Goedemorgen Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Een zeer prettige sfeer en rust. En prachtige accommodatie die aan alles voldeed. Veilige wijk en prettige dames die hier werkzaam zijn.

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce riad à Marrakech. Le Dar JuMa offre un cadre à la fois calme, élégant et très bien entretenu. Les appartements sont spacieux, lumineux et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine chauffée et le spa avec massages sont un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée dans la médina. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et de qualité. Le riad est situé dans le quartier de la Menara, pratique et agréable, à quelques minutes en taxi des principales attractions tout en étant au calme. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : Julien et son équipe sont disponibles, attentionnés et très professionnels. Une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Marrakech, que ce soit en couple ou en famille. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Man entgeht dem Trubel. Sehr komfortabel, optimaler Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit. Sehr gut Kommunikation über WhatsApp.

Man muss sich an die harten Matratzen gewöhnen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts negatives.

L'arrivée au riad s'est très bien passée. On peut arriver en autonome ou en contact avec le personnel. Nous avons pu être accueillis. L'appartement est vaste, il contient un très grand salon, 2 grandes chambres dont une avec une douche, chaque chambre disposant d'un grand lit. Il y a une douche en plus, et une pièce avec un jacuzzi privatif. La toilette est séparée de la douche. Et il y a une cuisine avec réfrigérateur. Le personnel est très aimable, à l'écoute. On se sent bien. On a le choix entre petit-déjeuner marocain ou occidental. La qualité et la quantité sont très bonnes. Nos enfants ont bien profité de la piscine qui est vraiment chauffée. La température était très bonne. Des serviettes de bain sont mises à disposition. Les chambres sont refaites tous les jours donc quand on rentre, tout est propre. C'est très appréciable. Ça n'est plus toujours le cas dans l'hôtellerie de nos jours. En bref, pour un séjour détente à Marrakech pour un budget correct, on recommande !

Il y avait du gel douche mais pas de shampoing pour les cheveux, mais ça n'est pas très grave.

Il Riad è in stile marocchino ma moderno, molto pulito e il personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Si trova in una zona periferica che abbiamo apprezzato perchè comoda da raggiungere per le escursioni e fuori dal supercaos della medina. La nostra stanza era in realtà un appartamento con 3 camere da letto con letti alla francese, 2 vani doccia con lavandino e 1 vano wc separato. Avevamo un'ampia zona soggiorno e la zona cucina con frigorifero, lavandino e una piastra a induzione utilissima per le serate in cui eravamo stanchi per uscire a mangiare fuori. I letti erano comodi e la piscina un vero bijoux. Per noi è un 10 pieno.

Très bel établissement avec un personnel au petit soin. Logement très spacieux, propre. Un peu à l'égard du centre de Marrakech donc nécessité de prendre un taxi pour aller dans le centre

Prachtig penthouse, heel ruim, mooi ingericht, schoon, alles nieuw. Fijn dat elke slaapkamer een douche en wastafel had. Heerlijk dakterras met jacuzzi, gelegenheid om te zonnen en te loungen. Massage geboekt en dat was echt heel fijn. Elke dag keuze uit continental ontbijt of Marrokaans ontbijt. Hele aardige eigenaar die via de app vinger aan de pols hield of alles goed ging en regelde alles wat we wilden. Dames in huis ook super vriendelijk en elke dag schoonmaak

Klein minpuntje: wij vonden de bedden wat hard maar dat kan een kwestie van voorkeur zijn. Verder is de locatie wat afgelegen in een wat rommelige buurt. We hadden echter wel ingeschat dat we taxi's zouden nemen naar de oude stad/medina en dat ging prima (kost ongeveer 3 tot 5 euro per ritje en duurt ongeveer 10 min). Taxi's zijn makkelijk te krijgen en rijden veelvuldig voorbij. Wij vonden het juist wel fijn om aan de drukte van het centrum te ontsnappen en de luxe van het huis was het meer dan waard.

