The Villa was just perfect! Modern, luxurious, well appointed, spotless and in a short walking to distance to good restaurants and the beautiful beach. Tari was an amazing host. Her communication with us was excellent and she went out of her way to make our stay most comfortable. Thank you.

Beautiful quiet villa with great facilities for a family and very clean. The location is excellent too, just a short walk to the beach with great beachfront seafood restaurants.

Everything was perfect! I can't wait to return to this special location. The villa was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and lots of storage space, very well located.

Extremely well presented and clean

The staff were absolutely beautiful and very accommodating. Without even asking they brought over a soft play mat for our baby to sit on as soon as we arrived. The beds are huge and comfortable! The villa itself is very spacious and clean. The private pool is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

A really beautiful villa that was so convenient for the airport. Our host arranged a taxi for us and there was no hassle and everything went very smoothly. The villa is immaculate and has ice cold air conditioning. Very comfortable and has everything you possibly need and is set within a very secure and safe compound.

The Villa was walking distance to the beachfront fish restaurants, was very private and having a private pool was a highlight. The Villa was spacious, quiet, clean and well equipped. The host was extremely welcoming, messaging us prior to arrival and then greeting us in person to show us around, they also recommended excellent restaurant in and around Jimbaran and helped organise a late checkout and airport drop-off which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

No hubo problema alguno para poder entrar. La responsable era muy amable y eficiente ayudandote en lo que necesitases. El apartamento es precioso en una urbanizacion cerrada con personal de seguridad. Todo estaba muy limpio, ye sentias como en casa. Esta muy cerca de la playa, un minuto andando. Es una muy buena eleccion.

Spacious and quiet environment

La villa se trouve dans un petit complexe avec gardien, à 6mn à pied de la plage et des restaurants de bord de mer. C'est une grande et charmante villa très au calme, d'une propreté irréprochable. Les deux chambres donnant sur la piscine sont vastes et très agréables, pourvues chacune d'une salle de bain. Grand salon et cuisine tout confort, accès à une machine à laver le linge. La piscine est un vrai plus, très agréable, très propre ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La personne en charge de la maison est charmante, toujours disponible par whatsapp et très à l'écoute de nos demandes.

The privacy was great and the Interieure too

Sehr grosse Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und 3 WCs. Waschmaschine darf verwendet werden. Abholung und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen ist kostenlos, wenn mehr als zwei Tage gebucht wurden. Toller privater Pool. Restaurant O in Laufdistanz mit leckerem Frühstück.

Ein wenig, aber erträglicher, Baulärm in der Umgebung.

Très belle villa, moderne, grande, confortable et propre. Elle est située dans un complexe de villas fermé et surveillé par de gardiens, à deux pas de la plage de Jimbaran qui est très animée le soir (resto, musique et beaux coucher de soleil). L’hôte est très sympathique et facilite l’organisation de vos activités 🙏

Il y a des travaux de construction juste à côté. Ce n’est pas la faute de la villa mais ça nuit au calme des lieux.

not as central to local shops

The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. It had modern amenities, and a slightly modern design yet maintaining the traditional Balinese style. The villa also had a fully equipped kitchen. Tari, contacted us before our arrival, to make sure everything was in order for our stay, including arranging airport transfers, and also a driver on a per day basis to take us to all the places we wanted to visit. She also gave us tips and recommendations for things to do, places to eat etc. And made our stay really lovely.

This is just a note for people who are not used to living in a tropical country. Accommodations may have small geckos and you may have gecko poop every now and again.

Beautiful villa with luxurious bathrooms, showers, bedrooms and living room. Great kitchen with complementary coffee (excellent coffee!). Very well cleaned and superb staff, nice little pond in the entrance with fish they they let my daughter feed.

The beach was a bit dirty but that’s not the villas fault (just nature)

Great Villa, super host Tari and lot of pleasure! This villa is very comfortable, lot of space, two really separate bedrooms and bathrooms, pool is large enough, everything is quite new in terms of furniture conditions. Soft towels, large beds and very comfortable pillows. High ceiling, nice design - we loved it! Host Tari is always in touch, very supportive, helps with tours, drivers, advises restaurants, grocery shops and so on - she really made our vacation easy and interesting! Jimbaran beach is in five minutes of walk. But you have to understand that in December and January the see of western shore of Bali is not so great for swimming because of the wind, garbage and seaweed. But it takes you just 10 minutes by car to get to the Nusa Dua beach - which is very good. Highly recommended for stay!

