The apartment is in a lot of needs, no toiletries as posted in the website, towels broken, bed sheets broken. Now I am being claimed for towels and pillows that apparently were stolen an in a private closet. There was no private closets, nothing under key. I am used to using Airbnb and amenities are for use.

Sofa was stained and the shower glass doors were not clean they had lime and were Frosted blurry. The owner had the property available on Airb&b at the same time my booking was confirmed using booking.com. I had to provide all my details including passports and national ids of all my family using another website in order to confirm my reservation