Personeel en uitbater zijn enorm gastvrij en je vult u hier enorm welkom.

Un petit écrin dans un quartier calme ,magasins et restaurants à deux pas pour tout le nécessaire .facile de trouver un taxi pour se déplacer. L'hivernage et quartier Guelliz facile à faire à pied. Les appartements sont très propres, de très bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner à choisir entre deux formules. Jacuzzi pour vous reposer d'une journée de marche et piscine chauffée un vrai luxe en avril. Julien est à l'écoute et les gouvernantes aux petits soins.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. L'emplacement est idéal, bien situé pour explorer le quartier à pied. L'établissement est propre et bien entretenu, le personnel est souriant et attentionné. On apprécie également le calme, on se sent vraiment au repos.

Spacieux, calme, le roof top terrasse est un vrai plus avec le jacuzzi. Propre, linge de lits, de toilettes, de jacuzzi et même un peignoir en sus. Possibilité de faire des massages sur place : ce fut parfait! Piscine chauffée en rdc un vrai luxe en mars. Personnel accueillant et Julien est toujours disponible et réactif pour chacune de nos demandes. Je recommande vivement.

La camera è bellissima ampia spaziosa e pulita. Le governanti sono molto disponibili e gentili per qualsiasi cosa. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati due notti e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und hat uns total gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben einmal dort gegessen - das war sehr lecker! Den Wäscheservice haben wir auch einmal in Anspruch genommen - hat super geklappt. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (Sackgasse). Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Dinge zum Essen....die Restaurants haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und man ist mit dem Bus in ungefähr 20 Minuten in der Medina. Über Google Maps kann man die Busse sehr gut "erfahren" und auch die Haltestellen, die nicht immer erkennbar sind. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sicher gefühlt. Bei Problemen würde uns zeitnah und komplikationslos geholfen. Daher die Bewertung 10+!!!!

The room is in a basement with very little natural light and it was very cold. The bed is uncomfortable. There is no door to the bathroom. The room is across from the spa and right next to the common area/where they serve breakfast, so there is a lot of traffic back and forth. The wifi was not very good.

Suer séjour dans cet établissement, le propriétaire a fait de votre séjour un souvenir inoubliable. Une attention en chambre pour notre anniversaire de rencontre avec ma femme. Très disponible et à l’écoute de ses clients. Les gouvernantes gentilles discrète et accueillante elles sont disponible au besoin. Appartement is erg ruim, schoon en leuk ingericht. Goede bedden, ruime douches. Ontbijt keuze uit continentaal of marokkaans. Personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Kortom een prima plek om te verblijven om vanuit daar Marrakesh te bezoeken.

The villa was a really nice stay for us. The housekeeping were so nice and always helped us when we had a question. The apartment was very clean and well kept, we had a great stay and felt comfortable and at home. Location is also good it’s close to a very nice coffee shop and dry cleaning also close to many attractions. I would highly recommend you book Dar Juma for you stay

Super riad, avec grand apparement spacieux, situé à proximité de la médina (nous prenions le taxi car avec des des enfants mais éventuellement possible à pieds). L'accueil est très chaleureux et serviable. Le jacuzzi dans l'appartement est un plus non négligeable pour les fins de journée après avoir découvert Marrakech et les environs.

Les gouvernants font preuve de professionnalisme, ce qui le distingue des hôtels. Les recommandations et la disponibilité de Julien m'ont été d'une grande utilité. Cela m'a permis de profiter pleinement de la beauté de Marrakech. Chez Dar Juma, je n'étais pas uniquement une cliente, je faisais partie d'une grande famille. Estivemos 5 dias neste lindo e confortável Riad. É amplo e muito limpo, num bairro seguro e silencioso. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, a 10 minutos do aeroporto e a 10-15 minutos das principais atrações de Marrakech. O responsável pelo Riad, Sr. Julien foi 5 estrelas, muito atencioso e sempre presente quando precisamos e as funcionárias muito atenciosas e sempre prontas a ajudar, foram muito simpáticas connosco e com as nossas crianças. Só tenho a agradecer por tudo o que fizeram por nós. Foi uma estadia excelente.

