Reviewed Dec 25, 2025when trust is compromised, I find it difficult to notice the positive aspects.
at check-in, they pretended payment even though I had already paid online. it was my first time in Cambodia, in the evening after a nightmare journey, no internet connection...eventually I accepted to pay again. I tried several times, using both google pay and apple pay, but the transactions failed. so I had to pay in cash and they didn't give me a receipt. the following day I succesfully paid with my phone in three different nearby shops...what do you deduce?

I booked through Booking.com. I didn't cancel my booking or anything but then one day before the scheduled date. The property message me and ask "Could you please let us know whaqt time you plan to check in? If we don't hear back from you, we may need to release the room to another guest.". What kinda question is this? I didn't cancel my booking. I asked if I still have booking with them. They confirmed. We booked a single bed with balcony room. When we arrived at the property, they let us know that they gave the room we booked to the existing guest to extend their stay and they moved us to a different room with two beds instead. One of the bed is itchy.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Wir waren eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Zweck erfüllt, da wir am kommenden Morgen zum Flughafen wollten. Der Preis ist mit 20 Euro super, da die Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt ist und verhältnismäßig nah beim neuen Techno-Flughafen liegt.
Wir wussten, dass kein Föhn vorhanden ist. Wäre schön, wenn das geändert werden könnte. Zu beachten ist: Es liegt in einem noch unbewohnten Neubauviertel. Damit sind keine Tuk-Tuks oder ähnliches in der Nähe. Man sollte sicher 10 Minuten vor geplanter Abfahrt sich über Grab eine Fahrmöglichkeit bestellen.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Værelset var pænt og rent. Der ikke ikke noget i nærheden, det tætteste er Ca. 4 km væk. Jeg benyttede stedet til at slappe af i nogle timer inden jeg skulle flyve. Personalet er søde og rare.
Toilettet var ikke i samme rum, den er ude på gangen.

Zimmer hätte etwas freundlicher gestaltet sein können. Es war lediglich ein Bett, ein Nachttisch, ein kleines weiteres Tischchen und ein Kleiderständer im Zimmer. Keine Bilder oder Ähnliches.

It is not easy to find so you will need a good driver to get you there. It is in an undeveloped new build so there is absolutely nothing around - no stores or restaurants which makes it impossible to stay for long. the hotel is a 3 story walk-up, but the staff were helpful with luggage going up. It has a strong electrical smell which became cloying after a few hours

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025The young couple are great hotel owners. Helped with everything from ordering tuk-tuks to buying airline tickets. Every request was answered immediately. Settled a dispute with the driver. The hotel is brand new, the rooms have everything you need, clean and quiet. I will come back here again on my next trip.

- It's hard to reach because there's an area with a checkpoint, and you're supposed to go around it. It's far from town. I picked it because it's close to the genocide memorial. - The staff is not the brightest, but they try hard to help. The owner is very responsive. I'm sure it will get better with time - there is no proper duvet case, which is very weird