The villa is brand new with its all facilities for a luxurious holiday treat. It’s very close to beach front, seafood restaurants and cafes.

Ants can occasionally crawl indoor. Nothing negative about the villa.

We really loved the villa! Tari our host was so friendly and communicative and her staff were brilliant too. Straight after booking and throughout our stay Tari was so communicative and really accommodating, we were able to check in early and also check out late and leave our bags which was very kind of her and we really appreciated this so much as we had a bit of a wait until our flight home. The villa itself is incredible and it was our favourite accommodation (out of 5 places) in Bali in terms of design, interiors and amenities including the garden and pool, it would be perfect for friends, couples and families. Unfortunately we were only staying here for a night before flying home but really wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is truly stunning and has the perfect balance of contemporary and traditional interior design too and the decor is very zen! There are so many little touches which make the villa stand out, including branded towels, soap and shampoo bottles which match the style of the decor and water features both inside and outside. Something I really noticed out of all our stays in Bali was that the villa also had air fresheners and reed diffusers which although maybe something small, it really stood out as they made every room smell amazing and the towels also had a strong but lovely freshly washed smell and I felt like I was in a spa with the how nice everything smelt and the zen decor. Location wise the villa is very close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants to choose from, make sure you catch a sunset on the beach if visiting. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Jimbaran!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Delightful swimming pool area.

Locking mechanisms on sliding doors a bit difficult to operate.

We spent two weeks in the villa in July. From a security point of view, the area in which the villa is located is closed with security guards at the entrance. No risk there. The villa is really like the photos, spacious, bright, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is very complete and perfectly functional. For our part, we particularly appreciated the swimming pool. Coming with children is not a problem: the doors have locks so normally the child cannot open them. In case of curious little babies, bring protective devices. Tari was very attentive and efficient in handling our various requests (treatment, activities, questions, etc.) which was really very pleasant and made our stay easier. Responses were always immediate, even for our last minute requests. Location-wise, it is ideally located a few meters from the beach, from where the fireworks lit up our evenings. We can only recommend this villa to all families wishing to have a good time in Jimbaran, in a family-friendly place.

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was clean and very spacious. The pool is just beautiful. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, most being seafood. Our 3 year old and 1 year old also enjoyed stay here. We would definitely book again.

His proactive approach added a special touch to our vacation. Security is top-notch as the villa is located in a private area, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Moreover, the villa's location is ideal—just 200 meters from the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, making dining out and beach visits incredibly convenient. For anyone looking for a luxurious and worry-free stay in Bali, I highly recommend the Jimbaran Bay 2 Bedroom Villa. It truly made our trip a dream come true.

The Villa was a great size for our family and we loved the pool and the modern furnishings. The beach is across the road. Tari gave us a lot of great recommendations for restaurants in the area!

The hot water in the shower was luke warm Being that there are not food stores close by I would advise stocking up on essentials.

Very difficult to cool the bedroom area

The villa was astounding, absolute luxury. The beds were huge and comfortable, the decor was great. Everything was well thought out. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two baths as well as showers. A remarkable residence. There were some excellent restaurants and a gym nearby.

The beach was not great.

We had an excellent stay at KBS villas in fact we enjoyed it so much we decided to rebook another night on our way back to the airport .. the property is perfect, clean, well equipped and position in a very secure and quiet gated community right next to Jimbaran beach and very close walking distance to all the fish restaurants that line the beach front.. the host are amazing and very helpful .. as a group of 4 adults this was the perfect size villa with 2 huge bedrooms en-suite a large fully equipped kitchen dinner, lounge with smart TV and ample outdoor space to enjoy a peaceful afternoon by the pool .. excellent will definitely book again next time we are in Jimbaran .. it’s a 15 minute drive from the airport ..