L emplacement en retrait du centre ville qui apporte le calme après une journée dans la médina et ses alentours. Le logement est top, l’appartement est très spacieux, confortable, propre, lumineux, et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire nous a même accordé une petite faveur à la fin de notre séjour. Très gentil de sa part, merci !!! Et que dire des deux dames qui gèrent l établissement. Elle sont formidable. Au petit soin. 👍 Un excellent séjour... A relouer si retour a Marrakech, c est sûr...

We booked this riad last minute after a very disappointing first night elsewhere, and it completely transformed our trip. From the moment I made the booking, communication was prompt and welcoming, and the staff kindly accommodated our early arrival. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful – spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and full of Moroccan charm. We were given the penthouse apartment, which was spacious and luxurious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely living area, a small kitchen, and a private outdoor terrace with a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a large seating area. It was a peaceful paradise in the middle of Marrakech. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived, everything was immaculate, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were modern, with great showers, and every detail felt carefully thought through. Breakfast was lovely — fresh pastries, juice, and coffee served in a beautifully decorated dining room. There’s also a small communal pool which looked very inviting, although we didn’t have time to use it. The staff truly went above and beyond. They were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful — even assisting me with printing my boarding pass when my phone wasn’t working. Their kindness really stood out. The location was excellent, in a safe and pleasant area with small cafés and supermarkets nearby. As two women travelling alone, we felt completely comfortable and secure here. After a long day exploring Marrakech in the heat, coming back to this riad felt like coming home. It genuinely saved our holiday — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Its far from the medina, about 40 dinar for a taxi during the day and 100 dinar at night. You can't really walk it. Only 2 mugs in the kitchen.

The Moroccan breakfast was wonderful! I felt like I had a taste of authentic Morocco.

Nothing major — the experience for guests would be even better if you provided towels that were softer and not quite as rough. Additionally, provide a few hand towels in the kitchen area, this would be helpful.

Logement situé à environ 10 mns de la place Jemma el Fna en voiture, pour profiter de l’ambiance de la ville sans les nuisances. Un séjour au calme, avec toutes les commodités a moins de 200 mètres ( restaurants, supérette, banque, soins, station de taxis). Proximité du jardin de la Menara. Logement particulièrement propre avec une petite piscine, des prestations hôtelières assurées par une équipe employées efficaces , serviables et très discrètes. Possibilité d’avoir ses repas ou de bénéficier de soins spa etc à domicile.

Wij hebben het zo naar ons zin gehad hier. Het is er schoon, mooi en je vindt je rust. Ik voelde me welkom en niets was te veel. Ze hebben aandacht voor details. Met mijn verjaardag werd ik nog eens goed verrast en kreeg ik een mooi cadeau. We voelde ons op ons gemak en konden volledig ontspannen, wat wij niet overal hebben. Je komt tot rust alsof je elke keer thuiskomt. Dat heb je wel nodig in het drukke bruisende Marrakesh. Zeker een aanrader en de moeite waard. Als we er weer zijn dan boeken we dit weer. Mooie ervaring.

This place was a very nice place to stay in Marrakech. The house with three bedrooms is huge, very comfortable and has all the commodities you may need. If you don't mind paying a few euros to go everyday to the Medina and negotiate price with taxis everyday, this is the place. Being away from all the Medina carnaval at night and coming to this peaceful place was the best thing we could have after a full day in Marrakech. Julien was very nice and responsive when I asked for informations and the ladies working there were very nice and respectful. The house was amazingly cleaned everyday. There are supermarkets and fruit stores very close by. Everyone was very polite and nice. We have searched for restaurants in the block and there's quite a few. There's a restaurant with breakfasts 1 min from the house, very close by called BabaJus and we were delighted to have this place nearby. We had a very nice time in Marrakech and I think this place definitely contributed to that.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every single team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and had everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the incredible team. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday getaway!

