easily for me. Will stay again.

The one negative was the WiFi speed - it was quite slow. But other than that I had a great time.

The family run business was so helpful and any problems that came up they were so helpful. The cleanliness was fantastic, came every other day to clean and change sheets. Garden was really pretty. Wonderful waking up to the trees and the birds.

The sound carried from the chalet a bit.

Lovely little cottages, clean, and peaceful location. A great base for a short stay in Agonda. Filtered water was also a bonus!

La struttura è molto graziosa, le camere sono pulite e spaziose, il giardino è ben tenuto. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia in posizione tranquilla. Decisamente consigliato

It was a very quiet and peaceful location. We felt like it was a little oasis of calm. The staff were very helpful, always on hand to assist us with anything we needed.

Nothing, it was good value for money and we prolonged our stay as we enjoyed it so much.

We had a comfortable stay at Abbas Glory Land. Room was clean and well located just a few steps from the beach and good restaurants. Totally recommended

Abba's Glory Land is gorgeous! Lovely staff and fab location. Unfortunately we were ill during our stay but the room was a very comfortable place to recover.

We had a wonderful stay at Abbas Glory Land, and what truly made it special was the care and support we received throughout our stay. Our daughter fell sick with diarrhea during the trip, and the way the hosts helped us was beyond expectations. They arranged home-cooked food specially for our baby, exactly as per the doctor’s advice. This kind of care is very rare, and it meant a lot to us as parents. 🙏 Fabian was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Whatever we asked for was provided promptly and with a smile. The hospitality felt very personal and genuine. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely come back!

The accommodation is beautiful and well cared for. Fabian and his beautiful family are legends. They are super helpful and respectful and Fabian really backs you if there is a problem. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful cabins, 2 min walk to the beach. Very clean with aircon and the most accomodating and friendly staff. One of the best places we stayed on our whole 2 month trip!

Das Chalet ist supersauber, wohl hellhörig und etwas dunkel. Es gab ein Luxus Moskitonetz, eine eigene Terrasse und gutes WiFi. Das Bad blieb nach dem Duschen oder Reinigen lange nass, weil es kein Fenster, nur einen Ventilator gab. Sehr nachhaltig ist der Wasserfilter, an dem sich jeder Gast Trinkwasser zapfen kann und so Unmengen an Plastikflaschen spart. Die Besitzer sind sehr informativ.

Ideal wäre ein festes Moskitonetz vor dem großen Fenster, um es nachts "sicher" zu öffnen.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Fabian, the host, is very chill and helpful. The beach is just across the road, a 30 second walk away.

Nice and budget friendly place to stay at Agonda. All the staffs were warm and friendly. The owner Fabian and his mother are always helpful when any help or information needed. I extended my stay for another two nights 😄

The owners were extremely helpful when it came to help organising my onward travel. And when the a/c in my room stopped working, the problem was solved quickly and I could move to another available room. Very friendly and welcoming family who care about their guests!

Near to the beach, Fabian is the perfect host, was very helpful. We stayed two nights in one hut, to enjoy the Agonda Life and atmosphere !

Everything was perfect

The chalets are cool, drinking water is available there, clean rooms and nice sitting area. Beautiful and quiet area in general. 1 minutes from the beach, heaps of options for food around and markets close by. Staff were friendly.

The beds were a little hard for my liking, the time of year as well it’s really hot in Goa which made the room a bit of a hot box with only the fan.

Regret to say the towels smelled horrible. They wanted payment in cash only. This is a common practice in India....l felt like l was colluding with tax evasion practices. Not good for the country already crippled with corruption in its veins

(+) Extremely clean, comfortable bed, great shower with solar hot water and for a simple hotel they did a good work with the garden and the bungalow. We stayed in a non-AC room which was fine with the fan only. It’s located in the north side of the beach, quieter and 10 minutes walking to most of the restaurants. The price was very good, 1400 rupees/couple/night, which was 5 times cheaper than the nice resort just in front (beach front). The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach and it does not have restaurant, which can be a positive point if you’re looking for calm and to avoid noises from the dogs in the beach and customer in restaurants. (-) it would be nice to have a 2nd side table near to the plugs connection. I know it’s a luxury but a small fridge would be very helpful specially in a tropical place like Agonda. If you’re looking for a good value for money, I totally recommend this place.

I liked the unique style huts in a private area. Even the Non A/C hut was comfortable with the fan. Fabian and family were welcoming and helpful.

Had a very pleasent stay at Fabian's Abbas Glory Land huts. The place is located very close to the beach and has the right commodities to spend two or three nights in lovely and quiet Agonda beach. I would return next week if I could 🙂

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped room with easy access to the beach. All staff were very helpful

Intermittent WiFi - mainly down to local power issues. We were slightly unlucky as the next door villa had renovation works during our stay which were quite noisy. These works were virtually completed as we were departing. Of course this was outside the control of our hosts.

The owners are very nice and the place is pretty spotless

The bed was one of the hardest yet and it also sounded like it was about to break every time you moved. The mosquitos in the bathroom as they can come and go as they please. The price was too high for the lack of comfort in my eyes.

It was very cute.. & compact.. Clean & bed was comfortable The entire complex was creatively designed.. felt safe & very friendly.. The owner was very chilled. & a very good & caring host..

Everything as expected, superior chalet had amazing white crisp cotton sheets and a duvet! Very clean bathroom. Loved it! Lovely location in a garden setting which was beautiful. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, plenty of Tuc Tucs if you wanted to go further. Can recommend Romsy's Ram G's bakery for breakfast and nice coffee and cakes. Will definitely recommend and would return. Agonda is a little gem of a resort.

Peaceful and silent place. It is a 1 minute walk from Agonda beach. The serene gardens, the cleanliness and the comfortable rooms are a highlight. Abba's Glory Land is amazing value for your money.

A little bit out of centre of Agonda but shop very close for essentials. A very busy road, lots of cars and scooters, but easy access to beach which was a bonus.

As it was just off the beach it was really quiet. We had a room in the brick built building which meant it was very cool in the afternoon. The room was extremely clean and the gardens were lovely.

The bed was quite hard, so could do with a topper.

Really nice family-run place. The garden is very green, the big tree in the middle of the garden is absolutely wonderful. Check-in and check-out was handled really well which made our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We also were able to take a shower after we checked out, this was great so we could enjoy the sea and sand but still be fresh for our flight home. We definitely want to stay here again. Brilliant place, thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

Perfect location and a great little hut with everything I needed. Felt cosy and safe. Particularly appreciated the bowl of water for foot washing which meant I didn’t get sand all over the floor!
