Isoin miinus parkkeerausmahdollisuuden puuttuminen. Lisäksi tiedoissa oli, että parkkihallin maksu on 10e/vrk, mutta se olikin 20e/vrk.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Asunto sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ja seutu/talo on rauhallinen. Auton pysäköinnin saa alle 200m etäisyydeltä. Asunto on hyvin varusteltu, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Erityismaininnan ansaitsee kommunikointi asunnon omistajan suunnalta.
Google Maps näyttää asunnon osoitteen väärään paikkaan ja kaikissa opastetauluissa ei ole edes merkitty taloa 2L. Valokuvaan on merkitty taloa 2L

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Huoneisto oli siisti ja mukava ja asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Parvekkeella oli mukava istuskella ja katsella kaupunkia. Verhoilla sai hyvin pimennettyä asuntoa ja blokattua auringonpaistetta.
Olisi ollut kiva, kun parvekkeella olisi ollut pöytä. Huoneisto oli myös aika kuuma, ilta-aurinko paistaa todella lämpimästi kesähelteillä. Ilmastointilaite oli koko ajan päällä, mutta ei auttanut tarpeeksi.

Somewhat hard to locate actual entrance to apartment building. Also, we got this “Kakola Room for 3” confused with the actual Hotel Kakola— the naming is so similar with hotel that’s 400 m away— which caused us a huge headache and a double-booking. This property is NOT in the hotel.