Amazing stay, Amazinf staff, nothing went wrong, was a lovely and clean apartment!

The breakfast was delicious, and the whole place was very calm and peaceful. Loved how much space we had in the apartment and the jacuzzi was an unusual but very pleasant feature.

The neighbourhood is just a bit too far out from the centre and there is little to do locally, which meant always needing to get in a cab. the bedrooms could benefit from bedside lamps.

The size

Everyone at the property were great. Despite the language barrier, we communicated perfectly and it was really safe.

The swimming pool could have been heated hotter.

Julien the host was amazing and understanding. The staff Haeeka, Amina and the 3rd lady were amazing and the best. I will definitely book this riad again. They helped me with my baby, very nice ladies. Thank you all so much.

First of all, the staff is very nice and helpful. Especially the host, Julien, was very responsive and helped us with all requests we had. When you enter the premises, one of the first thing you notice is the nice smell of the accommodation, as they use diffusers throughout the hallway, which is a pleasant entry. We booked the penthouse, which was very clean and tidy. It gives a peaceful vibe and the room is very big (2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, a living area, small kitchen and a seperate toilet. The most important area however is the terrace; it's big and comfortable and of course, there's a private jacuzzi for max. 4 persons available. We ordered breakfast once (as we wanted to experience local food outdoors as much as possible) and that was good, especially for the price. It was fresh and tasted good. I'd like to thank the host, Julien, in particular, as you won't find such a helpful and nice host like him. We've been to a lot of places throughout the world and Julien is definitely in the top 10 of excellent hosts. Concerning the location of Dar JuMa, you can easily go to various destinations in Marrakesh easily. We've walked a lot and it's a safe area. On the other hand, you can order transportation easily to bring you to the Medina within 10 minutes. Lastly, if you want a good retreat in Marrakesh, don't go to Dar JuMa, go here for the best experience!

There is nothing that did not meet our expectations

The accommodation was clean, and very well maintained. Nice courtyard and well appointed rooms. The host was very friendly, with good communication via Whatsapp before my stay to answer any questions. I felt uneasy leaving a 150 Euro security deposit, but after some research, realised that this is common in Morocco. It was returned safely at the end of my stay. We had a late night flight, and the host very kindly let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which was very much appreciated. The hotel is about 10 - 15 minutes by taxi from central Marrakesh depending on where you are going, which I personally liked. The centre of the city can be very loud and hectic, so for a few pounds in a taxi, it was nice to get away from that.

Its a shame that breakfast is not included, as it is often included in other hotels in the area. We did have breakfast on the first day, but there was a cafe not far from the hotel, that offered much better value for money. In the room we stayed in there is no door on the bathroom, which made it a little awkward when using the toilet facilities with others in the adjoining room. I could have seen that from the pictures before I stayed, but didn't make the mental connection unfortunately. There were a couple of days that we ran out of toilet paper - it could be helpful for cleaning staff to leave more than one roll. Taxi drivers found it hard to locate this address using google maps, so we needed to direct them to Babajus the local cafe instead so that they could find us.

As a small family this was a great base for a couple of days. It was fantastic to have so much space. The terrace was perfect, it got the sun all day and the hot tub was great fun. The pool was freezing (it was January!) but the kids still went in every day! The staff were friendly and helpful and the host was easy to contact and replied straight away if we needed him. We had breakfast and ordered dinner made by the housekeepers every day and loved it. It was great to have all the kitchen facilities too.

For us, the location was a little far out (obviously my choice for booking) We didn’t have a car and we love to walk. There are a few things to see and do in the area but we did prefer our time in the medina. However if you prefer the calm and are happy to taxi to and fro this would be perfect.

Amazing experience it was. Clean, brand new Riad with excellent service. Very helpful it was to have always the owner available for any questions.
