Ocean Terraces Apt A1 - Your Beachfront Bliss - Brand NEW

Amplasarea apartamentului este excelenta, cu vedere la ocean, cu deschidere la laguna, cu terasa in fata partial acoperită. Este multa liniște, fiind si in apropierea parcului national. Apartamentul este generos, cu trei dormitoare, doua bai, bucatarie deschisa si living mare.

Este destul de curat dar ar trebui insistat in zone care nu se vad la prima vedere, ca sa fie perfect - pe sub pat, sub saltele, dupa tablia patului. La bucătărie lipsesc cateva oale de inox de 2-3 de cate 3, 5 litri ca sa poti face paste, o supa de peste, etc.

Direct aan zee, mooie koraaltuinen voor de deur!

Nowoczesny, gustownie urządzony, duży apartament na parterze (z ogródkiem) tuż przy plaży. Wygodne łóżka, nowe i dobrej jakości sprzęty (w tym pralka), codzienne sprzątanie, bezpieczeństwo (to zamknięte osiedle z ochroną), a do tego basen, który bardzo polecam! Plaża przy obiekcie jest urocza na spacery i podziwianie, mniej na opalanie i zabawy w wodzie (w tym celu jeździliśmy na nieodległą plażę Belle Mare), ale dzięki temu zazwyczaj jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie.

The new apartment is situated in the front block facing the beach. We can’t expect a better view. It’s in a very quiet area albeit it’s a popular kitesurfing spot. We find everything that you need; fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, linens, towels. Devina, the cleaning lady, comes every morning to clean the apartment. The whole place is very clean. The host, Hanifa, is super responsive, friendly and makes sure that we enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay here again for a longer period.

It is a perfect location to relax provided that you stock up food and drink supplies from a nearby town. Closest restaurants are a few minutes away by car, but there’s a nearby restaurant, Sunshine Fusion, that does great food delivery and even a pickup drop off service. So there’s no problem if you don’t want to cook.

Расположение просто бомба. метров 30 до океана. находится отель бухте, всегда штиль, прибой где то метров за 200. ночью можно ходить с фонариком по мелкой водичке и ловить тропических рыбок. правда на берег на выходных приезжали туземцы отдыхать, но вели себя прилично.

очень горячая дорожка было днем под солнцем, но это можно отнести и в плюс.

Payment should be facilitated via platform to avoid misunderstandings. We got threatened by owner. Not okay.

A truly special place! The view is absolutely spectacular and the atmosphere makes you feel on vacation from the very first moment. The daily cleaning was impeccable and everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. We felt wonderful during our stay and enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommended!

Everything is just great! Hanifa explained everything. Convenient parking, great apartments, clean and cozy. The view from the windows is just amazing!

there are few shops nearby, and the supermarket is a long way away

Sehr großzügiges Appartement in erster Reihe am Strand. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr komfortable Betten.

Die Lage zum Meer und zum Strand ist sensationell und die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Die Ausstattung ist super, sehr geschmackvoll! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

In der Gegend gibt es leider nicht so viele Läden, Restaurants oder Cafés, außer in den Hotels.

The position is perfect! Open the gate and you're on the beach! Hanifa was amazing and went the extra mile especially spoiling my Mom to celebrate her 85th birthday! Will definitely be back!

The apartments are in good space ,it is central. Between too major town flacq and Azuri town .A bus stop is by the gate

Everything is in place,I couldn't find any fault in it,it's a beautiful place for family vacations, it's a must go place.

This property had everything you needed, well equipped kitchen to spacious lounge and bedroom.

The location is good that you can go to the beach from balcony. The view is superb!

Dogs which stay at the beach can be noisy at night. But it doesn’t affect our stay that much.

good afternoon! lived here from April 15-22!!! Beautiful place! the apartments are new! all is clear! settled in quickly. Ocean view room. Very quiet and peaceful! Everyone is very friendly and nice people! If you want a relaxing holiday with a beautiful view, comfort and excellent service, this is the place for you! Of course, you need a car. A wonderful place to relax!!!

The best part about the apartment was the comfortable beds and the well decorated spaces.

We did not like our ocean view being obstructed by cars driving onto the beach and parking directly in front of the apartment. There were parties on the public beach right next to the apartment every weekend and loads of trash left behind. We were always removing ants and millipedes from the inside of the apartment which was frustrating. The wild dogs found their way inside the fence to sleep on the outdoor furniture every night, and they woke us up throughout the night and early morning barking. The back bedroom sliding door did not lock, making safety a concern. People enter from the beach through the back gate so it’s hard to know if they are trespassing or authorized to be there. Contractors for the apartment also left trash on the beach. The tiny washer and dryer combo was nice but took 4 hours to wash a small load. Overpriced for the location and lack of services.

Highly recommended to all of you. It was really clean and new furniture. Also, the size of the apartment and Terraces are big. Agent Hanifa is really helpfully, she was contacting us all the time by whats up. She was giving us the information and directions and weather updates. We really appreciate her help. Next time we rent this apartment again for longer time

It was very easy for the check-in as Hanifa ( our host/renting manager ) gave all the needed information and also tips on activities in he neighbhourhood,the location , the flat itself ( spacious and very well furnished, also the kitchen ). The flat was perfectly clean ( thanks to Sunita ) . Hanifa was very helpful during the cyclone ..telling us what was hapening and will happen on regular basis.

Some litter,garbages infront of the property on the beach . It was outside of the yard ..but just a pity in front of such a nice property.

What truly elevated this experience was the very good service provided by Hanifa, whose attentiveness and care added an extra layer of excellence to this already outstanding vacation. I can't recommend this place enough; it's easily the best apartment I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, making for a dream vacation.

This brand-new, luxurious apartment has a direct sea view from the living room, dining area and bedroom. It is situated right on the beach. Directly on the beach is a large garden and terrace with sea beds, tables, and lounge chairs for guests to relax on. Also, there is a huge 30-meter pool. The apartment has an amazing interior and is modern. It features a complete kitchen with exquisite porcelain, champagne glasses wine glasses, and utensils The bed is really cosy, and the towels and Egyptian cotton sheets are lovely. The apartment is private and in a calm neighbourhood. Daily housekeeping, complimentary wifi, 24-hour security, and an alarm system are all included. The apartment is fantastic, and the host is incredibly accommodating and kind. I highly recommend it.
