ICON H Lugano - Luxury Suites & Apartments

Clean property

Hard to use digital keys that took multiple attempts to open doors

Everything was perfect!

I was flooded with request and emails requesting tourist taxes and other little things. I would not have minded this but, it ended up being inconvenient as I was already on the road travelling to the property from Switzerland. The check-in details were not given to the last minute. There is no physical key. One must download and app first to install a digital key using ones phone. There was ample safe parking in the building grounds. So, it was not necessary to pay for secured parking.

Very nice building. Love the architecture. Nice interior design as well.

Very disappointing if you book for 4 peope and its only prepared to host 2. At this price point its not acceptable to prepare the additional beds myself. Poor service.

Clean, digital check in.

No value for money. I am a very frequent traveler and first time a furnished appartment/hotel ask a client at check out to take the trash and wash all used dishes or will be charged for the cleaning, and yet the check out is too early at 10 am.

Sehr zentral, Ausstattung top 👍 Klimatisiert

Lovely and spacious, beautiful view. Just right for a group.

I liked everything and would come back . It did take me a while to work out how to set up the key as in not very techical was easy in the end but really simple instructions would help. A leaflet are guide would be super useful on tips it not up to you to provide this but it would be a good idea for guests as ideas of where to go.

Hiçbir eksik yoktu. Her şey güzeldi.

Modern, guter Zugang Parkgarage

Zu wenig Ablageflàche für Kleider. Kein Sofa. Dachterrasse war nicht zugänglich.

Very modern room, decent amenities, the air conditioning was incredible, the location was great, and there was a co-working space. Great for business-related trips.

The gym was severely lacking. Didn't even have dumbbells. It could also use mosquito nets, as Lugano has a mosquito problem.

Very clean and spacious apartment, has everything you need, very close to the university, the building has a restaurant

It was clean and spacious.

Dependency on phone for the key and there was no dishwasher in the apartment

De devoir telecharger une application

Sehr modern, sauber

Check in demorado

Sauber, funktional. Alles da was man braucht

Gyönyörű környéken van, tiszta, kényelmes a szállás.

Great place! Thank you 👍🏻

ruhig, einfach, gut gelegen, bequemes Bett

I like more the valcony,i can see the nice overlooking view.

Air conditioning in the peak of the heat wave is heaven! Clear and simple check-in procedure

My kitchen light is not able to turn off, so I contacted the hotel team. However ,It's hard to connect to the hotel team, as their response is slow, so I would suggest that the hotel team could make us aware of the local team and suggest a way to connect with them when we contact the hotel team.

Great facility, good location, very clean and comfortable

The only thing I want to complain is that the toilet paper was not enough. When I asked for additional toilet paper, the staff asked me to buy by myself…

modernes, sehr sauberes Apartment gute Lage; See & Innenstadt gut zu Fuss erreichbar genug Parkplätze (kostenfrei)
